1 ¶ And the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

Пак Господното слово дойде към мене и рече:

2 S on of man, prophesy and say, Thus hath the Lord GOD said: Howl ye, Woe of the day!

Сине човешки, пророкувай и речи: Така казва Господ Иеова: Лелекайте - Олеле за деня!

3 F or the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the Gentiles.

Защото е близо денят, дори е близо денят на Господа, облачен ден; ще бъде времето на езичниците.

4 A nd the sword shall come upon Egypt, and great fear shall be in Ethiopia, when the slain shall fall in Egypt, and they shall take away her multitude, and her foundations shall be destroyed.

Нож ще дойде върху Египет, и голямо измъчване ще има в Етиопия, когато убитите паднат в Египет, и когато откарат многото му население и сринат основите му.

5 E thiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword.

Етиопяни, левийци, лидийци и всичките разноплеменни народи, Хув, и жителите на съюзните земи ще паднат заедно с тях от нож.

6 T hus hath the LORD said: Those also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down; from the tower of Syene they shall fall in it by the sword, said the Lord GOD.

Така казва Господ: Ще паднат и ония, които подпират Египет, и гордата му сила ще се сниши; от Мигдол до Сиина ще паднат в него от нож, казва Господ Иеова.

7 A nd they shall be made desolate among the countries that are destroyed, and her cities shall be among the cities that are wasted.

И те ще запустеят между опустошените земи, и градовете му ще бъдат между разорените градове.

8 A nd they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have set a fire in Egypt and when all her helpers shall be broken.

И ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ, когато туря огън в Египет, и се смажат всички, които му помагат.

9 I n that time messengers shall go forth from me in ships to make the confident Ethiopians afraid, and great fear shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, behold, it comes.

В оня ден, вестители ще излязат от Мене с кораби, за да стреснат безгрижните етиопяни; и голямо измъчване ще ги нападне както в деня на Египет; защото, ето, иде.

10 T hus hath the Lord GOD said: I will make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon.

Така казва Господ Иеова: При това, Аз ще погубя гяламото египетско население чрез ръката на Вавилонския цар Навуходоносора.

11 H e and his people with him, the strongest of the Gentiles, shall be brought to destroy the land; and they shall draw their swords against Egypt and fill the land with the slain.

Той и людете му с него, страшните между народите, ще бъдат доведени, за да разорят земята; и ще изтеглят мечовете си против Египет, и ще изпълнят земята с убити.

12 A nd I will make the rivers dry and deliver the land into the hand of the wicked: and I will destroy the land and all that is therein by the hand of strangers: I the LORD have spoken.

Аз ще пресуша реките, ще продам земята в ръцете на зли човеци; и ще запустя земята и всичко, що има в нея чрез ръката на чужденци; Аз Господ го изрекох.

13 T hus hath the Lord GOD said: I will also destroy the images, and I will cause the idols of Menfis to cease; and there shall no longer be a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put fear in the land of Egypt.

Така казва Господ Иеова: Ще погубя и кумирите, и ще махна от Мемфис нищожните идоли; не ще има вече княз от египетската земя и ще туря страх в Египетската земя.

14 A nd I will make Pathros desolate and will set fire in Tafnes and will execute judgments in No.

Аз ще запустя Патрос, ще запаля огън в Танис, и ще извърша съдби в Но.

15 A nd I will pour my fury upon Pelusio, the strength of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No.

Ще излея яростта Си върху Египетската крепост Син, и ще изсека голямото население на Но.

16 A nd I will set fire to Egypt; Pelusio shall have great pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Menfis shall have distresses daily.

И ще запаля огън в Египет; Син ще бъде в голямо измъчване. Но ще се съкруши, и Мемфис ще има противници всред бял ден.

17 T he young men of Heliopolis and of Pubasti shall fall by the sword; and these cities shall go into captivity.

Младежите на Илиупол и на Пивесет ще паднат от нож; а останалите ще отидат в плен.

18 A t Tehaphnehes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt; and the pride of her strength shall cease in her; as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and the inhabitants of her villages shall go into captivity.

И в Тафнес денят ще се помрачи, когато строша там хомотите на Египет, и гордата му сила ще престане в него; а него, облак ще го покрие, и дъщерите му ще отидат в плен.

19 T hus will I execute judgments in Egypt; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

Така ще извърша съдби над Египет; и ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ.

20 ¶ And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,

А в единадесетата година, в първия месец, на седмия ден от месеца, Господното слово дойде към мене и рече:

21 S on of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, behold, it has not been bound up with medicine, to bind it that it might be made whole, to make it strong to hold the sword.

Сине човешки, строших мишцата на египетския цар Фараон; и, ето, тя не е била превързана за церене, или за да я обвият в превръзки, за да й се даде сила да държи нож.

22 T herefore thus hath the Lord GOD said: Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand.

Затова, така казва Господ Иеова: Ето, Аз съм против Египетския цар Фараона, и ще строша двете му мишци - и здравата и оная, която вече биде строшена; и ще направя ножът да падне от ръката му.

23 A nd I will scatter the Egyptians among the Gentiles and will disperse them through the countries.

И ще разсея египтяните между народите, и ще ги разпръсна по страните.

24 A nd I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put my sword in his hand, but I will break Pharaoh’s arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a man wounded unto death.

Но ще укрепя мишците на Вавилонския цар, и ще туря меча Си в ръката му; а мишците на Фараона ще строша, и той ще охка пред него, както охка смъртно ранен човек.

25 B ut I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I place my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt.

Мишците обаче на Вавилонския цар ще засиля; а Фараоновите мишци ще отпаднат; и ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ, когато туря меча Си в ръката на вавилонския цар, и той я простря върху Египетската земя.

26 A nd I will scatter the Egyptians among the Gentiles and disperse them among the countries; and they shall know that I am the LORD.

И ще разсея египтяните между народите и ще ги разпръсна по страните; и те ще познаят, че Аз съм Господ.
