1 A nd it came to pass after the plague, that Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, saying,

3 A nd Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho, saying,

4 T ake the sum of the people, from twenty years old and upward; as Jehovah commanded Moses and the children of Israel, that came forth out of the land of Egypt.

7 T hese are the families of the Reubenites; and they that were numbered of them were forty and three thousand and seven hundred and thirty.

8 A nd the sons of Pallu: Eliab.

Син на Фалу беше Елиав;

9 A nd the sons of Eliab: Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram. These are that Dathan and Abiram, who were called of the congregation, who strove against Moses and against Aaron in the company of Korah, when they strove against Jehovah,

21 A nd the sons of Perez were: of Hezron, the family of the Hezronites; of Hamul, the family of the Hamulites.

22 T hese are the families of Judah according to those that were numbered of them, threescore and sixteen thousand and five hundred.

Тези са Юдовите семейства; и от тях бяха преброени седемдесет и шест хиляди и петстотин души.

23 T he sons of Issachar after their families: of Tola, the family of the Tolaites; of Puvah, the family of the Punites;

Исахаровите синове според семействата си бяха: от Тола, семейството на Толовите синове; от Фуа, семейството на Фуавовите синове;

24 o f Jashub, the family of the Jashubites; of Shimron, the family of the Shimronites.

от Ясув, семейството на Ясувовите синове; от Симрон, семейството на Симроновите синове.

25 T hese are the families of Issachar according to those that were numbered of them, threescore and four thousand and three hundred.

Тези са Исахаровите семейства; и преброените от тях бяха шестдесет и четири хиляди и триста души.

26 T he sons of Zebulun after their families: of Sered, the family of the Seredites; of Elon, the family of the Elonites; of Jahleel, the family of the Jahleelites.

Завулоновите синове според семействата си бяха: от Серед, семейството на Середовите синове; от Елон, семейството на Елоновите синове; от Ялеил, семейството на Ялеиловите синове.

27 T hese are the families of the Zebulunites according to those that were numbered of them, threescore thousand and five hundred.

Тези са семействата на Завулоновите синове; и преброените от тях бяха шестдесет хиляди и петстотин души.

28 T he sons of Joseph after their families: Manasseh and Ephraim.

Йосифовите синове според семействата си бяха Манасия и Ефрем.

29 T he sons of Manasseh: of Machir, the family of the Machirites; and Machir begat Gilead; of Gilead, the family of the Gileadites.

Манасиевите синове бяха: от Махир, семейството на Махировите синове. И Махир роди Галаад; а от Галаад, семейството на Галаадовите синове.

30 T hese are the sons of Gilead: of Iezer, the family of the Iezerites; of Helek, the family of the Helekites;

Ето Галаадовите потомци: от Ахиезер, семейството на Ахиезеровите синове; от Хелек, семейството на Хелековите синове;

31 a nd of Asriel, the family of the Asrielites; and of Shechem, the family of the Shechemites;

32 a nd of Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites; and of Hepher, the family of the Hepherites.

33 A nd Zelophehad the son of Hepher had no sons, but daughters: and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah.

А Салпаад, Еферовият син, нямаше синове, а дъщери; имената на Салпаадовите дъщери бяха Маала, Нуа, Егла, Мелха и Терса.

34 T hese are the families of Manasseh; and they that were numbered of them were fifty and two thousand and seven hundred.

35 T hese are the sons of Ephraim after their families: of Shuthelah, the family of the Shuthelahites; of Becher, the family of the Becherites; of Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.

А ето Ефремовите синове според семействата им: от Сутал, семейството на Суталовите синове; от Вехер, семейството на Вехеровите синове; от Тахан, семейството на Тахановите синове.

36 A nd these are the sons of Shuthelah: of Eran, the family of the Eranites.

Ето и Суталовите потомци: от Ерана, семейството на Ерановите синове.

37 T hese are the families of the sons of Ephraim according to those that were numbered of them, thirty and two thousand and five hundred. These are the sons of Joseph after their families.

Тези са семействата на Ефремовите синове; и преброените от тях бяха тридесет и две хиляди и петстотин души. Тези са Йосифовите потомци според семействата си.

38 T he sons of Benjamin after their families: of Bela, the family of the Belaites; of Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites; of Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites;

Вениаминовите синове според семействата си бяха: от Вела, семейството на Веловите синове; от Асвил, семейството на Асвиловите синове; от Ахирам, семейството на Ахирамовите синове;

39 o f Shephupham, the family of the Shuphamites; of Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.

41 T hese are the sons of Benjamin after their families; and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and six hundred.

Тези са Вениаминовите синове според семействата си; и преброените от тях бяха четиридесет и пет хиляди и шестстотин души.

42 T hese are the sons of Dan after their families: of Shuham, the family of the Shuhamites. These are the families of Dan after their families.

Ето Дановите синове според семействата им: от Суама, семейството на Суамовите синове. Тези са Дановите семейства според семействата си.

43 A ll the families of the Shuhamites, according to those that were numbered of them, were threescore and four thousand and four hundred.

Преброените от всички семейства на Суамовите синове бяха шестдесет и четири хиляди и четиристотин души.

44 T he sons of Asher after their families: of Imnah, the family of the Imnites; of Ishvi, the family of the Ishvites; of Beriah, the family of the Berites.

Асировите синове според семействата си бяха: от Емна, семейството на Емновите синове; от Есуй, семейството на Есуйевите синове; от Верия, семейството на Вериевите синове.

45 O f the sons of Beriah: of Heber, the family of the Heberites; of Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites.

46 A nd the name of the daughter of Asher was Serah.

А името на Асировата дъщеря беше Сара.

47 T hese are the families of the sons of Asher according to those that were numbered of them, fifty and three thousand and four hundred.

Тези са семействата на Асировите синове; и преброените от тях бяха петдесет и три хиляди и четиристотин души.

48 T he sons of Naphtali after their families: of Jahzeel, the family of the Jahzeelites; of Guni, the family of the Gunites;

Нефталимовите синове според семействата си бяха: от Ясиил, семейството на Ясииловите синове; от Гуний, семейството на Гуниевите синове;

49 o f Jezer, the family of the Jezerites; of Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.

от Есер, семейството на Есеровите синове; от Силим, семейството на Силимовите синове.

50 T hese are the families of Naphtali according to their families; and they that were numbered of them were forty and five thousand and four hundred.

Тези са Нефталимовите семейства според семействата си; и преброените от тях бяха четиридесет и пет хиляди и четиристотин души.

51 T hese are they that were numbered of the children of Israel, six hundred thousand and a thousand seven hundred and thirty.

Числото на преброените от израелтяните беше шестстотин и една хиляди седемстотин и тридесет души.

52 A nd Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

Тогава Господ говорѝ на Моисей:

53 U nto these the land shall be divided for an inheritance according to the number of names.

На тях нека се раздели земята за наследство според числото на имената им.

54 T o the more thou shalt give the more inheritance, and to the fewer thou shalt give the less inheritance: to every one according to those that were numbered of him shall his inheritance be given.

На по-многобройните дай по-голямо наследство, а на по-малобройните дай по-малко наследство; на всяко племе да се даде наследството му според числото на преброените от него.

55 N otwithstanding, the land shall be divided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherit.

При все това обаче земята ще се раздели с жребий; и те ще наследят според имената на бащините си племена.

56 A ccording to the lot shall their inheritance be divided between the more and the fewer.

С жребий да се раздели наследството им между мнозината и малцината.

57 A nd these are they that were numbered of the Levites after their families: of Gershon, the family of the Gershonites; of Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; of Merari, the family of the Merarites.

А ето числото на преброените от левитите според семействата им: от Гирсон, семейството на Гирсоновите синове; от Каат, семейството на Каатовите синове; от Мерарий, семейството на Мерариевите синове.

58 T hese are the families of Levi: the family of the Libnites, the family of the Hebronites, the family of the Mahlites, the family of the Mushites, the family of the Korahites. And Kohath begat Amram.

Ето Левиевите семейства: семейството на Левиевите синове, семейството на Хевроновите синове, семейството на Маалиевите синове, семейството на Мусиевите синове, семейството на Кореевите синове; а Каат роди Амрам.

59 A nd the name of Amram's wife was Jochebed, the daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt: and she bare unto Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister.

Името на Амрамовата жена беше Йохавед, Левиева дъщеря, която се роди на Левий в Египет; тя роди на Амрам Аарон и Моисей и сестра им Мариам.

60 A nd unto Aaron were born Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.

А на Аарон се родиха Надав, Авиуд, Елеазар и Итамар.

61 A nd Nadab and Abihu died, when they offered strange fire before Jehovah.

Но Надав и Авиуд умряха, когато принесоха чужд огън пред Господа.

62 A nd they that were numbered of them were twenty and three thousand, every male from a month old and upward: for they were not numbered among the children of Israel, because there was no inheritance given them among the children of Israel.

А преброените от левитите бяха двадесет и три хиляди, всичките мъжки от един месец и нагоре; те не бяха преброени между израелтяните, понеже на тях не бе дадено наследство между израелтяните.

63 T hese are they that were numbered by Moses and Eleazar the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the plains of Moab by the Jordan at Jericho.

Тези са преброените чрез Моисей и свещеника Елеазар, които преброиха израелтяните на моавските полета при Йордан, срещу Йерихон.

64 B ut among these there was not a man of them that were numbered by Moses and Aaron the priest, who numbered the children of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai.

Но между тях не се намираше човек от онези, които бяха преброени от Моисей и свещеника Аарон, когато те преброиха израелтяните в Синайската пустиня;

65 F or Jehovah had said of them, They shall surely die in the wilderness. And there was not left a man of them, save Caleb the son of Jephunneh, and Joshua the son of Nun.

защото за тях Господ беше казал: Непременно ще измрат в пустинята. От тях не остана нито един освен Халев, Ефониевия син, и Исус, Навиновия син.
