This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God.

After he begot Seth, the days of Adam were eight hundred years; and he had sons and daughters.

5 И всички дни на Адам, колкото живя, станаха деветстотин и тридесет години; и умря.

So all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years; and he died.

6 С ит живя сто и пет години и от него се роди Енос.

Seth lived one hundred and five years, and begot Enosh.

7 А откакто се роди Енос, Сит живя осемстотин и седем години и от него се родиха синове и дъщери.

After he begot Enosh, Seth lived eight hundred and seven years, and had sons and daughters.

8 И всички дни на Сит станаха деветстотин и дванадесет години; и умря.

So all the days of Seth were nine hundred and twelve years; and he died.

9 Е нос живя деветдесет години и от него се роди Кенан.

Enosh lived ninety years, and begot Cainan.

10 А откакто се роди Кенан, Енос живя осемстотин и петнадесет години и от него се родиха синове и дъщери.

After he begot Cainan, Enosh lived eight hundred and fifteen years, and had sons and daughters.

11 И всички дни на Енос станаха деветстотин и пет години; и умря.

So all the days of Enosh were nine hundred and five years; and he died.

12 К енан живя седемдесет години и от него се роди Маалалеил.

Cainan lived seventy years, and begot Mahalalel.

13 А откакто се роди Маалалеил, Кенан живя осемстотин и четиридесет години и роди синове и дъщери.

After he begot Mahalalel, Cainan lived eight hundred and forty years, and had sons and daughters.

14 И всички дни на Кенан станаха деветстотин и десет години; и умря.

So all the days of Cainan were nine hundred and ten years; and he died.

15 М аалалеил живя шестдесет и пет години и от него се роди Яред.

Mahalalel lived sixty-five years, and begot Jared.

16 А откакто се роди Яред, Маалалеил живя осемстотин и тридесет години и роди синове и дъщери.

After he begot Jared, Mahalalel lived eight hundred and thirty years, and had sons and daughters.

17 И всички дни на Маалалеил станаха осемстотин деветдесет и пет години; и умря.

So all the days of Mahalalel were eight hundred and ninety-five years; and he died.

18 Я ред живя сто шестдесет и две години и от него се роди Енох.

Jared lived one hundred and sixty-two years, and begot Enoch.

19 А откакто се роди Енох, Яред живя осемстотин години и от него се родиха синове и дъщери.

After he begot Enoch, Jared lived eight hundred years, and had sons and daughters.

20 И всички дни на Яред станаха деветстотин шестдесет и две години; и умря.

So all the days of Jared were nine hundred and sixty-two years; and he died.

21 Е нох живя шестдесет и пет години и от него се роди Матусал.

Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methuselah.

22 А откакто се роди Матусал, Енох ходи по Бога триста години и от него се родиха синове и дъщери.

After he begot Methuselah, Enoch walked with God three hundred years, and had sons and daughters.

23 И всички дни на Енох станаха триста шестдесет и пет години.

So all the days of Enoch were three hundred and sixty-five years.

24 И Енох живееше според Божиите заповеди и го нямаше вече, защото Бог го взе.

And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.

25 М атусал живя сто осемдесет и седем години и от него се роди Ламех.

Methuselah lived one hundred and eighty-seven years, and begot Lamech.

26 А откакто се роди Ламех, Матусал живя седемстотин осемдесет и две години и от него се родиха синове и дъщери.

After he begot Lamech, Methuselah lived seven hundred and eighty-two years, and had sons and daughters.

27 И всички дни на Матусал станаха деветстотин шестдесет и девет години; и умря.

So all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred and sixty-nine years; and he died.

28 Л амех живя сто осемдесет и две години и от него се роди син;

Lamech lived one hundred and eighty-two years, and had a son.

29 и го наименува Ной, като казваше: Този ще ни утеши в умората ни от работата ни и от труда на ръцете ни, който ни идва от земята, която Господ прокле.

And he called his name Noah, saying, “This one will comfort us concerning our work and the toil of our hands, because of the ground which the Lord has cursed.”

30 А откакто роди Ной, Ламех живя петстотин деветдесет и пет години и от него се родиха синове и дъщери.

After he begot Noah, Lamech lived five hundred and ninety-five years, and had sons and daughters.

31 И всички дни на Ламех станаха седемстотин седемдесет и седем години; и умря.

So all the days of Lamech were seven hundred and seventy-seven years; and he died.

32 А Ной беше на петстотин години; и от Ной се родиха Сим, Хам и Яфет.

And Noah was five hundred years old, and Noah begot Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
