1 ¶ I love the LORD, because he has heard my voice and my supplications.

2 B ecause he has inclined his ear unto me, therefore I will call upon him all of my days.

Понеже приклони ухото Си към мене, Затова ще Го призовавам догдето съм жив.

3 T he sorrows of death compassed me and the pains of Sheol found me; I encountered trouble and sorrow.

Връзките на смъртта ме обвиха, И мъките на преизподнята ме намериха; Скръб и беда срещнах.

4 T hen I called upon the name of the LORD, saying, O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.

Тогава призовах името Господно, и Го помолих; О Господи, избави душата ми.

5 G racious is the LORD, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

Благ е Господ и праведен, Да! милостив е нашият Бог.

6 T he LORD preserves the simple; I was brought low, and he saved me.

Господ пази простодушните; В беда бях, и Той ме избави.

7 R eturn unto thy rest, O my soul, for the LORD has dealt bountifully with thee.

Върни се, душе моя, в успокоението си, Защото Господ постъпи щедро към тебе.

8 F or thou hast delivered my soul from death, mine eyes from tears, and my feet from falling.

Понеже си избавил душата ми от смърт, Очите ми от сълзи, и нозете ми от подхлъзване,

9 I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.

Затова ще ходя пред Господа в земята на живите. (По слав. 115)

10 ¶ I believed, therefore I spoke, and was greatly afflicted;

(1)Аз повярвах, затова говорих; Много бях наскърбен.

11 I said in my haste, All men are liars.

(2)В тревогата си рекох: Всеки човек е измамлив.

12 W hat shall I render unto the LORD for all his benefits toward me?

(3)Що да въздам Господу За всичките Му благодеяния към мене?

13 I will take the cup of saving health and invoke the name of the LORD.

(4)Ще взема чашата на спасението, И ще призова името Господно;

14 I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people.

(5)Ще изпълня обреците си Господу, Да, пред всичките Му люде.

15 P recious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his merciful ones.

(6)Скъпоценна е пред Господа Смъртта на светиите Му.

16 T his is so, O LORD, because I am thy slave; I am thy slave, the son of thine handmaid; thou hast loosed my bonds.

(7)Ах! Господи, наистина аз съм Твой слуга; Твой слуга съм, син на Твоята слугиня; Ти си развързал връзките ми.

17 I will offer unto thee the sacrifice of praise and will invoke the name of the LORD.

(8)На Тебе ще принеса жертва на хваление, И името Господно ще призова.

18 I will pay my vows unto the LORD now in the presence of all his people,

(9) Ще изпълня облаците си Господу, Да! пред всичките Негови люде,

19 i n the courts of the LORD’s house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Halelu-JAH.
