1 ¶ Halelu-JAH. Praise ye the name of the LORD; praise him, O ye slaves of the LORD.

2 Y e that stand in the house of the LORD, in the courts of the house of our God,

Които престоявате в дома Господен, В дворовете на дома на нашия Бог.

3 p raise JAH; for the LORD is good; sing praises unto his name; for it is pleasant.

Хвалете Господа, защото е благ Господ, Пейте хваления на името Му, защото това е угодно.

4 F or JAH has chosen Jacob unto himself and Israel for his own possession.

Защото Господ избра Якова за Себе Си, Израиля за Свое собствено притежание.

5 ¶ For I know that the LORD is great and that our Lord is above all gods.

Защото аз познах, че Господ е велик, И че нашият Господ е над всичките богове

6 W hatever the LORD desired, he did in the heavens and in the earth, in the seas and in all the deep places.

Господ прави всичко що Му е угодно На небето и на земята, в моретата и във всичките бездни.

7 H e who causes the clouds to ascend from the ends of the earth, made the lightnings in the rain; he who brings the winds out of his treasuries.

Повдига пари от краищата на земята, Прави светкавици за дъжда, Изважда ветрове из съкровищниците Си.

8 H e who smote the firstborn of Egypt, both of man and beast;

Той е Който порази египетските първородни И на човек и на животно.

9 s ent signs and wonders into the midst of thee, O Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his slaves.

Изпрати знамения и чудеса всред тебе, Египте, Върху Фараона и върху всичките му слуги.

10 H e who smote many Gentiles and slew mighty kings,

Той е. Който порази големите народи И изби силни царе.

11 S ihon king of the Amorites and Og king of Bashan, and all the kingdoms of Canaan

Аморейския цар Сион, И васанския цар Ог, И всичките ханаански царства -

12 g ave their land for a heritage, a heritage unto Israel his people.

И даде земята им в наследство, Наследство на людете Си Израил.

13 T hy name, O LORD, is eternal, and thy memorial, O LORD, from generation to generation.

Името Ти, Господи, пребъдва до века, Споменът Ти, Господи, из род в род.

14 F or the LORD will judge his people, and he will repent himself concerning his slaves.

Защото Господ ще съди людете Си, И ще се покае за скърбите на слугите Си.

15 ¶ The idols of the Gentiles are silver and gold, the work of men’s hands.

Идолите на народите са сребро и злато, Направа на човешки ръце.

16 T hey have a mouth, but they do not speak; they have eyes, but they do not see;

Уста имат, но не говорят; Очи имат, но не виждат;

17 t hey have ears, but they do not hear; neither is there any spirit in their mouths.

Уши имат, но не чуват; Нито има дишане в устата им.

18 L et those that make them become like unto them and every one that trusts in them.

Подобни на тях ще станат ония, които ги правят, Както и всеки, който уповава на тях.

19 B less the LORD, O house of Israel; bless the LORD, O house of Aaron:

Доме Израилев, благославяйте Господа; Доме Ааронов, благославяйте Господа;

20 B less the LORD, O house of Levi; ye that fear the LORD, bless the LORD.

Доме Левиев, благославяйте Господа; Вие, които се боите от Господа, благославяйте Господа;

21 B lessed be the LORD out of Zion who dwells at Jerusalem. Halelu-JAH.
