1 P astaj ai hyri përsëri në sinagogë dhe aty ishte një njeri që kishte një dorë të tharë.

Jesus went into the Jewish place of worship again. A man was there with a dried-up hand.

2 D he ata po e ruanin në se do ta shëronte në ditën e së shtunës, që pastaj ta paditnin.

The proud religious law-keepers watched Jesus to see if He would heal the man on the Day of Rest. They wanted to have something to say against Jesus.

3 D he ai i tha njeriut që e kishte dorën të tharë: “Çohu në mes të të gjithëve!.”

Jesus said to the man with the dried-up hand, “Stand up.”

4 D he u tha atyre: “A është e lejueshme ditën e së shtunës të bësh të mirë apo të keqe, të shpëtosh një jetë apo ta vrasësh?.” Por ata heshtnin.

Then Jesus said to the proud religious law-keepers, “Does the Law say to do good on the Day of Rest or to do bad, to save life or to kill?” But they said nothing.

5 A tëherë ai, si i shikoi rreth e qark me zemërim, i hidhëruar për ngurtësinë e zemrës së tyre, i tha atij njeriu: “Shtrije dorën tënde!.” Ai e shtriu, dhe dora e tij u shëndosh përsëri si tjetra.

Jesus looked around at them with anger. He was sad because of their hard hearts. Then He said to the man, “Put out your hand.” He put it out and his hand was healed. It was as good as the other.

6 D he farisenjtë dolën jashtë e menjëherë bënin këshill bashkë me herodianët kundër tij, se si ta vrasin.

The proud religious law-keepers went out and made plans with the followers of King Herod how they might kill Jesus. Jesus Heals by the Sea-Shore

7 P or Jezusi me dishepujt e vet u tërhoq drejt detit; dhe një turmë e madhe nga Galilea i ndoqi; edhe nga Judea;

Jesus went with His followers to the sea. Many people followed Him from the countries of Galilee and Judea.

8 d he nga Jeruzalemi, nga Idumea, nga përtej Jordanit; gjithashtu një turmë e madhe nga rrethinat Etiros dhe të Sidonit, kur dëgjoi gjërat e medha që ai bënte, erdhi tek ai.

They followed from Jerusalem and from the country of Idumea. They came from the other side of the Jordan River and from the cities of Tyre and Sidon. Many people heard all that Jesus was doing and came to Him.

9 A tëherë ai u tha dishepujve të tij të kenë gjithnjë gati një barkë, që populli mos e shtynte.

He told His followers to have a small boat ready for Him because so many people might push Him down.

10 S epse ai kishte shëruar shumë veta, të gjithë që kishin sëmundje dyndeshin rreth tij që ta preknin.

He had healed so many that the sick people were pushing in on Him. They were trying to put their hands on Him.

11 D he frymërat e ndyrë, kur e shihnin, binin përmbys para tij dhe bërtitnin, duke thënë: “Ti je Biri i Perëndisë!.”

When demons saw Him, they got down at His feet and cried out, “You are the Son of God!”

12 P or ai i qortoi rreptësisht që të mos thonin se kush ishte ai.

He spoke strong words that the demons should tell no one Who He was. Jesus Calls His Twelve Followers

13 P astaj ai u ngjit në mal dhe thirri pranë vetes ata që deshi. Dhe ata erdhën tek ai.

He went up on a mountain and called those He wanted. They followed Him.

14 D he ai i caktoi dymbëdhjetë që të rrinin me të dhe që mund t’i dërgonte të predikojnë,

He picked out twelve followers to be with Him so He might send them out to preach.

15 d he të kishin pushtet të shëronin sëmundjet dhe të dëbonin demonët.

They would have the right and the power to heal diseases and to put out demons.

16 A ta ishin: Simoni, të cilit ia vuri emrin Pjetër;

Jesus gave Simon another name, Peter.

17 J akobi, bir i Zebedeut, dhe Gjoni, vë-llai i Jakobit, të cilave ua vuri emrin Boanerges, që do të thotë: "Bij të bubullimës";

James and John were brothers. They were the sons of Zebedee. He named them Boanerges, which means, The Sons of Thunder.

18 A ndrea, Filipi, Bartolomeu, Mateu, Thomai, Jakobi i Alfeut, Tadeu, Simon Kananeasi,

The others were Andrew, Philip, Bartholomew, Matthew, Thomas, James the son of Alphaeus, Thaddaeus, Simon the Canaanite,

19 d he Juda Iskarioti, i cili më pas e tradhëtoi.

and Judas Iscariot. Judas was the one who handed Jesus over to be killed. The Family of Jesus Holds Him Back

20 P astaj hynë në një shtëpi. Dhe u mblodh përsëri një turmë aq e madhe, sa që as bukë s’mund të hanin.

When Jesus came into a house, many people gathered around Him again. Jesus and His followers could not even eat.

21 D he kur të afërmit e tij e morën vesh, shkuan ta marrin atë, sepse flitej: “Nuk është në vete.”

When His family heard of it, they went to take Him. They said, “He must be crazy.” A Nation That Cannot Stand

22 K urse skribët, që kishin zbritur nga Jeruzalemi, thoshnin: “Ai e ka Beelzebubin dhe i dëbon demonët me princin e demonëve.”

Teachers of the Law came down from Jerusalem. They said, “Jesus has Satan in Him. This Man puts out demons by the king of demons.”

23 P or ai i thirri pranë vetes dhe u foli me anë të shëmbëlltyrave: “Si mund Satanai të dëbojë Satananë?

Jesus called them to Him and spoke to them in picture-stories. He said, “How can the devil put out the devil?

24 N ë qoftë se një mbretëri është përçarë kundër vetvetes, ajo mbretëri nuk mund të qëndrojë.

A nation cannot last if it is divided against itself.

25 D he në qoftë se një shtëpi përçahet kundër vetvetes, ajo shtëpi nuk mund të qëndrojë.

A family cannot last if it is divided against itself.

26 K ështu, në se Satanai ngrihet kundër vetvetes dhe është përçarë, nuk mbahet dot, por i erdhi fundi!

If the devil fights against himself and is divided, he cannot last. He will come to an end.

27 A skush nuk mund të hyjë në shtëpinë e njeriut të fortë dhe t’ia grabitë pasuritë e tij, pa e lidhur më parë njeriun e fortë; vetëm atëherë mund t’ia plaçkitë shtëpinë.

No man can go into a strong man’s house and take away his things, unless he ties up the strong man first. Only then can he take things from his house.

28 N ë të vërtetë po ju them se bijve të njerëzve do t’u falet çfarëdo mëkat dhe çdo blasfemi që do të thonë;

For sure, I tell you, all sins will be forgiven people, and bad things they speak against God.

29 p o për atë që do të blasfemojë kundër Frymës së Shenjtë nuk do të ketë falje përjetë; ai është fajtor për dënim të përjetshëm.”

But if anyone speaks bad things against the Holy Spirit, he will never be forgiven. He is guilty of a sin that lasts forever.”

30 S epse ata thoshnin: “Ai ka një frymë të ndyrë!.”

Jesus told them this because they said, “He has a demon.” The New Kind of Family

31 N dërkaq erdhën vëllezërit e tij dhe e ëma dhe, si ndaluan përjashta, dërguan ta thërrasin.

Then His mother and brothers came and stood outside. They sent for Jesus.

32 T urma ishte ulur përreth tij; dhe i thanë: “Ja, nëna jote dhe vëllezërit e tu janë përjashta dhe po të kërkojnë.”

Many people were sitting around Him. They said, “See! Your mother and brothers are outside looking for You.”

33 P or ai u përgjigj atyre duke thënë: “Kush është nëna ime, ose vëllezërit e mi?.”

He said to them, “Who is My mother or My brothers?”

34 P astaj duke vështruar rreth e qark mbi ata që ishin ulur rreth tij, tha: “Ja nëna ime dhe vëllezërit e mi!

He turned to those sitting around Him and said, “See! My mother and My brothers!

35 S epse kushdo që bën vullnetin e Perëndisë, ai është vëllai im, motra ime dhe nëna!.”

Whoever does what My Father wants is My brother and My sister and My mother.”
