1 A nd Moses goeth up from the plains of Moab unto mount Nebo, the top of Pisgah, which on the front of Jericho, and Jehovah sheweth him all the land -- Gilead unto Dan,

Тогава Моисей се изкачи от Моавските полета на планината Нево, на върха Фасга, който е срещу Йерихон. И Господ му показа цялата Галаадска земя до Дан,

2 a nd all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah unto the further sea,

цялата Нефталимова земя, Ефремовата и Манасиева земя и цялата Юдова земя до Западното море,

3 a nd the south, and the circuit of the valley of Jericho, the city of palms, unto Zoar.

Негев и областта на долината около Йерихон, града на палмите, до Сигор.

4 A nd Jehovah saith unto him, `This the land which I have sworn to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, To thy seed I give it; I have caused thee to see with thine eyes, and thither thou dost not pass over.'

Господ му каза: Тази е земята, за която съм се клел на Авраам, на Исаак и на Яков, като казах: На твоето потомство ще я дам. Аз ти я показах, но в нея няма да влезеш.

5 A nd Moses, servant of the Lord, dieth there, in the land of Moab, according to the command of Jehovah;

И така, Господният слуга Моисей умря там, в Моавската земя, според казаното от Господа.

6 a nd He burieth him in a valley in the land of Moab, over-against Beth-Peor, and no man hath known his burying place unto this day.

И Господ го погреба в долината на Моавската земя срещу Вет-фегор; а до днес никой не знае къде е гробът му.

7 A nd Moses a son of a hundred and twenty years when he dieth; his eye hath not become dim, nor hath his moisture fled.

Моисей беше на сто и двадесет години, когато умря; очите му не отслабнаха, нито силата му намаля.

8 A nd the sons of Israel bewail Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days; and the days of weeping mourning for Moses are completed.

И израелтяните плакаха за Моисей тридесет дни в Моавските полета; така се изпълниха дните на плача и жалейката за Моисей.

9 A nd Joshua son of Nun is full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands upon him, and the sons of Israel hearken unto him, and do as Jehovah commanded Moses.

А Исус, Навиновият син, беше пълен с мъдър дух, защото Моисей беше възложил ръцете си на него; и израелтяните го слушаха и постъпваха, както Господ беше заповядал на Моисей.

10 A nd there hath not arisen a prophet any more in Israel like Moses, whom Jehovah hath known face unto face,

Не се издигна вече в Израел пророк като Моисей, когото Господ познаваше лице в лице,

11 i n reference to all the signs and the wonders which Jehovah sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,

с всички знамения и чудеса, които Господ го изпрати да извърши в Египетската земя върху фараона, върху всичките му служители и върху цялата му земя,

12 a nd in reference to all the strong hand, and to all the great fear which Moses did before the eyes of all Israel.

с мощната ръка и страховитите дела, които Моисей извърши пред целия Израел.
