2 B less the Lord, O my soul, And forget none of His benefits;

Прославь, душа моя, Господа, и не забудь добрые дела Его –

3 W ho pardons all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases;

Того, Кто прощает всю вину твою и исцеляет все твои болезни;

4 W ho redeems your life from the pit, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion;

Кто избавляет от могилы твою жизнь и венчает тебя милостью и щедротами;

5 W ho satisfies your years with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

Кто наполняет твою жизнь благами, чтобы, подобно орлу, обновлялась твоя юность.

6 T he Lord performs righteous deeds And judgments for all who are oppressed.

Господь творит праведность и правосудие для всех угнетенных.

7 H e made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel.

Он ознакомил Моисея с путями Своими, сыновей Израиля – с делами Своими.

8 T he Lord is compassionate and gracious, Slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.

Милостив и милосерден Господь: долготерпелив и богат милостью.

9 H e will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever.

Он не беспрестанно сопротивляется и не вечно держит в Себе гнев.

10 H e has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.

Не в соответствии с нашими грехами поступил Он с нами и не по нашим преступлениям воздал нам.

11 F or as high as the heavens are above the earth, So great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.

Как небо высоко над землею, так велика Его милость к боящимся Его.

12 A s far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us.

Как далек восток от запада, так удалил Он от нас наши грехи.

13 J ust as a father has compassion on his children, So the Lord has compassion on those who fear Him.

Как отец жалеет своих детей, так Господь жалеет боящихся Его,

14 F or He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.

ведь Он знает из чего мы состоим, помнит, что мы – прах.

15 A s for man, his days are like grass; As a flower of the field, so he flourishes.

Дни человека – как трава; он цветет, как полевой цветок.

16 W hen the wind has passed over it, it is no more, And its place acknowledges it no longer.

Пройдет над ним ветер, и нет его, и никто не узнает место, где он был.

17 B ut the lovingkindness of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children,

Милость же Господа извечна и навсегда над боящимися Его,

18 T o those who keep His covenant And remember His precepts to do them.

и Его праведность – к сыновьям сыновей их, к берегущим Его завет и к помнящим Его наставления, чтобы исполнять их.

19 T he Lord has established His throne in the heavens, And His sovereignty rules over all.

Господь в небесах поставил Свой престол, и царская власть Его господствует над всем.

20 B less the Lord, you His angels, Mighty in strength, who perform His word, Obeying the voice of His word!

Прославьте Господа, ангелы Его, великие силой, исполняющие Его повеления, и повинующиеся Его слову.

21 B less the Lord, all you His hosts, You who serve Him, doing His will.

Прославьте Господа, все Его воинства, Его служители, исполняющие Его волю.

22 B less the Lord, all you works of His, In all places of His dominion; Bless the Lord, O my soul!

Прославьте Господа, все дела Его во всех местах Его правления. Прославь, душа моя, Господа.
