1 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

След това Господ говорѝ на Моисей:

2 ` Execute the vengeance of the sons of Israel against the Midianites -- afterwards thou art gathered unto thy people.'

Въздай на мадиамците за израелтяните и след това ще се прибереш при народа си.

3 A nd Moses speaketh unto the people, saying, `Be ye armed some of you for the host, and they are against Midian, to put the vengeance of Jehovah on Midian;

И така, Моисей говорѝ на народа: Нека се въоръжат от вас мъже за бой и нека отидат против Мадиам, за да извършат въздаяние върху Мадиам за Господа.

4 a thousand for a tribe -- a thousand for a tribe, to all the tribes of Israel -- ye do send to the host.'

По хиляда души от всяко племе от всички Израелеви племена да изпратите на войната.

5 A nd there are given out of the thousands of Israel a thousand for a tribe, twelve thousand armed ones of the host;

И така, от Израелевите хиляди бяха преброени по хиляда души от всяко племе, дванадесет хиляди души, въоръжени за бой.

6 a nd Moses sendeth them, a thousand for a tribe, to the host, them and Phinehas son of Eleazar the priest, to the host; and the holy vessels, and the trumpets of the shouting, in his hand.

Моисей ги изпрати на войната, по хиляда души от всяко племе, тях и Финеес, син на свещеника Елеазар, със святите вещи и с тръбите за тревога в ръцете му.

7 A nd they war against Midian, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses, and slay every male;

Те воюваха против Мадиам, както Господ заповяда на Моисей, и убиха всяко мъжко.

8 a nd the kings of Midian they have slain, besides their pierced ones, Evi, and Rekem, and Zur, and Hur, and Reba, five kings of Midian; and Balaam son of Beor, they have slain with the sword.

И между убитите убиха и мадиамските царе: Евий, Рекем, Сур, Ур и Рева, петима мадиамски царе; убиха с меч и Валаам, Веоровия син.

9 A nd the sons of Israel take captive the women of Midian, and their infants; and all their cattle, and all their substance, and all their wealth they have plundered;

А израелтяните плениха жените на мадиамците, децата им, всичкия им добитък и всичките им стада; и разграбиха целия им имот.

10 a nd all their cities, with their habitations, and all their towers, they have burnt with fire.

А всичките им градове, в местата, населени от тях, и всичките им станове изгориха с огън.

11 A nd they take all the spoil, and all the prey, among man and among beast;

Те взеха всичко заграбено и цялата плячка - и човек, и животно.

12 a nd they bring in, unto Moses, and unto Eleazar the priest, and unto the company of the sons of Israel, the captives, and the prey, and the spoil, unto the camp, unto the plains of Moab, which by Jordan, Jericho.

И докараха пленниците, плячката и заграбеното на Моисей, на свещеника Елеазар и на обществото израелтяни в стана, на моавските полета при Йордан, срещу Йерихон.

13 A nd Moses, and Eleazar the priest, and all the princes of the company, go out to meet them, unto the outside of the camp,

Тогава Моисей, свещеникът Елеазар и всички първенци на обществото излязоха да ги посрещнат вън от стана.

14 a nd Moses is wroth against the inspectors of the force, chiefs of the thousands, and chiefs of the hundreds, who are coming in from the host of the battle.

Но Моисей се разгневи на военачалниците, на хилядниците и на стотниците, които се връщаха от военния поход;

15 A nd Moses saith unto them, `Have ye kept alive every female?

Моисей им каза: Оставихте ли живи всички жени?

16 l o, they -- they have been to the sons of Israel, through the word of Balaam, to cause a trespass against Jehovah in the matter of Peor, and the plague is in the company of Jehovah.

Ето, те, по съвета на Валаам, накараха израелтяните да беззаконстват против Господа в делото на Фегор, така че язвата се яви сред Господнето общество.

17 ` And now, slay ye every male among the infants, yea, every woman known of man by the lying of a male ye have slain;

Затова сега убийте всички мъжки от децата и убийте всяка жена, която е познала мъж, като е лежала с него.

18 a nd all the infants among the women, who have not known the lying of a male, ye have kept alive for yourselves.

А всички момичета, които не са познали мъж, които не са лежали с такъв, оставете живи за себе си.

19 ` And ye, encamp ye at the outside of the camp seven days -- any who hath slain a person, and any who hath come against a pierced one, ye cleanse yourselves on the third day, and on the seventh day -- ye and your captives;

И вие останете вън от стана седем дни; вие и пленниците ви, всеки от вас, който е убил човек и който се е допрял до убит, очистете се на третия ден и на седмия ден;

20 a nd every garment, and every skin vessel, and every work of goats', and every wooden vessel, ye yourselves cleanse.'

очистете и всички дрехи, всички кожени вещи и всичко, което е направено от козина, и всички дървени съдове.

21 A nd Eleazar the priest saith unto the men of the host who go in to battle, `This the statute of the law which Jehovah hath commanded Moses:

Също и свещеникът Елеазар каза на войниците, които бяха ходили на война: Това е наредбата, която Господ заповяда на Моисей като закон.

22 o nly, the gold, and the silver, the brass, the iron, the tin, and the lead,

Само че златото, среброто, медта, желязото, оловото и калая,

23 e very thing which may go into fire, ye cause to pass over through fire, and it hath been clean; only, with the water of separation it is cleansed, and all that may not go into fire, ye cause to pass over through water;

всичко, което може да устои на огън, прекарайте през огън и ще бъде чисто; обаче, трябва да се очисти и с очистителната вода; и всичко, което не може да устои на огън, прекарайте през вода.

24 a nd ye have washed your garments on the seventh day, and have been clean, and afterwards ye come in unto the camp.'

Тогава на седмия ден да изперете дрехите си и ще бъдете чисти; и след това да влезете в стана.

25 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

И Господ говорѝ на Моисей:

26 ` Take up the sum of the prey of the captives, among man and among beast, thou, and Eleazar the priest, and the heads of the fathers of the company;

Ти и свещеникът Елеазар, и началниците на бащините домове от обществото пребройте плячката и пленниците - и човек, и животно,

27 a nd thou hast halved the prey between those handling the battle who go out to the host and all the company;

и раздели плячката на две - между войниците, които ходиха на война, и цялото общество.

28 a nd thou hast raised a tribute to Jehovah from the men of war, who go out to the host, one body out of five hundred, of man, and of the herd, and of the asses, and of the flock;

От дела на войниците, които ходиха на бой, отдели като данък за Господа по една душа от петстотин - от хора, от говеда, от осли и от овце;

29 f rom their half ye do take, and thou hast given to Eleazar the priest -- the heave-offering of Jehovah.

от тяхната половина да вземеш това и да го дадеш на свещеника Елеазар като принос за издигане на Господа.

30 ` And from the sons of Israel's half thou dost take one possession out of fifty, of man, of the herd, of the asses, and of the flock, of all the cattle, and thou hast given them to the Levites keeping the charge of the tabernacle of Jehovah.'

А от половината, която се дава на израелтяните, да вземеш по един дял от петдесет - от хора, от говеда, от осли и от овце - от всеки добитък, - и да ги дадеш на левитите, които пазят заръчаното за Господнята скиния.

31 A nd Moses doth -- Eleazar the priest also -- as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

И така, Моисей и свещеникът Елеазар направиха, както Господ заповяда на Моисей.

32 A nd the prey, the residue of the spoil which the people of the host have spoiled, is of the flock six hundred thousand, and seventy thousand, and five thousand;

А плячката, т. е. това, което остана в плен, което войниците плениха, беше: овце - шестстотин седемдесет и пет хиляди;

33 a nd of the herd two and seventy thousand;

говеда - седемдесет и две хиляди;

34 a nd of asses one and sixty thousand;

осли - шестдесет и една хиляди,

35 a nd of human beings -- of the women who have not known the lying of a male -- all the persons two and thirty thousand.

и хора - жени, които не бяха познали мъж чрез лягане с такъв, - всичко тридесет и две хиляди души.

36 A nd the half -- the portion of those who go out into the host -- the number of the flock is three hundred thousand, and thirty thousand, and seven thousand and five hundred.

Половината, делът на онези, които бяха ходили на бой, беше на брой: овце - триста тридесет и седем хиляди и петстотин:

37 A nd the tribute to Jehovah of the sheep is six hundred five and seventy;

а данъкът за Господа от овцете беше шестстотин седемдесет и пет;

38 a nd the herd six and thirty thousand, and their tribute to Jehovah two and seventy;

говедата бяха тридесет и шест хиляди, от които данъкът за Господа беше седемдесет и две;

39 a nd the asses thirty thousand and five hundred, and their tribute to Jehovah one and sixty;

ослите бяха тридесет хиляди и петстотин, от които данъкът за Господа беше шестдесет и един;

40 a nd the human beings sixteen thousand, and their tribute to Jehovah two and thirty persons.

и хората бяха шестнадесет хиляди, от които данъкът за Господа беше тридесет и двама души.

41 A nd Moses giveth the tribute -- Jehovah's heave-offering -- to Eleazar the priest, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

И Моисей даде данъка, като принос за издигане на Господа, на свещеника Елеазар, както Господ заповяда на Моисей.

42 A nd of the sons of Israel's half, which Moses halved from the men who war --

А половината, която бе дадена на израелтяните, която Моисей отдели от войниците,

43 a nd the company's half is, of the flock three hundred thousand, and thirty thousand, seven thousand and five hundred;

т. е. половината за обществото, беше: овце - триста тридесет и седем хиляди и петстотин;

44 a nd of the herd six and thirty thousand;

говеда - тридесет и шест хиляди;

45 a nd of asses thirty thousand and five hundred;

осли - тридесет хиляди и петстотин;

46 a nd of human beings sixteen thousand --

и хора - шестнадесет хиляди.

47 M oses taketh from the sons of Israel's half the one possession from the fifty, of man and of beast, and giveth them to the Levites keeping the charge of the tabernacle of Jehovah, as Jehovah hath commanded Moses.

От тази половина за израелтяните Моисей взе по един дял от петдесет, от хора и от животни, и ги даде на левитите, които пазеха заръчаното за Господнята скиния, както Господ заповяда на Моисей.

48 A nd the inspectors whom the thousands of the host hath, (heads of the thousands and heads of the hundreds), draw near unto Moses,

Тогава към Моисей се приближиха началниците, които бяха над хилядите на войската, хилядниците и стотниците,

49 a nd they say unto Moses, `Thy servants have taken up the sum of the men of war who with us, and not a man of us hath been missed;

и казаха на Моисей: Слугите ти преброиха войниците, които са под ръката ни; и не липсва нито един от нас.

50 a nd we bring near Jehovah's offering, each that which he hath found, vessels of gold -- chain, and bracelet, seal-ring, -ring, and bead -- to make atonement for ourselves before Jehovah.'

Затова принасяме дар на Господа, всеки каквото е намерил - златни неща, верижки, гривни, пръстени, обеци и мъниста, за да се извърши умилостивение за душите ни пред Господа.

51 A nd Moses receiveth -- Eleazar the priest also -- the gold from them, every made vessel,

Моисей и свещеникът Елеазар взеха златото от тях, всичко в изработени украшения.

52 a nd all the gold of the heave-offering which they have lifted up to Jehovah is sixteen thousand seven hundred and fifty shekels, from heads of the thousands, and from heads of the hundreds;

И цялото злато от приноса за издигане, който хилядниците и стотниците принесоха на Господа, беше шестнадесет хиляди седемстотин и петдесет сикъла.

53 ( the men of the host have spoiled each for himself);

( Защото войниците бяха грабили, всеки за себе си.)

54 a nd Moses taketh -- Eleazar the priest also -- the gold from the heads of the thousands and of the hundreds, and they bring it in unto the tent of meeting -- a memorial for the sons of Israel before Jehovah.

И Моисей и свещеникът Елеазар, като взеха златото от хилядниците и стотниците, го донесоха в шатъра за срещане, за спомен на израелтяните пред Господа.
