1 D omnul i-a zis lui Moise:

And Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

2 „ Spune-le israeliţilor: «Când va păcătui cineva fără voie împotriva vreunei porunci a Domnului, săvârşind fapte care nu trebuie făcute,

`Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying, When a person doth sin through ignorance against any of the commands of Jehovah which are not to be done, and hath done against one of these --

3 d acă cel ce păcătuieşte este chiar preotul care a primit ungerea, aducând astfel vină asupra poporului, el va trebui să-I aducă Domnului pentru păcatul săvârşit un viţel fără meteahnă din cireada sa, ca jertfă pentru păcat.

`If the priest who is anointed doth sin according to the guilt of the people, then he hath brought near for his sin which he hath sinned a bullock, a son of the herd, a perfect one, to Jehovah, for a sin-offering,

4 S ă aducă viţelul la intrarea în Cortul Întâlnirii, înaintea Domnului, să-şi pună mâna pe capul viţelului şi viţelul să fie înjunghiat acolo, înaintea Domnului.

and he hath brought in the bullock unto the opening of the tent of meeting before Jehovah, and hath laid his hand on the head of the bullock, and hath slaughtered the bullock before Jehovah.

5 P reotul care a primit ungerea să ia din sângele viţelului, să-l aducă în Cortul Întâlnirii,

`And the priest who is anointed hath taken of the blood of the bullock, and hath brought it in unto the tent of meeting,

6 s ă-şi pună degetul în sânge şi să-l stropească de şapte ori înaintea Domnului, înaintea draperiei despărţitoare a Lăcaşului.

and the priest hath dipped his finger in the blood, and sprinkled of the blood seven times before Jehovah, at the front of the vail of the sanctuary;

7 P reotul să ungă cu sânge coarnele altarului tămâierii, care este în Cortul Întâlnirii, înaintea Domnului; restul sângelui viţelului să-l verse la baza altarului arderilor de tot, care este la intrarea în Cortul Întâlnirii.

and the priest hath put of the blood on the horns of the altar of spice-perfume before Jehovah, which in the tent of meeting, and all the blood of the bullock he doth pour out at the foundation of the altar of the burnt-offering, which at the opening of the tent of meeting.

8 A poi să ia toată grăsimea viţelului adus ca jertfă pentru păcat – şi anume grăsimea de pe măruntaie şi grăsimea din jurul măruntaielor –

`And all the fat of the bullock of the sin-offering he doth lift up from it, the fat which is covering over the inwards, and all the fat which on the inwards,

9 c ei doi rinichi cu grăsimea de pe ei şi de pe coapse, precum şi membrana ficatului, care trebuie desprinsă odată cu rinichii.

and the two kidneys, and the fat which on them, which on the flanks, and the redundance above the liver, (beside the kidneys he doth turn it aside),

10 P reotul să ia aceste părţi, aşa cum sunt luate de la boul adus ca jertfă de pace şi să le ardă pe altarul arderilor de tot.

as it is lifted up from the ox of the sacrifice of the peace-offerings; and the priest hath made them a perfume on the altar of the burnt-offering.

11 D ar pielea viţelului, toată carnea lui, capul, picioarele, măruntaiele şi balega,

`And the skin of the bullock, and all its flesh, besides its head, and besides its legs, and its inwards, and its dung --

12 a dică ce a rămas din viţel, să le ducă într-un loc curat în afara taberei, acolo unde se aruncă cenuşa şi să le ardă într-un foc făcut din lemne; deci să le ardă acolo unde se aruncă cenuşa.

he hath even brought out the whole bullock unto the outside of the camp, unto a clean place, unto the place of the pouring out of the ashes, and he hath burnt it on the wood with fire; beside the place of the pouring out of the ashes it is burnt.

13 D acă toată adunarea lui Israel va păcătui fără voie şi nu-şi va da seama de lucrul acesta, săvârşind fapte care sunt împotriva poruncilor Domnului şi făcându-se astfel vinovată,

`And if the whole company of Israel err ignorantly, and the thing hath been hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done one of all the commands of Jehovah which are not to be done, and have been guilty;

14 d acă păcatul pe care l-a săvârşit va fi descoperit, adunarea va trebui să aducă ca jertfă pentru păcat un viţel. Să-l aducă înaintea Cortului Întâlnirii,

when the sin which they have sinned concerning it hath been known, then have the assembly brought near a bullock, a son of the herd, for a sin-offering, and they have brought it in before the tent of meeting;

15 i ar sfatul bătrânilor adunării să-şi pună mâinile pe capul viţelului în prezenţa Domnului şi viţelul să fie înjunghiat acolo, înaintea Domnului.

and the elders of the company have laid their hands on the head of the bullock, before Jehovah, and hath slaughtered the bullock before Jehovah.

16 P reotul care a primit ungerea să ia din sângele viţelului, să-l ducă în Cortul Întâlnirii,

`And the priest who is anointed hath brought in of the blood of the bullock unto the tent of meeting,

17 s ă-şi pună degetul în sânge şi să stropească cu el de şapte ori înaintea Domnului, în faţa draperiei.

and the priest hath dipped his finger in the blood, and hath sprinkled seven times before Jehovah at the front of the vail,

18 A poi să ungă cu sânge coarnele altarului care este înaintea Domnului, în Cortul Întâlnirii, iar restul sângelui să-l verse la baza altarului arderilor de tot, care este la intrarea în Cortul Întâlnirii.

and of the blood he doth put on the horns of the altar which before Jehovah, which in the tent of meeting; and all the blood he doth pour out at the foundation of the altar of the burnt-offering, which at the opening of the tent of meeting;

19 T oată grăsimea viţelului s-o ia şi s-o ardă pe altar.

and all its fat he doth lift up from it, and hath made perfume on the altar.

20 A cest viţel să fie jertfit la fel ca viţelul jertfei pentru păcat. Astfel, preotul va face ispăşire pentru ei şi vor fi iertaţi.

`And he hath done to the bullock as he hath done to the bullock of the sin-offering, so he doth to it; and the priest hath made atonement for them, and it hath been forgiven them;

21 P ărţile rămase din viţel să fie duse în afara taberei şi să fie arse, la fel cum s-a făcut cu părţile primului viţel. Aceasta este o jertfă adusă pentru păcatul adunării.

and he hath brought out the bullock unto the outside of the camp, and hath burned it as he hath burned the first bullock; it a sin-offering of the assembly.

22 D acă un conducător va păcătui fără voie împotriva vreuneia dintre poruncile Domnului, Dumnezeul său, săvârşind fapte care nu trebuie făcute şi făcându-se astfel vinovat,

`When a prince doth sin, and hath done one of all the commands of Jehovah his God which are not to be done, through ignorance, and hath been guilty --

23 d acă el ajunge să-şi descopere păcatul pe care l-a săvârşit, atunci va trebui să aducă ca jertfă un ţap fără meteahnă.

or his sin wherein he hath sinned hath been made known unto him, then he hath brought in his offering, a kid of the goats, a male, a perfect one,

24 S ă-şi pună mâna pe capul ţapului şi acesta să fie înjunghiat în locul unde se înjunghie arderile de tot înaintea Domnului; aceasta este o jertfă pentru păcat.

and he hath laid his hand on the head of the goat, and hath slaughtered it in the place where he doth slaughter the burnt-offering before Jehovah; it a sin-offering.

25 P reotul să ia cu degetul din sângele jertfei pentru păcat şi să ungă cu el coarnele altarului arderilor de tot, iar restul sângelui să-l verse la baza altarului arderilor de tot.

`And the priest hath taken of the blood of the sin-offering with his finger, and hath put on the horns of the altar of the burnt-offering, and its blood he doth pour out at the foundation of the altar of the burnt-offering,

26 A poi să ardă toată grăsimea pe altar, la fel cum se arde grăsimea de la jertfa de pace. Aşa să facă preotul ispăşire pentru păcatul acelui conducător şi acesta din urmă va fi iertat.

and with all its fat he doth make perfume on the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of the peace-offerings; and the priest hath made atonement for him because of his sin, and it hath been forgiven him.

27 D acă unul dintre oamenii de rând păcătuieşte fără voie împotriva vreuneia dintre poruncile Domnului, săvârşind fapte care nu trebuie făcute şi făcându-se astfel vinovat,

`And if any person of the people of the land sin through ignorance, by his doing one of the commands of Jehovah which are not to be done, and hath been guilty --

28 d acă el ajunge să-şi descopere păcatul pe care l-a făcut, atunci va trebui să aducă ca jertfă pentru păcatul săvârşit o iadă fără meteahnă.

or his sin which he hath sinned hath been made known unto him, then he hath brought in his offering, a kid of the goats, a perfect one, a female, for his sin which he hath sinned,

29 S ă-şi pună mâna pe capul jertfei pentru păcat şi aceasta să fie înjunghiată în locul unde se aduc arderile de tot.

and he hath laid his hand on the head of the sin-offering, and hath slaughtered the sin-offering in the place of the burnt-offering.

30 P reotul să ia cu degetul din sângele jertfei şi să ungă cu el coarnele altarului arderilor de tot, iar restul sângelui să-l verse la baza altarului.

`And the priest hath taken of its blood with his finger, and hath put on the horns of the altar of the burnt-offering, and all its blood he doth pour out at the foundation of the altar,

31 S ă ia apoi toată grăsimea, la fel cum se ia grăsimea de la jertfa de pace şi s-o ardă pe altar, căci aceasta este de o aromă plăcută Domnului. Aşa să facă preotul ispăşire pentru păcatul omului de rând şi acesta din urmă va fi iertat.

and all its fat he doth turn aside, as the fat hath been turned aside from off the sacrifice of the peace-offerings, and the priest hath made perfume on the altar, for sweet fragrance to Jehovah; and the priest hath made atonement for him, and it hath been forgiven him.

32 D acă va aduce ca jertfă pentru păcat un miel din turmă, să aducă o femelă fără meteahnă.

`And if he bring in a sheep his offering, for a sin-offering, a female, a perfect one, he doth bring in,

33 S ă-şi pună mâna pe capul jertfei pentru păcat şi aceasta să fie înjunghiată în locul în care sunt înjunghiate arderile de tot.

and he hath laid his hand on the head of the sin-offering, and hath slaughtered it for a sin-offering in the place where he slaughtereth the burnt-offering.

34 P reotul să ia cu degetul din sângele jertfei pentru păcat şi să ungă cu el coarnele altarului arderilor de tot, iar restul sângelui să-l verse la baza altarului.

`And the priest hath taken of the blood of the sin-offering with his finger, and hath put on the horns of the altar of the burnt-offering, and all its blood he poureth out at the foundation of the altar,

35 S ă ia apoi toată grăsimea, la fel cum se ia grăsimea de la jertfa de pace şi s-o ardă pe altar, deasupra jertfelor mistuite de foc pentru Domnul. Aşa să facă preotul ispăşire pentru păcatul săvârşit de acel om şi acesta din urmă va fi iertat.

and all its fat he turneth aside, as the fat of the sheep is turned aside from the sacrifice of the peace-offerings, and the priest hath made them a perfume on the altar, according to the fire-offerings of Jehovah, and the priest hath made atonement for him, for his sin which he hath sinned, and it hath been forgiven him.
