1 A nd Moses goeth up from the plains of Moab unto mount Nebo, the top of Pisgah, which on the front of Jericho, and Jehovah sheweth him all the land -- Gilead unto Dan,

Subió Moisés de los campos de Moab al monte Nebo, a la cumbre del Pisgá, que está enfrente de Jericó; y le mostró Jehová toda la tierra de Galaad, hasta Dan,

2 a nd all Naphtali, and the land of Ephraim, and Manasseh, and all the land of Judah unto the further sea,

todo Neftalí, y la tierra de Efraín y de Manasés, toda la tierra de Judá hasta el mar occidental;

3 a nd the south, and the circuit of the valley of Jericho, the city of palms, unto Zoar.

el Négueb, y la llanura, la vega de Jericó, ciudad de las palmeras, hasta Zoar.

4 A nd Jehovah saith unto him, `This the land which I have sworn to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, To thy seed I give it; I have caused thee to see with thine eyes, and thither thou dost not pass over.'

Y le dijo Jehová: Esta es la tierra de que juré a Abraham, a Isaac y a Jacob, diciendo: A tu descendencia la daré. Te he permitido verla con tus ojos, mas no pasarás allá.

5 A nd Moses, servant of the Lord, dieth there, in the land of Moab, according to the command of Jehovah;

Y murió allí Moisés, siervo de Jehová, en la tierra de Moab, conforme al dicho de Jehová.

6 a nd He burieth him in a valley in the land of Moab, over-against Beth-Peor, and no man hath known his burying place unto this day.

Y lo enterró en el valle, en la tierra de Moab, enfrente de Betpeor; y ninguno conoce el lugar de su sepultura hasta hoy.

7 A nd Moses a son of a hundred and twenty years when he dieth; his eye hath not become dim, nor hath his moisture fled.

Era Moisés de edad de ciento veinte años cuando murió; sus ojos nunca se oscurecieron, ni perdió su vigor.

8 A nd the sons of Israel bewail Moses in the plains of Moab thirty days; and the days of weeping mourning for Moses are completed.

Y lloraron los hijos de Israel a Moisés en los campos de Moab treinta días; y así se cumplieron los días del llanto y del luto por Moisés.

9 A nd Joshua son of Nun is full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands upon him, and the sons of Israel hearken unto him, and do as Jehovah commanded Moses.

Y Josué hijo de Nun fue lleno del espíritu de sabiduría, porque Moisés había puesto sus manos sobre él; y los hijos de Israel le obedecieron, e hicieron como Jehová mandó a Moisés.

10 A nd there hath not arisen a prophet any more in Israel like Moses, whom Jehovah hath known face unto face,

Y nunca más se levantó profeta en Israel como Moisés, con quien trataba Jehová cara a cara;

11 i n reference to all the signs and the wonders which Jehovah sent him to do in the land of Egypt, to Pharaoh, and to all his servants, and to all his land,

nadie como él en todas las señales y prodigios que Jehová le envió a hacer en tierra de Egipto, a Faraón y a todos sus siervos y a toda su tierra,

12 a nd in reference to all the strong hand, and to all the great fear which Moses did before the eyes of all Israel.

y en el gran poder y en los hechos grandiosos y terribles que Moisés hizo a la vista de todo Israel.
