1 ¶ For Zion’s sake I will not hold my peace; and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest until her righteousness goes forth as brightness and her saving health is lit as a flaming torch.

Заради Сиона няма да млъкна, И заради Ерусалим няма да престана, Догдето не се яви правдата му като сияние, И спасението му като запалено светило.

2 A nd the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness and all the kings thy glory; and thou shalt be given a new name, which the mouth of the LORD shall name.

Народите ще видят правдата ти, И всичките царе славата ти, И ти ще се наречеш с ново име, Което устата Господни ще нарекат.

3 T hou shalt also be a crown of glory in the hand of the LORD and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God.

Ще бъдеш тъй също славен венец в ръката Господна, Дори царска корона на дланта на твоя Бог.

4 T hou shalt no longer be termed Forsaken; neither shall thy land any longer be termed Desolate; but thou shalt be called Hephzibah and thy land Beulah; for the will of the LORD shall be in thee, and thy land shall be married.

Няма вече да се наричаш оставен, Нито ще се нарича вече земята ти пуста; Но ще се наричаш благоволение Мое е в него, И земята ти венчана; Защото Господ благоволи в тебе, и земята ти ще бъде венчана.

5 F or as a young man marries a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee; and as the bridegroom rejoices with the bride, so shall thy God rejoice with thee.

Защото както момък се жени за мома, Така и твоите люде ще се оженят за тебе; И както младоженецът се радва на невестата, Така и твоят Бог ще се зарадва на тебе.

6 ¶ I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their peace day nor night; ye that make mention of the LORD, do not keep silent

На стените ти, Ерусалиме, поставих стражи, Които никога няма да мълчат, ни денем ни нощем. Вие, които припомнювате на Господа, не замълчавайте,

7 a nd give him no rest, until he establishes and until he makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth.

И не Му давайте почивка, Догдето не утвърди Ерусалим, и догдето не го направи похвален по земята.

8 T he LORD has sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no longer give thy wheat to be food for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for which thou hast laboured:

Господ се закле в десницата Си и в силната Си мишца, казвайки: Няма да дам вече житото си за храна на неприятелите ти, И чужденците няма да пият виното ти, за което ти си се трудил;

9 B ut those that have gathered it shall eat it and praise the LORD; and those that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness.

Но които го прибират в житницата те ще го ядат И ще хвалят Господа; И които го събират те ще го пият В дворовете на Моето светилище.

10 ¶ Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; clear up, clear up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a banner as an example for the people.

Минете, минете през портите, Пригответе пътя за людете; Изравнете, изравнете друма, Съберете камъните му; Издигнете знаме на племената.

11 B ehold, the LORD has caused it to be heard unto the end of the earth; Say unto the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy Saviour comes; behold that his reward is with him, and his work before him.

Ето, Господ прогласи до краищата на земята, като каза: Речете на сионовата дъщеря: Ето, Спасителят ти иде; Ето, наградата Му е с Него, И въздаянието Му пред Него.

12 A nd they shall call them, The holy people, The redeemed of the LORD; and thou shalt be called, Sought out, A city not forsaken.

И ще ги наричат свет народ, Изкупените от Господа; И ти ще се наричаш издирен, Град неоставен.
