1 O uve, ó Deus, o meu clamor; atende ã minha oração.

Hear my cry, O God; listen to my prayer.

2 D esde a extremidade da terra clamo a ti, estando abatido o meu coração; leva-me para a rocha que é mais alta do que eu.

From the end of the earth will I cry to You, when my heart is overwhelmed and fainting; lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3 P ois tu és o meu refúgio, uma torre forte contra o inimigo.

For You have been a shelter and a refuge for me, a strong tower against the adversary.

4 D eixa-me habitar no teu tabernáculo para sempre; dá que me abrigue no esconderijo das tuas asas.

I will dwell in Your tabernacle forever; let me find refuge and trust in the shelter of Your wings. Selah!

5 P ois tu, ó Deus, ouviste os meus votos; deste-me a herança dos que temem o teu nome.

For You, O God, have heard my vows; You have given me the heritage of those who fear, revere, and honor Your name.

6 P rolongarás os dias do rei; e os seus anos serão como muitas gerações.

May You prolong the King’s life, and may His years be to the last generation.

7 E le permanecerá no trono diante de Deus para sempre; faze que a benignidade e a fidelidade o preservem.

May He sit enthroned forever before God; O ordain that loving-kindness and faithfulness may watch over Him!

8 A ssim cantarei louvores ao teu nome perpetuamente, para pagar os meus votos de dia em dia.

So will I sing praise to Your name forever, paying my vows day by day.
