1 A nd Jehovah spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying,

Господ каза още на Моисей на Синайската планина:

2 S peak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto Jehovah.

Кажи на израелтяните: Когато влезете в земята, която Аз ви дам, самата земя да спазва събота за Господа.

3 S ix years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruits thereof;

Шест години да сееш нивите си и шест години да режеш лозето си и да събираш плода му;

4 b ut in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a sabbath unto Jehovah: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.

а седмата година да бъде събота за тържествена почивка на земята, събота на Господа; в нея да не сееш нивата си и да не режеш лозето си.

5 T hat which groweth of itself of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, and the grapes of thy undressed vine thou shalt not gather: it shall be a year of solemn rest for the land.

Да не жънеш и саморасло жито, нито да обираш грозде от нерязано лозе; да бъде година за тържествена почивка на земята.

6 A nd the sabbath of the land shall be for food for you; for thee, and for thy servant and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant and for thy stranger, who sojourn with thee.

Произведеното през тази събота на земята ще ви бъде за храна: на тебе, на слугата ти, на слугинята ти, на наемника ти и на чужденеца, който се е заселил при тебе;

7 A nd for thy cattle, and for the beasts that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be for food.

на добитъка ти и на животните, които са в земята ти, всички нейни произведения ще бъдат за храна.

8 A nd thou shalt number seven sabbaths of years unto thee, seven times seven years; and there shall be unto thee the days of seven sabbaths of years, even forty and nine years.

Да си изброиш седем седмици от години, седем пъти по седем години, и като ти мине времето на седем седмици от години, т. е. четиридесет и девет години,

9 T hen shalt thou send abroad the loud trumpet on the tenth day of the seventh month; in the day of atonement shall ye send abroad the trumpet throughout all your land.

тогава, на десетия ден от седмия месец, да надуеш празничните рогове; в деня на умилостивението да накарате да се затръби по цялата ви земя.

10 A nd ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

И да осветите петдесетата година и да прогласите освобождение по цялата земя на всичките ѝ жители; това ще ви бъде юбилей - всеки да се върне на имота си и всеки да се върне при семейството си.

11 A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you: ye shall not sow, neither reap that which groweth of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of the undressed vines.

Петдесетата година да ви бъде юбилейна година; през нея да не сеете, нито да жънете самораслото, нито да берете нерязаното лозе.

12 F or it is a jubilee; it shall be holy unto you: ye shall eat the increase thereof out of the field.

Защото това е юбилей; той нека бъде свят за вас; от полето да се храните с произведеното от него.

13 I n this year of jubilee ye shall return every man unto his possession.

В тази юбилейна година да се върнете в имота си.

14 A nd if thou sell aught unto thy neighbor, or buy of thy neighbor's hand, ye shall not wrong one another.

И ако продадеш нещо на ближния си или купиш нещо от ближния си, не се онеправдавайте едни други;

15 A ccording to the number of years after the jubilee thou shalt buy of thy neighbor, and according unto the number of years of the crops he shall sell unto thee.

а според годините, които остават след юбилея, да купуваш от ближния си; и според годините, които остават за събирането на плода, да ти продава.

16 A ccording to the multitude of the years thou shalt increase the price thereof, and according to the fewness of the years thou shalt diminish the price of it; for the number of the crops doth he sell unto thee.

Според броя на годините ще повишиш цената му и според броя на годините ще понижиш цената му; защото той ти продава според броя на реколтите.

17 A nd ye shall not wrong one another; but thou shalt fear thy God: for I am Jehovah your God.

Да не се мамите едни други; а да се боиш от своя Бог; защото Аз съм Йехова, вашият Бог.

18 W herefore ye shall do my statutes, and keep mine ordinances and do them; and ye shall dwell in the land in safety.

И така, да изпълнявате наредбите Ми, да пазите законите Ми и да ги вършите, за да живеете безопасно на земята.

19 A nd the land shall yield its fruit, and ye shall eat your fill, and dwell therein in safety.

Земята ще дава плодовете си; и вие ще ядете до насита и ще живеете безопасно на нея.

20 A nd if ye shall say, What shall we eat the seventh year? Behold, we shall not sow, nor gather in our increase;

И ако попитате: Какво ще ядем в седмата година, като не посеем, нито съберем плодовете си?

21 t hen I will command my blessing upon you in the sixth year, and it shall bring forth fruit for the three years.

Тогава ще заповядам така да бъде благословена за вас шестата година, че ще роди плод за три години.

22 A nd ye shall sow the eighth year, and eat of the fruits, the old store; until the ninth year, until its fruits come in, ye shall eat the old store.

А в осмата година ще сеете и ще ядете от старите плодове до деветата година; докато се съберат нейните плодове, ще ядете старите запаси.

23 A nd the land shall not be sold in perpetuity; for the land is mine: for ye are strangers and sojourners with me.

Земята да не се продава завинаги, понеже земята е Моя; защото вие сте пришълци и заселници при Мене.

24 A nd in all the land of your possession ye shall grant a redemption for the land.

Затова в цялата земя, която притежавате, позволявайте откупуване на земята.

25 I f thy brother be waxed poor, and sell some of his possession, then shall his kinsman that is next unto him come, and shall redeem that which his brother hath sold.

Ако осиромашее брат ти и продаде нещо от имота си, нека дойде най-близкият му сродник и да откупи онова, което брат му е продал.

26 A nd if a man have no one to redeem it, and he be waxed rich and find sufficient to redeem it;

Но ако човекът няма сродник да го откупи и като се замогне, сам да намери с какво да го откупи,

27 t hen let him reckon the years of the sale thereof, and restore the overplus unto the man to whom he sold it; and he shall return unto his possession.

тогава нека сметне годините от продажбата му и нека върне излишъка на онзи, на когото го е продал, и нека получи имота си обратно.

28 B ut if he be not able to get it back for himself, then that which he hath sold shall remain in the hand of him that hath bought it until the year of jubilee: and in the jubilee it shall go out, and he shall return unto his possession.

Но ако не може да намери, колкото трябва да плати, тогава продаденото да остане в ръката на купувача му до юбилейната година; и в юбилея да бъде освободено и той да се върне на имота си.

29 A nd if a man sell a dwelling-house in a walled city, then he may redeem it within a whole year after it is sold; for a full year shall he have the right of redemption.

Ако някой продаде къщата за живеене в град, ограден със стени, тогава може да я откупи в разстояние на една цяла година от продажбата ѝ; за една цяла година той ще има право да я откупи.

30 A nd if it be not redeemed within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city shall be made sure in perpetuity to him that bought it, throughout his generations: it shall not go out in the jubilee.

Но ако не бъде откупена до изтичането на една цяла година, тогава онази къща, която е в крепостен град, да бъде потвърдена завинаги на купувача ѝ във всичките му поколения, по време на юбилей да не се освобождава.

31 B ut the houses of the villages which have no wall round about them shall be reckoned with the fields of the country: they may be redeemed, and they shall go out in the jubilee.

Но къщите в неоградените села да се смятат, както полетата на земята; те може да се откупуват и да се освобождават в юбилей.

32 N evertheless the cities of the Levites, the houses of the cities of their possession, may the Levites redeem at any time.

Обаче в левитските градове левитите могат по всяко време да откупуват къщите в градовете, които притежават.

33 A nd if one of the Levites redeem, then the house that was sold, and the city of his possession, shall go out in the jubilee; for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the children of Israel.

Така имотът на левитите може да бъде откупен; и продадена къща в някой от градовете, които те притежават, трябва да бъде върната на юбилея - защото къщите в градовете на левитите са тяхно притежание сред израелтяните.

34 B ut the field of the suburbs of their cities may not be sold; for it is their perpetual possession.

А полето на пасбището на градовете им да не се продава, защото им е вечно притежание.

35 A nd if thy brother be waxed poor, and his hand fail with thee; then thou shalt uphold him: as a stranger and a sojourner shall he live with thee.

Ако осиромашее брат ти и видиш, че ръката му трепери, тогава да му помогнеш - като на пришълец или заселник, за да живее брат ти при тебе.

36 T ake thou no interest of him or increase, but fear thy God; that thy brother may live with thee.

Да не му вземеш лихва или да търсиш печалба, а да се боиш от своя Бог, за да живее брат ти при тебе.

37 T hou shalt not give him thy money upon interest, nor give him thy victuals for increase.

Парите си да не му даваш с лихва, нито храната си да му даваш за печалба.

38 I am Jehovah your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan, and to be your God.

Аз съм Господ, вашият Бог, Който ви изведох от Египетската земя, за да ви дам Ханаанската земя и да бъда ваш Бог.

39 A nd if thy brother be waxed poor with thee, and sell himself unto thee; thou shalt not make him to serve as a bond-servant.

Ако осиромашее брат ти при теб и се предложи да бъде продаден, да не го товариш с робска работа.

40 A s a hired servant, and as a sojourner, he shall be with thee; he shall serve with thee unto the year of jubilee:

Нека той бъде като наемник или заселник при тебе; нека ти работи до юбилейната година;

41 t hen shall he go out from thee, he and his children with him, and shall return unto his own family, and unto the possession of his fathers shall he return.

тогава да си излезе от тебе, той и синовете му с него, и да се върне при семейството си, и да получи обратно притежанието на бащите си.

42 F or they are my servants, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: they shall not be sold as bondmen.

Защото те са Мои слуги, които изведох от Египетската земя; да не бъдат продавани като роби;

43 T hou shalt not rule over him with rigor, but shalt fear thy God.

да не господаруваш над него жестоко, а да се боиш от своя Бог.

44 A nd as for thy bondmen, and thy bondmaids, whom thou shalt have; of the nations that are round about you, of them shall ye buy bondmen and bondmaids.

А колкото до робите и робините, които ще имаш - от народите, които са около вас, от тях да купуваш роби и робини.

45 M oreover of the children of the strangers that sojourn among you, of them shall ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they have begotten in your land: and they shall be your possession.

Още и от децата на пришълците, които са заселници между вас, от тях да купувате и от техните семейства, които са между вас, които те са родили в земята ви; те да ви бъдат притежание.

46 A nd ye shall make them an inheritance for your children after you, to hold for a possession; of them shall ye take your bondmen for ever: but over your brethren the children of Israel ye shall not rule, one over another, with rigor.

И да ги оставяте в наследство на децата си; те да ги наследяват след вас като притежание; винаги от тях да бъдат вашите роби; но над братята си, израелтяните, да не господствате един над друг жестоко.

47 A nd if a stranger or sojourner with thee be waxed rich, and thy brother be waxed poor beside him, and sell himself unto the stranger or sojourner with thee, or to the stock of the stranger's family;

Ако пришълецът или заселникът, който живее при тебе, се замогне, а брат ти осиромашее при него и се продаде на пришълеца или на заселника при теб, или на кого да е от семейството на чужденеца,

48 a fter that he is sold he may be redeemed: one of his brethren may redeem him;

то, след като се продаде, той може да се откупи; един от братята му може да го откупи;

49 o r his uncle, or his uncle's son, may redeem him, or any that is nigh of kin unto him of his family may redeem him; or if he be waxed rich, he may redeem himself.

или чичо му, или чичовият му син може да го откупи, или някой близък сродник от семейството му може да го откупи, или ако той се е замогнал, може сам да откупи себе си.

50 A nd he shall reckon with him that bought him from the year that he sold himself to him unto the year of jubilee: and the price of his sale shall be according unto the number of years; according to the time of a hired servant shall he be with him.

Тогава нека сметне с купувача си от годината, когато му се е продал, до юбилейната година, така че цената, за която се е продал, да бъде според броя на годините; да му бъде пресметнато според времето на наемник.

51 I f there be yet many years, according unto them he shall give back the price of his redemption out of the money that he was bought for.

Ако остават още много години, съразмерно с тях да възвърне за откупуването си от парите, с които е бил купен.

52 A nd if there remain but few years unto the year of jubilee, then he shall reckon with him; according unto his years shall he give back the price of his redemption.

Но ако остават малко години до юбилейната година, нека пресметне и според годините да възвърне за откупуването си.

53 A s a servant hired year by year shall he be with him: he shall not rule with rigor over him in thy sight.

Като годишен наемник да бъде при него; той да не господства над него жестоко пред тебе.

54 A nd if he be not redeemed by these means, then he shall go out in the year of jubilee, he, and his children with him.

Но ако така не се откупи, тогава да си излезе в юбилейната година, той и децата му с него,

55 F or unto me the children of Israel are servants; they are my servants whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt: I am Jehovah your God.

защото израелтяните са Мои слуги; те са Мои слуги, които изведох от Египетската земя. Аз съм Господ, вашият Бог.
