1 ( 117-1) Славьте Господа, ибо Он благ, ибо вовек милость Его.

Give ye thanks to Jehovah, For good, for to the age His kindness.

2 ( 117-2) Да скажет ныне Израилев: ибо вовек милость Его.

I pray you, let Israel say, That, to the age His kindness.

3 ( 117-3) Да скажет ныне дом Ааронов: ибо вовек милость Его.

I pray you, let the house of Aaron say, That, to the age His kindness.

4 ( 117-4) Да скажут ныне боящиеся Господа: ибо вовек милость Его.

I pray you, let those fearing Jehovah say, That, to the age His kindness.

5 ( 117-5) Из тесноты воззвал я к Господу, --и услышал меня, и на пространное место Господь.

From the straitness I called Jah, Jah answered me in a broad place.

6 ( 117-6) Господь за меня--не устрашусь: что сделает мне человек?

Jehovah for me, I do not fear what man doth to me.

7 ( 117-7) Господь мне помощник: буду смотреть на врагов моих.

Jehovah for me among my helpers, And I -- I look on those hating me.

8 ( 117-8) Лучше уповать на Господа, нежели надеяться на человека.

Better to take refuge in Jehovah than to trust in man,

9 ( 117-9) Лучше уповать на Господа, нежели надеяться на князей.

Better to take refuge in Jehovah, Than to trust in princes.

10 ( 117-10) Все народы окружили меня, но именем Господним я низложил их;

All nations have compassed me about, In the name of Jehovah I surely cut them off.

11 ( 117-11) обступили меня, окружили меня, но именем Господним я низложил их;

They have compassed me about, Yea, they have compassed me about, In the name of Jehovah I surely cut them off.

12 ( 117-12) окружили меня, как пчелы, и угасли, как огонь в терне: именем Господним я низложил их.

They compassed me about as bees, They have been extinguished as a fire of thorns, In the name of Jehovah I surely cut them off.

13 ( 117-13) Сильно толкнули меня, чтобы я упал, но Господь поддержал меня.

Thou hast sorely thrust me to fall, And Jehovah hath helped me.

14 ( 117-14) Господь--сила моя и песнь; Он соделался моим спасением.

My strength and song Jah, And He is to me for salvation.

15 ( 117-15) Глас радости и спасения в жилищах праведников: десница Господня творит силу!

A voice of singing and salvation, in the tents of the righteous, The right hand of Jehovah is doing valiantly.

16 ( 117-16) Десница Господня высока, десница Господня творит силу!

The right hand of Jehovah is exalted, The right hand of Jehovah is doing valiantly.

17 ( 117-17) Не умру, но буду жить и возвещать дела Господни.

I do not die, but live, And recount the works of Jah,

18 ( 117-18) Строго наказал меня Господь, но смерти не предал меня.

Jah hath sorely chastened me, And to death hath not given me up.

19 ( 117-19) Отворите мне врата правды; войду в них, прославлю Господа.

Open ye to me gates of righteousness, I enter into them -- I thank Jah.

20 ( 117-20) Вот врата Господа; праведные войдут в них.

This the gate to Jehovah, The righteous enter into it.

21 ( 117-21) Славлю Тебя, что Ты услышал меня и соделался моим спасением.

I thank Thee, for Thou hast answered me, And art to me for salvation.

22 ( 117-22) Камень, который отвергли строители, соделался главою угла:

A stone the builders refused Hath become head of a corner.

23 ( 117-23) это--от Господа, и есть дивно в очах наших.

From Jehovah hath this been, It wonderful in our eyes,

24 ( 117-24) Сей день сотворил Господь: возрадуемся и возвеселимся в оный!

This the day Jehovah hath made, We rejoice and are glad in it.

25 ( 117-25) О, Господи, спаси же! О, Господи, споспешествуй же!

I beseech Thee, O Jehovah, save, I pray Thee, I beseech Thee, O Jehovah, prosper, I pray Thee.

26 ( 117-26) Благословен грядущий во имя Господне! Благословляем вас из дома Господня.

Blessed he who is coming In the name of Jehovah, We blessed you from the house of Jehovah,

27 ( 117-27) Бог--Господь, и осиял нас; вяжите вервями жертву, к рогам жертвенника.

God Jehovah, and He giveth to us light, Direct ye the festal-sacrifice with cords, Unto the horns of the altar.

28 ( 117-28) Ты Бог мой: буду славить Тебя; Ты Бог мой: буду превозносить Тебя.

My God Thou, and I confess Thee, My God, I exalt Thee.

29 ( 117-29) Славьте Господа, ибо Он благ, ибо вовек милость Его.
