1 ` For the reign of the heavens is like to a man, a householder, who went forth with the morning to hire workmen for his vineyard,

Защото небесното царство прилича на стопанин, който излезе при зазоряване да наеме работници за лозето си.

2 a nd having agreed with the workmen for a denary a day, he sent them into his vineyard.

И като се договори с работниците за по един пеняз на ден, ги прати на лозето си.

3 ` And having gone forth about the third hour, he saw others standing in the market-place idle,

И като излезе около третия час, видя други, че стояха на пазара безделни;

4 a nd to these he said, Go ye -- also ye -- to the vineyard, and whatever may be righteous I will give you;

и на тях каза: Идете и вие на лозето; и каквото е право, ще ви дам. И те отидоха.

5 a nd they went away. `Again, having gone forth about the sixth and the ninth hour, he did in like manner.

Пак, като излезе около шестия и около деветия час, направи същото.

6 A nd about the eleventh hour, having gone forth, he found others standing idle, and saith to them, Why here have ye stood all the day idle?

А като излезе около единадесетия час, намери други, че стоят, и им каза: Защо стоите тук цял ден без работа?

7 t hey say to him, Because no one did hire us; he saith to them, Go ye -- ye also -- to the vineyard, and whatever may be righteous ye shall receive.

Те му казаха: Защото никой не ни е наел. Каза им: Идете и вие на лозето и каквото е право, ще получите.

8 ` And evening having come, the lord of the vineyard saith to his steward, Call the workmen, and pay them the reward, having begun from the last -- unto the first.

Като се свечери, стопанинът на лозето каза на своя управител: Повикай работниците и им плати надницата, като започнеш от последните и свършиш с първите.

9 A nd they of about the eleventh hour having come, did receive each a denary.

И така, дойдоха наетите около единадесетия час и получиха по един пеняз.

10 ` And the first having come, did suppose that they shall receive more, and they received, they also, each a denary,

А като дойдоха първите, мислеха си, че ще получат повече от един пеняз, но и те получиха по един пеняз.

11 a nd having received, they were murmuring against the householder, saying,

И като получиха, зароптаха против стопанина, като казаха:

12 t hat These, the last, wrought one hour, and thou didst make them equal to us, who were bearing the burden of the day -- and the heat.

Тези, последните, работиха само един час; и пак си ги приравнил с нас, които понесохме теготата на деня и жегата.

13 ` And he answering said to one of them, Comrade, I do no unrighteousness to thee; for a denary didst not thou agree with me?

А той отговори на един от тях: Приятелю, не те онеправдавам. Не се ли договори с мене за един пеняз?

14 t ake that which is thine, and go; and I will to give to this, the last, also as to thee;

Вземи си своето и си иди; моята воля е да дам на този, последния, както и на тебе.

15 i s it not lawful to me to do what I will in mine own? is thine eye evil because I am good?

Не ми ли е позволено да правя със своето богатство каквото искам? Или твоето око е завистливо, защото аз съм добър?

16 S o the last shall be first, and the first last, for many are called, and few chosen.'

Така последните ще бъдат първи, а първите - последни. Трето предсказание за страданията и възкресението

17 A nd Jesus going up to Jerusalem, took the twelve disciples by themselves in the way, and said to them,

И когато Исус отиваше към Йерусалим, взе само дванадесетте ученици и по пътя им каза:

18 ` Lo, we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man shall be delivered to the chief priests and scribes,

Ето, изкачваме се към Йерусалим и Човешкият Син ще бъде предаден на главните свещеници и книжниците; и те ще Го осъдят на смърт

19 a nd they shall condemn him to death, and shall deliver him to the nations to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify, and the third day he will rise again.'

и ще го предадат на езичниците, за да Му се подиграват, да Го бият и да Го разпънат; и на третия ден ще бъде възкресен. Искането на Зеведеевите синове

20 T hen came near to him the mother of the sons of Zebedee, with her sons, bowing and asking something from him,

Тогава майката на Зеведеевите синове се приближи към Него заедно със синовете си, кланяше Му се и искаше нещо от Него.

21 a nd he said to her, `What wilt thou?' She saith to him, `Say, that they may sit -- these my two sons -- one on thy right hand, and one on the left, in thy reign.'

А Той ѝ каза: Какво искаш? Каза Му: Заповядай тези мои двама сина да седнат до Тебе в Твоето царство - единият отдясно, а другият отляво.

22 A nd Jesus answering said, `Ye have not known what ye ask for yourselves; are ye able to drink of the cup that I am about to drink? and with the baptism that I am baptized with, to be baptized?' They say to him, `We are able.'

А Исус отговори: Не знаете какво искате. Можете ли да пиете чашата, която Аз имам да пия? И да се кръстите с кръщението, с което Аз се кръщавам? Казаха Му: Можем.

23 A nd he saith to them, `Of my cup indeed ye shall drink, and with the baptism that I am baptized with ye shall be baptized; but to sit on my right hand and on my left is not mine to give, but -- to those for whom it hath been prepared by my father.'

Той им каза: Моята чаша наистина ще пиете и с кръщението, с което Аз се кръщавам, ще се кръстите, но да седнете отдясно и отляво на Мене не е Мое право да реша. То ще се даде на онези, за които е било приготвено от Моя Отец.

24 A nd the ten having heard, were much displeased with the two brothers,

А десетимата, като чуха това, възнегодуваха против двамата братя.

25 a nd Jesus having called them near, said, `Ye have known that the rulers of the nations do exercise lordship over them, and those great do exercise authority over them,

Но Исус ги повика и каза: Вие знаете, че князете на народите господаруват над тях и големците им властват над тях.

26 b ut not so shall it be among you, but whoever may will among you to become great, let him be your ministrant;

Но между вас няма да бъде така; но който иска да стане големец между вас, ще ви бъде служител;

27 a nd whoever may will among you to be first, let him be your servant;

и който иска да бъде пръв между вас, ще ви бъде слуга;

28 e ven as the Son of Man did not come to be ministered to, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.'

също както и Човешкият Син не дойде да Му служат, но да служи и да даде живота Си откуп за мнозина. Изцеляване на двама слепци в Йерихон

29 A nd they going forth from Jericho, there followed him a great multitude,

И като излизаха от Йерихон, голямо множество вървеше след Него.

30 a nd lo, two blind men sitting by the way, having heard that Jesus doth pass by, cried, saying, `Deal kindly with us, sir -- Son of David.'

И, ето, двама слепци, които седяха край пътя, като чуха, че Исус минавал, извикаха: Смили се над нас, Господи, Сине Давидов!

31 A nd the multitude charged them that they might be silent, and they cried out the more, saying, `Deal kindly with us sir -- Son of David.'

А народът ги мъмреше, за да млъкнат; но те още по-силно викаха: Смили се над нас, Господи, Сине Давидов!

32 A nd having stood, Jesus called them, and said, `What will ye I may do to you?'

И така, Исус се спря, повика ги и попита: Какво искате да направя за вас?

33 t hey say to him, `Sir, that our eyes may be opened;'

Казаха Му: Господи, да се отворят очите ни.

34 a nd having been moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes, and immediately their eyes received sight, and they followed him.

А Исус се смили и се допря до очите им; и те веднага прогледнаха и тръгнаха след Него.
