1 В от родословие Сима, Хама и Иафета, сыновей Ноя, у которых после потопа тоже родились сыновья. Потомки Иафета (1 Пар. 1: 5-7)

Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, namely, of Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.

2 С ыновья Иафета: Гомер, Магог, Мадай, Иаван, Тувал, Мешех и Тирас.

The sons of Japheth: Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.

3 С ыновья Гомера: Ашкеназ, Рифат и Тогарма.

And the sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.

4 С ыновья Иавана: Элиша, Таршиш, Киттим и Роданим.

And the sons of Javan: Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.

5 ( От них произошли приморские народы распространились по своим землям, среди своих народов; у каждого свой язык, свое племя). Потомки Хама (1 Пар. 1: 8-16)

Of these were the isles of the nations divided in their lands, every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.

6 С ыновья Хама: Куш, Мицраим, Пут и Ханаан.

And the sons of Ham: Cush, and Mizraim, and Put, and Canaan.

7 С ыновья Куша: Сева, Хавила, Савта, Раама и Савтеха. Сыновья Раамы: Шева и Дедан.

And the sons of Cush: Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabteca; and the sons of Raamah: Sheba, and Dedan.

8 К уш был также отцом Нимрода, который стал первым на земле могучим воином.

And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.

9 О н был величайшим охотником перед Господом, поэтому и говорится: «Величайший охотник перед Господом, как Нимрод».

He was a mighty hunter before Jehovah: wherefore it is said, Like Nimrod a mighty hunter before Jehovah.

10 П ервыми городами в его царстве были Вавилон, Эрех, Аккад и Халне в Шинаре.

And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

11 И з той земли он перешел в Ассирию, где построил Ниневию, Реховот-Ир, Калах

Out of that land he went forth into Assyria, and builded Nineveh, and Rehoboth-ir, and Calah,

12 и Ресен, между Ниневией и Калахом – великий город.

and Resen between Nineveh and Calah (the same is the great city).

13 М ицраим был отцом лудеев, анамеев, легавеев, нафтухеев,

And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,

14 п атрусеев, каслухеев (от которых произошли филистимляне), и кафтореев.

and Pathrusim, and Casluhim (whence went forth the Philistines), and Caphtorim.

15 Х анаан был отцом Сидона, первенца его, и хеттов,

And Canaan begat Sidon his first-born, and Heth,

16 и евусеев, аморреев, гергесеев,

and the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgashite,

17 х ивеев, аркеев, синеев,

and the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,

18 а рвадеев, цемареев и хамафеев. Позже ханаанские племена рассеялись,

and the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanite spread abroad.

19 и границы Ханаана простирались от Сидона к Герару до Газы, а оттуда к Содому, Гоморре, Адме и Цевоиму до Лаши.

And the border of the Canaanite was from Sidon, as thou goest toward Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest toward Sodom and Gomorrah and Admah and Zeboiim, unto Lasha.

20 Т аковы произошедшие от Хама народы по своим родам, со своим языком, в своих землях. Потомки Сима (1 Пар. 1: 17-23)

These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, in their nations.

21 Р одились сыновья и у Сима, старшего брата Иафета. Сим был предком всех сыновей Евера.

And unto Shem, the father of all the children of Eber, the elder brother of Japheth, to him also were children born.

22 С ыновья Сима: Елам, Ашшур, Арпахшад, Луд и Арам.

The sons of Shem: Elam, and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram.

23 С ыновья Арама: Уц, Хул, Гетер и Мешех.

And the sons of Aram: Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.

24 У Арпахшада родился Шелах, а у Шелаха родился Евер.

And Arpachshad begat Shelah; and Shelah begat Eber.

25 У Евера родилось двое сыновей: одного звали Пелег, потому что в его дни земля была разделена, а его брата Иоктан.

And unto Eber were born two sons: The name of the one was Peleg. For in his days was the earth divided. And his brother's name was Joktan.

26 И октан был отцом Алмодада, Шалефа, Хацармавета, Иераха,

And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,

27 Г адорама, Узала, Диклы,

and Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,

28 О вала, Авимаила, Шевы,

and Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,

29 О фира, Хавилы и Иовава. Все они были сыновьями Иоктана.

and Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.

30 О бласть, где они жили, простиралась от Меши до Сефара, в восточных нагорьях.

And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest toward Sephar, the mountain of the east.

31 Т аковы произошедшие от Сима народы по своим родам, со своим языком, в своих землях.

These are the sons of Shem, after their families, after their tongues, in their lands, after their nations.

32 Т аковы племена сыновей Ноя, по их родословиям в их народах; от них после потопа произошли все народы на земле.

These are the families of the sons of Noah, after their generations, in their nations: and of these were the nations divided in the earth after the flood.
