1 T hen Jehovah said unto Moses, Go in unto Pharaoh, and tell him, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

Тогава Господ каза на Моисей: Влез при фараона и му кажи: Така казва Господ, Бог на евреите: Пусни народа Ми, за да Ми послужи.

2 F or if thou refuse to let them go, and wilt hold them still,

Защото, ако откажеш да ги пуснеш и ако още ги държиш,

3 b ehold, the hand of Jehovah is upon thy cattle which are in the field, upon the horses, upon the asses, upon the camels, upon the herds, and upon the flocks: there shall be a very grievous murrain.

ръката на Господа ще бъде върху добитъка ти, който е по полето, конете, ослите, камилите, говедата и овцете; и ще настане твърде тежък мор.

4 A nd Jehovah shall make a distinction between the cattle of Israel and the cattle of Egypt; and there shall nothing die of all that belongeth to the children of Israel.

И Господ ще постави преграда между Израелевия и египетския добитък; от целия добитък на израелтяните нищо няма да умре.

5 A nd Jehovah appointed a set time, saying, To-morrow Jehovah shall do this thing in the land.

И Господ определи срок, като каза: Утре Йехова ще стори това на земята.

6 A nd Jehovah did that thing on the morrow; and all the cattle of Egypt died; but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.

На другия ден Господ стори това; целият египетски добитък измря, а от добитъка на израелтяните нищо не умря.

7 A nd Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not so much as one of the cattle of the Israelites dead. But the heart of Pharaoh was stubborn, and he did not let the people go.

Фараонат прати да видят и, ето, от добитъка на израелтяните нищо не беше умряло. Но сърцето на фараона беше упорито и той не пусна народа.

8 A nd Jehovah said unto Moses and unto Aaron, Take to you handfuls of ashes of the furnace, and let Moses sprinkle it toward heaven in the sight of Pharaoh.

Тогава Господ каза на Моисей и Аарон: Напълнете шепите си с пепел от пещ и нека Моисей я пръсне към небето пред фараон;

9 A nd it shall become small dust over all the land of Egypt, and shall be a boil breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast, throughout all the land of Egypt.

и пепелта ще стане прах по цялата Египетска земя и ще причини на хората и животните възпаление с гнойни циреи, по цялата Египетска земя.

10 A nd they took ashes of the furnace, and stood before Pharaoh; and Moses sprinkled it up toward heaven; and it became a boil breaking forth with blains upon man and upon beast.

И като взеха пепел от пещ и застанаха пред фараона, Моисей я пръсна към небето; и стана възпаление с гнойни циреи на хората и животните.

11 A nd the magicians could not stand before Moses because of the boils; for the boils were upon the magicians, and upon all the Egyptians.

А влъхвите не можаха да стоят пред Моисей поради възпалението, защото влъхвите и всички египтяни бяха получили възпаление.

12 A nd Jehovah hardened the heart of Pharaoh, and he hearkened not unto them, as Jehovah had spoken unto Moses.

Но Господ закорави сърцето на фараона и той не ги послуша, според както Господ беше предсказал на Моисей.

13 A nd Jehovah said unto Moses, Rise up early in the morning, and stand before Pharaoh, and say unto him, Thus saith Jehovah, the God of the Hebrews, Let my people go, that they may serve me.

След това Господ каза на Моисей: Стани утре рано, застани пред фараона и му кажи: Така казва Господ, Бог на евреите: Пусни народа Ми, за да Ми послужи.

14 F or I will this time send all my plagues upon thy heart, and upon thy servants, and upon thy people; that thou mayest know that there is none like me in all the earth.

Защото този път Аз изпращам всичките Си напасти върху тебе, върху служителите ти и върху народа ти, за да познаеш, че в целия свят няма подобен на Мене.

15 F or now I had put forth my hand, and smitten thee and thy people with pestilence, and thou hadst been cut off from the earth:

Понеже сега можех да вдигна ръката Си и да поразя теб и народа ти с мор, и щяхте досега да бъдете изтребени от земята.

16 b ut in very deed for this cause have I made thee to stand, to show thee my power, and that my name may be declared throughout all the earth.

Но Аз ви пожалих, за да покажа на тебе силата Си и да се прочуе Името Ми по целия свят.

17 A s yet exaltest thou thyself against my people, that thou wilt not let them go?

Още ли се надигаш срещу народа Ми и не ги пускаш?

18 B ehold, to-morrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the day it was founded even until now.

Ето, утре около това време ще изпратя много тежък град, небивал в Египет, откакто се е основал до днес.

19 N ow therefore send, hasten in thy cattle and all that thou hast in the field; for every man and beast that shall be found in the field, and shall not be brought home, the hail shall come down upon them, and they shall die.

И така, сега прати да приберат бързо добитъка ти и всичко, което имаш по полето; защото градушката ще падне върху всеки човек и всяко животно, което се окаже на полето и няма да се прибере вкъщи; и те ще измрат.

20 H e that feared the word of Jehovah among the servants of Pharaoh made his servants and his cattle flee into the houses.

И така, който от фараоновите служители се побоя от това, което Господ каза, прибра бързо вкъщи слугите и добитъка си;

21 A nd he that regarded not the word of Jehovah left his servants and his cattle in the field.

а който не обърна внимание на казаното от Господа, остави слугите и добитъка си по полето.

22 A nd Jehovah said unto Moses, Stretch forth thy hand toward heaven, that there may be hail in all the land of Egypt, upon man, and upon beast, and upon every herb of the field, throughout the land of Egypt.

Тогава Господ каза на Моисей: Протегни ръката си към небето, за да удари град по цялата Египетска земя, по хората, по животните и по всяка трева на полето по цялата Египетска земя.

23 A nd Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and Jehovah sent thunder and hail, and fire ran down unto the earth; and Jehovah rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

Моисей простря жезъла си към небето и Господ прати гръм и град, и огън се спускаше по земята; Господ изпрати градушка по Египетската земя.

24 S o there was hail, and fire mingled with the hail, very grievous, such as had not been in all the land of Egypt since it became a nation.

Така имаше град и огън, размесен с града - град много тежък, небивал в цялата Египетска земя, откакто е заживял там народ.

25 A nd the hail smote throughout all the land of Egypt all that was in the field, both man and beast; and the hail smote every herb of the field, and brake every tree of the field.

В цялата Египетска земя градушката изби всичко, което имаше по полето - и човек, и животно; градът очука и цялата трева по полето и изпочупи всички дървета по полето.

26 O nly in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail.

Само в Гесенската земя, където бяха израелтяните, не удари град.

27 A nd Pharaoh sent, and called for Moses and Aaron, and said unto them, I have sinned this time: Jehovah is righteous, and I and my people are wicked.

Тогава фараонът изпрати да повикат Моисей и Аарон и им каза: Този път сгреших; Господ е праведен, а аз и народът ми сме нечестиви.

28 E ntreat Jehovah; for there hath been enough of these mighty thunderings and hail; and I will let you go, and ye shall stay no longer.

Помолете се на Господа, защото ми додея от тези ужасни гръмове и град; и аз ще ви пусна и няма вече да останете.

29 A nd Moses said unto him, As soon as I am gone out of the city, I will spread abroad my hands unto Jehovah; the thunders shall cease, neither shall there be any more hail; that thou mayest know that the earth is Jehovah's.

А Моисей му каза: Щом изляза от града, ще протегна ръцете си към Господа и гръмовете ще престанат, и няма да има вече градушка, за да познаеш, че светът е Господен.

30 B ut as for thee and thy servants, I know that ye will not yet fear Jehovah God.

Обаче зная, че ти и служителите ти още няма да се уплашите от Господа Бога.

31 A nd the flax and the barley were smitten: for the barley was in the ear, and the flax was in bloom.

(Ленът и ечемикът бяха съсипани, защото ечемикът беше на класове и ленът вързваше семе;

32 B ut the wheat and the spelt were not smitten: for they were not grown up.

но пшеницата и бялото жито оцеляха, защото бяха късни.)

33 A nd Moses went out of the city from Pharaoh, and spread abroad his hands unto Jehovah: and the thunders and hail ceased, and the rain was not poured upon the earth.

И така, Моисей излезе от двореца на фараона извън града и протегна ръцете си към Господа; и гръмовете и градушката престанаха, и дъждът не се изливаше вече по земята.

34 A nd when Pharaoh saw that the rain and the hail and the thunders were ceased, he sinned yet more, and hardened his heart, he and his servants.

Но след като фараонът видя, че престанаха дъждът, градът и гръмотевиците, той пак съгреши и закорави сърцето си, той и служителите му.

35 A nd the heart of Pharaoh was hardened, and he did not let the children of Israel go, as Jehovah had spoken by Moses.

Сърцето на фараона се закорави и той не пусна израелтяните, както Господ беше говорил чрез Моисей.
