1 ( 109-1) ^^Псалом Давида.^^ Сказал Господь Господу моему: седи одесную Меня, доколе положу врагов Твоих в подножие ног Твоих.

A Psalm of David. The affirmation of Jehovah to my Lord: `Sit at My right hand, Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.'

2 ( 109-2) Жезл силы Твоей пошлет Господь с Сиона: господствуй среди врагов Твоих.

The rod of thy strength doth Jehovah send from Zion, Rule in the midst of thine enemies.

3 ( 109-3) В день силы Твоей народ Твой готов во благолепии святыни; из чрева прежде денницы подобно росе рождение Твое.

Thy people free-will gifts in the day of Thy strength, in the honours of holiness, From the womb, from the morning, Thou hast the dew of thy youth.

4 ( 109-4) Клялся Господь и не раскается: Ты священник вовек по чину Мелхиседека.

Jehovah hath sworn, and doth not repent, `Thou a priest to the age, According to the order of Melchizedek.'

5 ( 109-5) Господь одесную Тебя. Он в день гнева Своего поразит царей;

The Lord on thy right hand smote kings In the day of His anger.

6 ( 109-6) совершит суд над народами, наполнит трупами, сокрушит голову в земле обширной.

He doth judge among the nations, He hath completed the carcases, Hath smitten the head over the mighty earth.

7 ( 109-7) Из потока на пути будет пить, и потому вознесет главу.

From a brook in the way he drinketh, Therefore he doth lift up the head!
