1 A nd God remembereth Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle which with him in the ark, and God causeth a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subside,

Тогава Бог си спомни за Ной и за всичко живо, и за всичкия добитък, който беше с него в ковчега; и Бог направи вятър да мине по земята и водите престанаха.

2 a nd closed are the fountains of the deep and the net-work of the heavens, and restrained is the shower from the heavens.

Изворите на бездната и небесните отвори също се затвориха и дъждът от небето спря.

3 A nd turn back do the waters from off the earth, going on and returning; and the waters are lacking at the end of a hundred and fifty days.

Малко по малко водите се оттеглиха от земята и след сто и петдесет дни водите започнаха да намаляват.

4 A nd the ark resteth, in the seventh month, in the seventeenth day of the month, on mountains of Ararat;

А на седемнадесетия ден от седмия месец ковчегът заседна върху Араратските планини.

5 a nd the waters have been going and becoming lacking till the tenth month; in the tenth, on the first of the month, appeared the heads of the mountains.

Водите намаляваха непрестанно до десетия месец; и на първия ден от десетия месец върховете на планините се показаха.

6 A nd it cometh to pass, at the end of forty days, that Noah openeth the window of the ark which he made,

После, след четиридесет дни, Ной отвори прозореца на ковчега, който беше направил;

7 a nd he sendeth forth the raven, and it goeth out, going out and turning back till the drying of the waters from off the earth.

и изпрати гарван, който, като излезе, прелиташе насам-натам, докато водите на земята пресъхнаха.

8 A nd he sendeth forth the dove from him to see whether the waters have been lightened from off the face of the ground,

Тогава Ной изпрати гълъб, за да види дали са престанали водите по лицето на земята.

9 a nd the dove hath not found rest for the sole of her foot, and she turneth back unto him, unto the ark, for waters on the face of all the earth, and he putteth out his hand, and taketh her, and bringeth her in unto him, unto the ark.

Но гълъбът, понеже не намери почивка за краката си, се върна при него в ковчега, защото водата беше още по лицето на цялата земя. И той протегна ръка и го взе, и го внесе при себе си в ковчега.

10 A nd he stayeth yet other seven days, and addeth to send forth the dove from the ark;

А като изчака още седем дни, пак изпрати гълъба от ковчега.

11 a nd the dove cometh in unto him at even-time, and lo, an olive leaf torn off in her mouth; and Noah knoweth that the waters have been lightened from off the earth.

И надвечер гълъбът се върна при него и, ето, имаше в устата си пресен маслинен лист; така Ной позна, че водата по земята е спаднала.

12 A nd he stayeth yet other seven days, and sendeth forth the dove, and it added not to turn back unto him any more.

След това той почака още седем дни и изпрати гълъба; но той не се върна вече при него.

13 A nd it cometh to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first, in the first of the month, the waters have been dried from off the earth; and Noah turneth aside the covering of the ark, and looketh, and lo, the face of the ground hath been dried.

В шестстотин и първата година на Ноевия живот, на първия ден от първия месец водата пресъхна на земята; и Ной, като вдигна покрива на ковчега, погледна и ето, повърхността на земята беше изсъхнала.

14 A nd in the second month, in the seven and twentieth day of the month, the earth hath become dry.

А на двадесет и седмия ден от втория месец земята съвършено изсъхна. Излизане от ковчега

15 A nd God speaketh unto Noah, saying, `Go out from the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons' wives with thee;

Тогава Бог говорѝ на Ной:

16 e very living thing that with thee, of all flesh, among fowl, and among cattle, and among every creeping thing which is creeping on the earth, bring out with thee;

Излез от ковчега ти, жена ти, синовете ти и жените им с теб.

17 a nd they have teemed in the earth, and been fruitful, and have multiplied on the earth.'

Изведи със себе си всичко живо от всяка твар, която е с тебе - птици, добитък и всички животни, които пълзят по земята, за да се разплодяват по земята, да раждат и да се умножават по земята.

18 A nd Noah goeth out, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons' wives with him;

Ной излезе и с него синовете му, жена му и снахите му;

19 e very beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl; every creeping thing on the earth, after their families, have gone out from the ark.

излязоха от ковчега и всички животни, всички птици, всичко, което се движи по земята, според родовете си.

20 A nd Noah buildeth an altar to Jehovah, and taketh of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and causeth burnt-offerings to ascend on the altar;

И Ной издигна жертвеник на Господа; и взе от всяко чисто животно и от всяка чиста птица и ги принесе за всеизгаряния на жертвеника;

21 a nd Jehovah smelleth the sweet fragrance, and Jehovah saith unto His heart, `I continue not to disesteem any more the ground because of man, though the imagination of the heart of man evil from his youth; and I continue not to smite any more all living, as I have done;

и Господ помириса сладко благоухание. И Господ каза: Няма да проклинам вече земята заради човека, защото намеренията му са зло още от младините му, нито ще поразя вече друг път всичко живо, както направих.

22 d uring all days of the earth, seed-time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night, do not cease.'

Докато съществува земята, сеитба и жътва, студ и горещина, лято и зима, ден и нощ няма да изчезнат.
