1 ¶ Give unto the LORD, O ye mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

Tributen al Señor, oh hijos de los poderosos, Tributen al Señor gloria y poder.

2 G ive unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness.

Tributen al Señor la gloria debida a Su nombre; Adoren al Señor en la majestad de la santidad.

3 T he voice of the LORD is upon the waters: the God of glory thunders: the LORD is upon many waters.

Voz del Señor sobre las aguas. El Dios de gloria truena, El Señor está sobre las muchas aguas.

4 T he voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty.

La voz del Señor es poderosa, La voz del Señor es majestuosa.

5 T he voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; yea, the LORD broke the cedars of Lebanon.

La voz del Señor rompe los cedros; Sí, el Señor hace pedazos los cedros del Líbano;

6 A nd He made them skip like a calves; Lebanon and Sirion like the sons of the unicorns.

Y como becerro hace saltar al Monte Líbano; Y al Monte Sirión (Hermón) como cría de búfalo.

7 T he voice of the LORD divides the flames of fire.

La voz del Señor levanta llamas de fuego.

8 T he voice of the LORD that shall shake the wilderness; the LORD shall shake the wilderness of Kadesh.

La voz del Señor hace temblar el desierto; El Señor hace temblar el desierto de Cades.

9 T he voice of the LORD shall make the hinds to calve and shall uncover the forests: and in his temple every one speaks to his glory.

La voz del Señor hace parir a las ciervas Y deja los bosques desnudos, Y en Su templo todo dice: “¡Gloria!”

10 T he LORD sits upon the flood; yea, the LORD sat down as King for ever.

El Señor se sentó como Rey durante el diluvio; Sí, como Rey se sienta el Señor para siempre.

11 T he LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people in peace.

El Señor dará fuerza a Su pueblo; El Señor bendecirá a Su pueblo con paz.
