1 A nd the heads of the people dwell in Jerusalem, and the rest of the people have caused to fall lots to bring in one out of ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts in the cities,

Първенците на народа се заселиха в Йерусалим; а останалите от народа хвърлиха жребий, за да доведат един от десет души да се засели в Йерусалим, в святия град, а деветте части от населението - в другите градове.

2 a nd the people give a blessing to all the men who are offering themselves willingly to dwell in Jerusalem.

И народът благослови всички онези хора, които доброволно предложиха себе си да се заселят в Йерусалим.

3 A nd these heads of the province who have dwelt in Jerusalem, and in cities of Judah, they have dwelt each in his possession in their cities; Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the Nethinim, and the sons of the servants of Solomon.

А ето главните мъже от областта, които се заселиха в Йерусалим (а в Юдейските градове се заселиха, всеки в притежанието си в градовете им, Израел, свещениците, левитите, нетинимите и потомците на Соломоновите слуги);

4 A nd in Jerusalem have dwelt of the sons of Judah, and of the sons of Benjamin. Of the sons of Judah: Athaiah son of Uzziah, son of Zechariah, son of Amariah, son of Shephatiah, son of Mahalaleel, of the sons of Perez;

в Йерусалим се заселиха някои от Юдовите синове и от Вениаминовите синове. От Юдовите синове: Атайя, син на Озия, син на Амария, син на Сафатия, син на Маалалеил, от Фаресовите потомци;

5 a nd Masseiah son of Baruch, son of Col-Hozeh, son of Hazaiah, son of Adaiah, son of Joiarib, son of Zechariah, son of Shiloni;

и Маасия, син на Варух, син на Холозея, син на Азайя, син на Адайя, син на Йоярив, син на Захария, син на Силония.

6 a ll the sons of Perez who are dwelling in Jerusalem four hundred sixty and eight, men of valour.

Всички Фаресови потомци, които се заселиха в Йерусалим, бяха четиристотин шестдесет и осем храбри мъже.

7 A nd these sons of Benjamin: Sallu son of Meshullam, son of Joed, son of Pedaiah, son of Kolaiah, son of Maaseiah, son of Ithiel, son of Jesaiah;

8 a nd after him Gabbai, Sallai, nine hundred twenty and eight.

и с тях Гавай и Салай; деветстотин двадесет и осем души.

9 A nd Joel son of Zichri inspector over them, and Judah son of Senuah over the city -- second.

Йоил, Зехриевият син, беше надзирател над тях, а Юда, Сенуиният син, беше втори над града.

12 a nd their brethren doing the work of the house eight hundred twenty and two; and Adaiah son of Jeroham, son of Pelaliah, son of Amzi, son of Zechariah, son of Pashhur, son of Malchiah,

и братята им, които вършеха работата на дома; осемстотин двадесет и двама души; и Адайя, син на Ероам, син на Фелалия, син на Амсия, син на Захария, син на Пасхор, син на Мелхия;

13 a nd his brethren, heads of fathers, two hundred forty and two; and Amashsai son of Azareel, son of Ahazai, son of Meshillemoth, son of Immer,

14 a nd their brethren, mighty of valour, a hundred twenty and eight; and an inspector over them Zabdiel, son of the great men.

и братята им, силни и храбри мъже, сто двадесет и осем души; а Завдиил, син на Гедолим, беше надзирател над тях.

15 A nd of the Levites: Shemaiah son of Hashub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, son of Bunni,

А от левитите: Семая, син на Асув, син на Азрикам, син на Асавия, син на Вуний;

16 a nd Shabbethai, and Jozabad, over the outward work of the house of God, of the heads of the Levites,

и Саветай и Йозавад, от левитските началници, бяха над външните работи на Божия дом.

17 a nd Mattaniah son of Micha, son of Zabdi, son of Asaph, head -- at the commencement he giveth thanks in prayer; and Bakbukiah second among his brethren, and Abda son of Shammua, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun.

И Матания, син на Михей, син на Завдий, син на Асаф, който ръководеше славословието при молитвата, и Ваквукия, който беше вторият между братята си; и Авда, син на Самуя, син на Галал, син на Едутун.

18 A ll the Levites, in the holy city, two hundred eighty and four.

Всички левити в святия град бяха двеста осемдесет и четири души.

19 A nd the gatekeepers, Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren, those watching at the gates, a hundred seventy and two.

А вратарите: Акув, Талмон и братята им, които пазеха портите, бяха сто седемдесет и двама души.

20 A nd the rest of Israel, of the priests, of the Levites, in all cities of Judah, each in his inheritance;

А останалите от Израел, свещениците и левитите, бяха по всичките Юдейски градове, всеки в наследството си.

21 a nd the Nethinim are dwelling in Ophel, and Ziha and Gishpa over the Nethinim.

Нетинимите се заселиха в Офил; а Сиха и Гесфа бяха над нетинимите.

22 A nd the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem Uzzi son of Bani, son of Hashabiah, son of Mattaniah, son of Micha: of the sons of Asaph, the singers over-against the work of the house of God,

А надзирателят на левитите в Йерусалим беше Озий, син на Вания, син на Асавия, син на Матания, син на Михей, от Асафовите потомци, певците, над работата на Божия дом.

23 f or the command of the king upon them, and support for the singers, a matter of a day in its day.

Защото имаше царска заповед за тях и определен дял за певците според нуждата на всеки ден.

24 A nd Pethahiah son of Meshezabeel, of the sons of Zerah, son of Judah, by the hand of the king, for every matter of the people.

Петайя, син на Месизавеил, от потомците на Юдовия син Зара, беше помощник на царя във всичко, което се отнасяше до народа.

25 A nd at the villages with their fields, of the sons of Judah there have dwelt, in Kirjath-Arba and its small towns, and in Dibon and its small towns, and in Jekabzeel and its villages,

30 Z anoah, Adullam, and their villages, Lachish and its fields, Azekah and its small towns; and they encamp from Beer-Sheba unto the valley of Hinnom.

32 A nathoth, Nob, Ananiah,

33 H azor, Ramah, Gittaim,

Асора, Рама, Гетаим,

34 H adid, Zeboim, Neballat,

Адид, Севоим, Невалат,

35 L od, and Ono, the valley of the artificers.
