1 ¶ I love the LORD, because he has heard my voice and my supplications.

Amo al Señor, porque oye Mi voz y mis súplicas.

2 B ecause he has inclined his ear unto me, therefore I will call upon him all of my days.

Porque a mí ha inclinado Su oído; Por tanto Le invocaré mientras yo viva.

3 T he sorrows of death compassed me and the pains of Sheol found me; I encountered trouble and sorrow.

Los lazos de la muerte me rodearon, Y los terrores del Seol vinieron sobre mí; Angustia y tristeza encontré.

4 T hen I called upon the name of the LORD, saying, O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

Invoqué entonces el nombre del Señor, diciendo: “Te ruego, oh Señor: salva mi vida.”

5 G racious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

Clemente y justo es el Señor; Sí, compasivo es nuestro Dios.

6 T he LORD preserves the simple; I was brought low, and he saved me.

El Señor guarda a los sencillos; Estaba yo postrado y me salvó.

7 R eturn unto thy rest, O my soul, for the LORD has dealt bountifully with thee.

Vuelve, alma mía, a tu reposo, Porque el Señor te ha colmado de bienes.

8 F or thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

Pues Tú has rescatado mi alma de la muerte, Mis ojos de lágrimas, Mis pies de tropezar.

9 I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

Andaré delante del Señor En la tierra de los vivientes.

10 ¶ I believed, therefore I spoke, and was greatly afflicted;

Yo creía, aun cuando decía: “Estoy muy afligido.”

11 I said in my haste, All men are liars.

Dije alarmado: “Todo hombre es mentiroso.”

12 W hat shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

¿Qué daré al Señor Por todos Sus beneficios para conmigo ?

13 I will take the cup of saving health and invoke the name of the LORD.

Alzaré la copa de la salvación, E invocaré el nombre del Señor.

14 I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

Cumpliré mis votos al Señor, Sí, en presencia de todo Su pueblo.

15 P recious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his merciful ones.

Estimada a los ojos del Señor Es la muerte de Sus santos.

16 T his is so, O LORD, because I am thy slave; I am thy slave, the son of thine handmaid; thou hast loosed my bonds.

¡Ah, Señor! Ciertamente yo soy Tu siervo, Siervo Tuyo soy, hijo de Tu sierva; Tú desataste mis ataduras.

17 I will offer unto thee the sacrifice of praise and will invoke the name of the LORD.

Te ofreceré sacrificio de acción de gracias, E invocaré el nombre del Señor.

18 I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,

Al Señor cumpliré mis votos, Sí, en presencia de todo Su pueblo,

19 i n the courts of the LORD’s house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Halelu-JAH.

En los atrios de la casa del Señor, En medio de ti, oh Jerusalén. ¡Aleluya!
