2 S ing to the Lord, bless (affectionately praise) His name; show forth His salvation from day to day.

Cantem ao Senhor, bendigam o seu nome; cada dia proclamem a sua salvação!

3 D eclare His glory among the nations, His marvelous works among all the peoples.

Anunciem a sua glória entre as nações, seus feitos maravilhosos entre todos os povos!

4 F or great is the Lord and greatly to be praised; He is to be reverently feared and worshiped above all gods.

Porque o Senhor é grande e digno de todo louvor, mais temível do que todos os deuses!

5 F or all the gods of the nations are idols, but the Lord made the heavens.

Todos os deuses das nações não passam de ídolos, mas o Senhor fez os céus.

6 H onor and majesty are before Him; strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.

Majestade e esplendor estão diante dele, poder e dignidade, no seu santuário.

7 A scribe to the Lord, O you families of the peoples, ascribe to the Lord glory and strength.

Dêem ao Senhor, ó famílias das nações, dêem ao Senhor glória e força.

8 G ive to the Lord the glory due His name; bring an offering and come into His courts.

Dêem ao Senhor a glória devida ao seu nome, e entrem nos seus átrios trazendo ofertas.

9 O worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness; tremble before and reverently fear Him, all the earth.

Adorem o Senhor no esplendor da sua santidade; tremam diante dele todos os habitantes da terra.

10 S ay among the nations that the Lord reigns; the world also is established, so that it cannot be moved; He shall judge and rule the people righteously and with justice.

Digam entre as nações: “O Senhor reina!” Por isso firme está o mundo, e não se abalará, e ele julgará os povos com justiça.

11 L et the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and all the things which fill it;

Regozijem-se os céus e exulte a terra! Ressoe o mar e tudo o que nele existe!

12 L et the field be exultant, and all that is in it! Then shall all the trees of the wood sing for joy

Regozijem-se os campos e tudo o que neles há! Cantem de alegria todas as árvores da floresta,

13 B efore the Lord, for He comes, for He comes to judge and govern the earth! He shall judge the world with righteousness and justice and the peoples with His faithfulness and truth.
