1 Y ahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

Господ каза още на Моисей:

2 “ Moreover, you shall tell the children of Israel, ‘Anyone of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners in Israel, who gives any of his offspring to Molech; he shall surely be put to death. The people of the land shall stone him with stones.

Да кажеш на израелтяните: Който от израелтяните или от заселените в Израел чужденци даде от децата си на Молох, непременно да бъде предаден на смърт; народът на земята да го убие с камъни.

3 I also will set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people because he has given of his offspring to Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.

Също и Аз ще обърна лицето Си против онзи човек и ще бъде изтребен измежду народа му, защото е дал децата си на Молох и е омърсил светилището Ми, и е осквернил святото Ми Име.

4 I f the people of the land all hide their eyes from that person, when he gives of his offspring to Molech, and don’t put him to death;

И ако, по какъв да е начин, народът на земята затвори очите си, за да не види този човек, когато дава от децата си на Молох, и не го убие,

5 t hen I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all who play the prostitute after him, to play the prostitute with Molech, from among their people.

тогава Аз ще се обърна против този човек и против семейството му и ще изтребя измежду народа им него и всички, които го последват в блудството, за да блудстват в поклонение на Молох.

6 “ ‘The person that turns to those who are mediums, and to the wizards, to play the prostitute after them, I will even set my face against that person, and will cut him off from among his people.

И човек, който се отнесе към запитвачите на зли духове и към врачовете, за да блудства в поклонение на тях, против онзи човек Аз ще се обърна и ще го изтребя измежду народа му.

7 “ ‘Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be holy; for I am Yahweh your God.

И така, осветете се и бъдете святи, защото Аз съм Господ, вашият Бог;

8 Y ou shall keep my statutes, and do them. I am Yahweh who sanctifies you.

и да пазите наредбите Ми и да ги вършите. Аз съм Господ, Който ви освещавам.

9 “ ‘For everyone who curses his father or his mother shall surely be put to death: he has cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.

Всеки, който прокълне баща си или майка си, да бъде умъртвен; баща си или майка си е проклел; кръвта му да бъде върху него.

10 “ ‘The man who commits adultery with another man’s wife, even he who commits adultery with his neighbor’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.

Ако някой прелюбодейства с чужда жена, т. е. ако някой прелюбодейства с жената на ближния си, да бъдат умъртвени и прелюбодеецът, и прелюбодейката.

11 “ ‘The man who lies with his father’s wife has uncovered his father’s nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Който легне с жената на баща си, бащината голота е открил; и двамата да бъдат умъртвени; кръвта им да бъде върху тях.

12 “ ‘If a man lies with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have committed a perversion; their blood shall be upon them.

И ако някой легне със снаха си, и двамата да бъдат умъртвени; нечестие са извършили; кръвта им да бъде върху тях.

13 “ ‘If a man lies with a male, as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Ако някой легне с мъж като с жена, и двамата са извършили гнусота; да бъдат умъртвени; кръвта им да бъде върху тях.

14 “ ‘If a man takes a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burned with fire, both he and they; that there may be no wickedness among you.

Ако някой се ожени за дъщеря и майка, това е беззаконие; с огън да бъдат изгорени и той, и те, за да няма беззаконие между вас.

15 “ ‘If a man lies with an animal, he shall surely be put to death; and you shall kill the animal.

Ако някой се съвъкупи с животно, той да бъде умъртвен и животното да убиете.

16 “ ‘If a woman approaches any animal, and lies down with it, you shall kill the woman and the animal. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.

И ако жена отиде при каквото и да е животно, за да се съвъкупи с него, да убиеш и жената, и животното; да бъдат умъртвени; кръвта им да бъде върху тях.

17 “ ‘If a man takes his sister, his father’s daughter, or his mother’s daughter, and sees her nakedness, and she sees his nakedness; it is a shameful thing. They shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people. He has uncovered his sister’s nakedness. He shall bear his iniquity.

Ако някой вземе сестра си, дъщеря на баща си или дъщеря на майка си, и види голотата ѝ, и тя види неговата голота, това е нечестие, да бъдат изтребени пред очите на народа си; голотата на сестра си е открил, ще носи беззаконието си.

18 “ ‘If a man lies with a woman having her monthly period, and uncovers her nakedness; he has made naked her fountain, and she has uncovered the fountain of her blood. Both of them shall be cut off from among their people.

И който легне с жена, която е в нечистотата си, и открие голотата ѝ, той е открил течението ѝ и тя е открила течението на кръвта си; затова да бъдат изтребени и двамата измежду народа си.

19 “ ‘You shall not uncover the nakedness of your mother’s sister, nor of your father’s sister; for he has made his close relative naked. They shall bear their iniquity.

Голотата на майчината си сестра или на бащината си сестра да не откриеш; защото, който е сторил това, е открил голотата на близките си роднини; те ще носят беззаконието си.

20 I f a man lies with his uncle’s wife, he has uncovered his uncle’s nakedness. They shall bear their sin. They shall die childless.

Ако някой легне със стрина си, голотата на стрина си е открил; те ще носят греха си; бездетни ще умрат.

21 “ ‘If a man takes his brother’s wife, it is an impurity. He has uncovered his brother’s nakedness. They shall be childless.

Ако някой вземе жената на брат си, това е нечистота; голотата на брат си е открил; бездетни ще останат.

22 “ ‘You shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my ordinances, and do them; that the land, where I am bringing you to dwell, may not vomit you out.

И така, пазете всичките Ми наредби и закони и ги спазвайте, за да не ви избълва земята, където Аз ви завеждам да живеете в нея.

23 Y ou shall not walk in the customs of the nation, which I am casting out before you: for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.

И да не постъпвате според обичаите на населението, което Аз прогонвам пред вас; защото те извършиха всички тези гнусоти и затова Аз се погнусих от тях.

24 B ut I have said to you, “You shall inherit their land, and I will give it to you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey.” I am Yahweh your God, who has separated you from the peoples.

А на вас съм казал: Вие ще наследите земята им и Аз ще я дам на вас за притежание - земя, където текат мляко и мед. Аз съм Господ, вашият Бог, Който ви отделих от племената.

25 “ ‘You shall therefore make a distinction between the clean animal and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean: and you shall not make yourselves abominable by animal, or by bird, or by anything with which the ground teems, which I have separated from you as unclean for you.

Затова правете разлика между чистите животни и нечистите и между нечистите птици и чистите; и да не осквернявате себе си с животно или с птица, или с пълзящи по земята, които Аз ви отделих като нечисти.

26 Y ou shall be holy to me; for I, Yahweh, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that you should be mine.

И бъдете святи на Мене; защото Аз, Йехова, съм свят и ви отделих от племената, за да бъдете Мои.

27 “ ‘A man or a woman that is a medium, or is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones. Their blood shall be upon them.’”

Също мъж или жена, които запитват зли духове или са врачове, да бъдат умъртвени; с камъни да ги убият; кръвта им да бъде върху тях.
