1 L 'Eterno parlò ancora a Mosè, dicendo:

¶ And the LORD spoke unto Moses, saying,

2 « Parla ai figli d'Israele e di' loro: Quando uno fa un importante voto per consacrare una persona all'Eterno, e intende dare il valore equivalente,

Speak unto the sons of Israel and say unto them, When someone shall make a special vow unto the LORD, according to the estimation of the persons that are to be redeemed, thus shall be thy estimation:

3 s e il tuo estimo riguarda un maschio dai vent'anni in su, fino ai sessant'anni, allora il tuo estimo sarà di cinquanta sicli d'argento, secondo i siclo del santuario.

Regarding the male from twenty years old even unto sixty years old, thy estimation shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

4 S e si tratta di una donna, il tuo estimo sarà di trenta sicli.

And if it is a female, then thy estimation shall be thirty shekels.

5 D ai cinque anni in su fino ai vent'anni, il tuo estimo sarà di venti sicli per un maschio e di dieci sicli per una femmina.

And if it is from five years old even unto twenty years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male twenty shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

6 D a un mese in su, fino a cinque anni, il tuo estimo sarà di cinque sicli d'argento per un maschio e di tre sicli d'argento per una femmina.

And if it is from a month old even unto five years old, then thy estimation shall be of the male five shekels of silver, and for the female thy estimation shall be three shekels of silver.

7 D ai sessant'anni in su, il tuo estimo sarà di quindici sicli per un maschio e di dieci sicli per una femmina.

And if it is from sixty years old and above, if it is a male, then thy estimation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female ten shekels.

8 M a se egli è troppo povero per pagare la somma richiesta dal tuo estimo, allora sarà presentato davanti al sacerdote e il sacerdote ne farà l'estimo. Il sacerdote farà un estimo, in proporzione dei mezzi di colui che ha fatto il voto.

But if he is poorer than thy estimation, then he shall present himself before the priest, and the priest shall value him; according to the ability of the one that vowed shall the priest value him.

9 S e si tratta di animali che possono essere presentati in offerta all'Eterno, ogni animale offerto all'Eterno sarà cosa santa.

And if it is an animal which is offered unto the LORD, all that anyone gives of such unto the LORD shall be holy.

10 E gli non potrà né sostituirlo né scambiarlo, né uno buono con uno cattivo, né uno cattivo con uno buono; e se anche dovesse scambiare un animale con un altro, entrambi saranno cosa sacra.

He shall not alter it nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good; and if he shall exchange one animal for another, then it and the one exchanged thereof shall belong to the sanctuary.

11 S e però si tratta di un animale impuro di cui non si può fare offerta all'Eterno, allora egli presenterà l'animale davanti al sacerdote;

And if it is an unclean animal, which cannot be offered as a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the animal before the priest;

12 e il sacerdote ne farà l'estimo, sia l'animale buono o cattivo; qualunque estimo il sacerdote fisserà quello sarà.

and the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; according to the estimation of the priest, so shall it be.

13 M a se uno lo vuole riscattare, dovrà aggiungere un quinto all'estimo.

But if it must be redeemed, then they shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.

14 S e uno consacra la sua casa per essere cosa santa all'Eterno, il sacerdote ne farà l'estimo, sia essa buona o cattiva; qualunque estimo il sacerdote fisserà quello sarà.

¶ And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; as the priest shall value it, so shall it stand.

15 E se colui che ha consacrato la sua casa la vuole riscattare, dovrà aggiungere un quinto all'estimo e sarà sua.

And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.

16 S e uno consacra all'Eterno un campo di sua proprietà, ne farai l'estimo in base alla semente richiesta per essa: cinquanta sicli d'argento per un homer di seme d'orzo.

And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof; one homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

17 S e consacra il suo campo dall'anno del giubileo, il prezzo resterà quello fissato dal tuo estimo;

If he sanctifies his field from the year of jubilee, according to thy estimation it shall stand.

18 m a se consacra il suo campo dopo il giubileo, il sacerdote ne valuterà il prezzo in ragione degli anni che rimangono fino al giubileo, dal tuo estimo.

But if he sanctifies his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain until the year of the jubilee, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.

19 E se colui che ha consacrato il campo lo vuole riscattare, dovrà aggiungere un quinto al tuo estimo, e resterà suo.

And if he that sanctified the field desires to redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.

20 M a se non vuole riscattare il campo o se ha venduto il campo ad un altro, non lo si potrà piú riscattare;

But if he should not redeem the field, and if the field is sold to another, it shall not be redeemed any more;

21 e il campo, quando viene svincolato al giubileo, sarà santo all'Eterno come un campo destinato a DIO, e diventerà proprietà del sacerdote.

but the field, when it goes out in the jubilee, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field of anathema; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.

22 S e uno consacra all'Eterno un campo da lui comprato e che non fa parte del suo patrimonio,

And if anyone sanctifies unto the LORD a field which he has bought, which is not of the fields of his inheritance,

23 i l sacerdote stabilirà per lui il valore del tuo estimo fino all'anno del giubileo, e quel tale verserà il giorno stesso il prezzo da te fissato, come cosa sacra all'Eterno.

then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation until the year of the jubilee; and that day he shall give thy assigned price, as a holy thing unto the LORD.

24 N ell'anno del giubileo il campo tornerà a colui da cui fu comprato, e del cui patrimonio faceva parte.

In the year of the jubilee the field shall return unto the one of whom it was bought, unto whom the inheritance of the land did belong.

25 T utti i tuoi estimi si faranno in sicli del santuario; il siclo è di venti ghere.

And all thy values shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

26 M a nessuno potrà consacrare i primogeniti del bestiame, perché come primogeniti appartengono già all'Eterno; sia esso un bue o un agnello, appartiene all'Eterno.

¶ But the firstborn of the animals, which because it is firstborn belongs to the LORD, no one shall sanctify it; whether it is ox or sheep, it is the LORD’s.

27 E se si tratta di un animale impuro, lo riscatterà in base al prezzo fissato dal tuo estimo, aggiungendovi un quinto; se non è riscattato, sarà venduto al prezzo fissato dal tuo estimo.

And if it is of an unclean beast, it shall be ransomed according to thy estimation, and they shall add a fifth part unto it; or if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.

28 N ondimeno nulla di ciò che è destinato a Dio e che uno ha destinato all'Eterno, fra tutte le cose che gli appartengono, si tratti di una persona, di un animale o di un pezzo di terra del suo patrimonio, potrà essere venduto o riscattato; ogni cosa destinata a Dio è cosa santissima all'Eterno.

But no anathema, that anyone shall devote unto the LORD of all that they have of men and animals and of the fields of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. All anathema is most holy unto the LORD.

29 N essuna persona votata allo sterminio potrà essere riscattata; dovrà essere messa a morte.

Any anathema of men which is devoted shall not be ransomed, but shall surely be put to death.

30 O gni decima della terra, sia dei prodotti del suolo che dei frutti degli alberi, appartiene all'Eterno; è cosa consacrata all'Eterno.

And all the tithes of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s; it is holiness unto the LORD.

31 S e uno vuole riscattare una parte della sua decima, vi aggiungerà il quinto.

And if anyone desires to redeem anything of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

32 E per la decima della mandria e del gregge, il decimo capo di tutto ciò che passa sotto la verga sarà consacrato all'Eterno.

And concerning the tithe of the cows or of the sheep, even of whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holiness unto the LORD.

33 N on farà distinzione fra buono e cattivo, né farà scambi; e se scambia uno con un altro, ambedue saranno cosa sacra; non si potranno riscattare».

He shall not search whether it is good or bad, neither shall he change it; and if he changes it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

34 Q uesti sono i comandamenti che l'Eterno diede a Mosè per i figli d'Israele sul monte Sinai.

These are the commandments, which the LORD commanded Moses for the sons of Israel in Mount Sinai.
