1 A beginning of the good news of Jesus Christ, Son of God.

Началото на благовестието на Исус Христос, Божия Син;

2 A s it hath been written in the prophets, `Lo, I send My messenger before thy face, who shall prepare thy way before thee,' --

както е писано в книгата на пророк Исая: "Ето, Аз изпращам пред лицето Ти вестителя Си, който ще устрои Твоя път;

3 ` A voice of one calling in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, straight make ye his paths,' --

глас на един, който вика в пустинята: Пригответе пътя за Господа. Прави направете пътеките за Него."

4 J ohn came baptizing in the wilderness, and proclaiming a baptism of reformation -- to remission of sins,

Йоан дойде, като кръщаваше в пустинята и проповядваше кръщение на покаяние за опрощаване на греховете.

5 a nd there were going forth to him all the region of Judea, and they of Jerusalem, and they were all baptized by him in the river Jordan, confessing their sins.

И излизаха при него цялата Юдейска страна и всички жители на Йерусалим и бяха кръщавани от него в реката Йордан, като изповядваха греховете си.

6 A nd John was clothed with camel's hair, and a girdle of skin around his loins, and eating locusts and honey of the field,

А Йоан носеше облекло от камилска козина и кожен пояс около кръста си и се хранеше с акриди и див мед.

7 a nd he proclaimed, saying, `He doth come -- who is mightier than I -- after me, of whom I am not worthy -- having stooped down -- to loose the latchet of his sandals;

И като проповядваше, казваше: След мене иде Онзи, Който е по-силен от мене, на Когото не съм достоен да се наведа и развържа ремъка на сандалите Му.

8 I indeed did baptize you with water, but he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit.'

Аз ви кръщавам с вода, а Той ще ви кръсти със Святия Дух. Кръщението на Исус Христос и изкушението

9 A nd it came to pass in those days, Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized by John at the Jordan;

И в онези дни дойде Исус от Назарет Галилейски и бе кръстен от Йоан в Йордан.

10 a nd immediately coming up from the water, he saw the heavens dividing, and the Spirit as a dove coming down upon him;

След като излезе веднага от водата, видя, че се разтварят небесата и че Духът като гълъб слиза на Него.

11 a nd a voice came out of the heavens, `Thou art My Son -- the Beloved, in whom I did delight.'

И дойде глас от небесата: Ти си Моят възлюбен Син; в Теб е Моето благоволение.

12 A nd immediately doth the Spirit put him forth to the wilderness,

И веднага Духът Го закара в пустинята.

13 a nd he was there in the wilderness forty days, being tempted by the Adversary, and he was with the beasts, and the messengers were ministering to him.

Той беше в пустинята четиридесет дни, изкушаван от Сатана, и беше със зверовете; а ангелите Му служеха. Начало на служението на Исус Христос и призоваването на първите апостоли

14 A nd after the delivering up of John, Jesus came to Galilee, proclaiming the good news of the reign of God,

А след като Йоан бе предаден на властта, Исус дойде в Галилея и проповядваше Божието благовестие, като казваше:

15 a nd saying -- `Fulfilled hath been the time, and the reign of God hath come nigh, reform ye, and believe in the good news.'

Времето се изпълни и Божието царство наближи; покайте се и повярвайте в благовестието.

16 A nd, walking by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon, and Andrew his brother, casting a drag into the sea, for they were fishers,

А когато минаваше край Галилейското езеро, видя Симон и брата на Симон Андрей, че хвърляха мрежи в езерото, понеже бяха рибари.

17 a nd Jesus said to them, `Come ye after me, and I shall make you to become fishers of men;'

Исус им каза: Вървете след Мен и Аз ще ви направя ловци на човеци.

18 a nd immediately, having left their nets, they followed him.

И те веднага оставиха мрежите и отидоха след Него.

19 A nd having gone on thence a little, he saw James of Zebedee, and John his brother, and they were in the boat refitting the nets,

Като отмина малко, видя Яков Зеведеев и брат му Йоан, които също бяха в ладията си и кърпеха мрежите.

20 a nd immediately he called them, and, having left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants, they went away after him.

И веднага ги повика; те оставиха баща си Зеведей в ладията с надничарите и отидоха след Него.

21 A nd they go on to Capernaum, and immediately, on the sabbaths, having gone into the synagogue, he was teaching,

И дойдоха в Капернаум. И още в първата събота Исус влезе в синагогата и поучаваше.

22 a nd they were astonished at his teaching, for he was teaching them as having authority, and not as the scribes.

А те се чудеха на учението Му; защото ги поучаваше като Един, Който има власт, а не като книжниците.

23 A nd there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he cried out,

И скоро след това в синагогата им дойде човек с нечист дух, който извика:

24 s aying, `Away! what -- to us and to thee, Jesus the Nazarene? thou didst come to destroy us; I have known thee who thou art -- the Holy One of God.'

Остави ни! Какво общо имаш Ти с нас, Исусе Назарянино? Нима си дошъл да ни погубиш? Познавам Те Кой си - Святият Божий.

25 A nd Jesus rebuked him, saying, `Be silenced, and come forth out of him,'

Но Исус го смъмра, като каза: Млъкни и излез от него!

26 a nd the unclean spirit having torn him, and having cried with a great voice, came forth out of him,

Тогава нечистият дух, като го хвърли в гърчове, изкрещя със силен глас и излезе от него.

27 a nd they were all amazed, so as to reason among themselves, saying, `What is this? what new teaching this? that with authority also the unclean spirits he commandeth, and they obey him!'

И всички се смаяха и започнаха да разискват помежду си: Какво е това? Едно ново учение! С власт заповядва и на нечистите духове и те Му се покоряват!

28 A nd the fame of him went forth immediately to all the region, round about, of Galilee.

И слухът за Него се разнесе скоро навред по цялата Галилейска област. Излекуването на тъщата на Петър и на други болни

29 A nd immediately, having come forth out of the synagogue, they went to the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John,

И щом излязоха от синагогата, дойдоха с Яков и Йоан в къщата на Симон и Андрей.

30 a nd the mother-in-law of Simon was lying fevered, and immediately they tell him about her,

А Симоновата тъща лежеше болна от треска; и веднага Му казаха за нея.

31 a nd having come near, he raised her up, having laid hold of her hand, and the fever left her immediately, and she was ministering to them.

Той се приближи и като я хвана за ръка, я вдигна; и веднага треската я остави и тя им прислужваше.

32 A nd evening having come, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all who were ill, and who were demoniacs,

А като се свечери, когато залезе слънцето, доведоха при Него всички болни и обладани от бесове.

33 a nd the whole city was gathered together near the door,

И целият град се събра пред вратата.

34 a nd he healed many who were ill of manifold diseases, and many demons he cast forth, and was not suffering the demons to speak, because they knew him.

И Той изцели мнозина, които страдаха от разни болести, и изгони много бесове; и не позволяваше на бесовете да говорят, понеже Го познаваха.

35 A nd very early, it being yet night, having risen, he went forth, and went away to a desert place, and was there praying;

И на сутринта, когато беше още тъмно, стана и излезе, и отиде в уединено място, и там се молеше.

36 a nd Simon and those with him went in quest of him,

А Симон и онези, които бяха с Него, изтичаха след Него.

37 a nd having found him, they say to him, -- `All do seek thee;'

И като Го намериха, казаха Му: Всички Те търсят.

38 a nd he saith to them, `We may go to the next towns, that there also I may preach, for for this I came forth.'

А Той им каза: Да идем другаде в близките градчета и там да проповядвам; защото затова съм излязъл.

39 A nd he was preaching in their synagogues, in all Galilee, and is casting out the demons,

И влизаше в синагогите им по цяла Галилея, като проповядваше и изгонваше бесовете.

40 a nd there doth come to him a leper, calling on him, and kneeling to him, and saying to him -- `If thou mayest will, thou art able to cleanse me.'

И дойде при Него един прокажен и Му се молеше, коленичил пред Него, с думите: Ако искаш, можеш да ме очистиш.

41 A nd Jesus having been moved with compassion, having stretched forth the hand, touched him, and saith to him, `I will; be thou cleansed;'

А Той се смили, простря ръка и се допря до него, и му каза: Искам, бъди очистен.

42 a nd he having spoken, immediately the leprosy went away from him, and he was cleansed.

И веднага проказата го остави и той стана чист.

43 A nd having sternly charged him, immediately he put him forth,

Исус веднага го отпрати и го предупреди строго, като му каза:

44 a nd saith to him, `See thou mayest say nothing to any one, but go away, thyself shew to the priest, and bring near for thy cleansing the things Moses directed, for a testimony to them.'

Гледай да не кажеш нищо на никого; но за свидетелство на тях иди и се покажи на свещеника и дай принос за очистването си това, което е заповядал Моисей.

45 A nd he, having gone forth, began to proclaim much, and to spread abroad the thing, so that no more he was able openly to enter into the city, but he was without in desert places, and they were coming unto him from every quarter.

А той, като излезе, започна да разгласява много и да разнася за станалото, така че Исус не можеше вече да влезе явно в някой град, но стоеше навън в уединени места; и при Него идваха отвсякъде.
