1 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

El Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

2 ` Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou hast said unto them, When a man or woman doeth singularly, by vowing a vow of a Nazarite, to be separate to Jehovah;

«Habla con los hijos de Israel, y diles que el hombre o la mujer que se aparte y haga voto de nazareo para consagrarse a mí,

3 f rom wine and strong drink he doth keep separate; vinegar of wine, and vinegar of strong drink he doth not drink, and any juice of grapes he doth not drink, and grapes moist or dry he doth not eat;

deberá abstenerse de vino y de sidra; no beberá vinagre de vino ni de sidra, ni beberá ningún licor de uva, ni comerá tampoco uvas frescas ni secas.

4 a ll days of his separation, of anything which is made of the wine-vine, from kernels even unto husk, he doth not eat.

Todo el tiempo de su nazareato deberá abstenerse de comer de todo producto de la vid, incluso de los granillos y el hollejo.

5 ` All days of the vow of his separation a razor doth not pass over his head; till the fulness of the days which he doth separate to Jehovah he is holy; grown up hath the upper part of the hair of his head.

»Mientras dure su voto de nazareato, y hasta que se cumpla el término de su consagración a mí, no se afeitará la cabeza con navaja. Estará consagrado a mí, y se dejará crecer el cabello.

6 ` All days of his keeping separate to Jehovah, near a dead person he doth not go;

»Mientras dure su consagración a mí, no podrá acercarse a ninguna persona muerta.

7 f or his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister -- he is not unclean for them at their death, for the separation of his God on his head;

Ni siquiera podrá acercarse a su padre o a su madre muertos, ni a su hermano o hermana muertos, porque sobre él reposa su consagración a mí, su Dios.

8 a ll days of his separation he holy to Jehovah.

Mientras dure su nazareato, estará consagrado a mí.

9 ` And when the dead dieth beside him in an instant, suddenly, and he hath defiled the head of his separation, then he hath shaved his head in the day of his cleansing; on the seventh day he doth shave it,

»Si alguien, de manera repentina, muere junto a él, su consagración se habrá contaminado, por lo que al séptimo día, es decir, en el día de su purificación, se rapará la cabeza.

10 a nd on the eighth day he bringeth in two turtle-doves or two young pigeons unto the priest, unto the opening of the tent of meeting,

El octavo día llevará al sacerdote, a la puerta del tabernáculo de reunión, dos tórtolas o dos palominos.

11 a nd the priest hath prepared one for a sin-offering, and one for a burnt-offering, and hath made atonement for him, because of that which he hath sinned by the body, and he hath hallowed his head on that day;

El sacerdote ofrecerá uno de ellos en expiación y el otro en holocausto. Así, ese día hará expiación por el que pecó a causa del muerto, y santificará su cabeza.

12 a nd he hath separated to Jehovah the days of his separation, and he hath brought in a lamb, a son of a year, for a guilt-offering, and the former days are fallen, for his separation hath been defiled.

Consagrará para mí los días de su nazareato, y presentará un cordero de un año en expiación por la culpa; pero los primeros días serán anulados por cuanto su nazareato fue contaminado.

13 ` And this the law of the Nazarite; in the day of the fulness of the days of his separation doth bring him in unto the opening of the tent of meeting,

»Ésta es la ley del nazareo para el día que se cumpla el término de su nazareato. El nazareo acudirá a la puerta del tabernáculo de reunión

14 a nd he hath brought near his offering to Jehovah, one he-lamb, a son of a year, a perfect one, for a burnt-offering, and one she-lamb, a daughter of a year, a perfect one, for a sin-offering, and one ram, a perfect one, for peace-offerings,

y me presentará su ofrenda, que será un cordero de un año, sin defecto, en holocausto; una cordera de un año, sin defecto, en expiación; y un carnero sin defecto como ofrenda de paz,

15 a nd a basket of unleavened things of flour, cakes mixed with oil, and thin cakes of unleavened things anointed with oil, and their present, and their libations.

más un canastillo de tortas de flor de harina sin levadura, amasadas con aceite, hojaldras sin levadura untadas con aceite, con su ofrenda y sus libaciones.

16 ` And the priest hath brought near before Jehovah, and hath made his sin-offering and his burnt-offering;

El sacerdote ofrecerá esto delante de mí, y hará su expiación y su holocausto.

17 a nd the ram he maketh a sacrifice of peace-offerings to Jehovah, besides the basket of unleavened things; and the priest hath made its present and its libation.

Me ofrecerá además el carnero como ofrenda de paz, junto con el canastillo de los panes sin levadura, y me ofrecerá también su ofrenda y sus libaciones.

18 ` And the Nazarite hath shaved (at the opening of the tent of meeting) the head of his separation, and hath taken the hair of the head of his separation, and hath put on the fire which under the sacrifice of the peace-offerings.

Entonces el nazareo se rapará la cabeza consagrada a la puerta del tabernáculo de reunión, y tomará los cabellos de su cabeza consagrada y los echará sobre el fuego que está debajo de la ofrenda de paz.

19 ` And the priest hath taken the boiled shoulder from the ram, and one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one thin unleavened cake, and hath put on the palms of the Nazarite after his shaving his separation;

Después el sacerdote tomará la espaldilla cocida del carnero, una torta sin levadura del canastillo, y una hojaldra sin levadura, y las pondrá en manos del nazareo, después de que éste se haya rapado la cabeza consagrada.

20 a nd the priest hath waved them, a wave-offering before Jehovah; it holy to the priest, besides the breast of the wave-offering, and besides the leg of the heave-offering; and afterwards doth the Nazarite drink wine.

Luego el sacerdote mecerá todo esto delante de mí como ofrenda mecida, además del pecho mecido y de la espaldilla separada, y todo esto será una ofrenda santa para el sacerdote. Después de esto el nazareo podrá beber vino.

21 ` This the law of the Nazarite, who voweth his offering to Jehovah for his separation, apart from that which his hand attaineth; according to his vow which he voweth so he doth by the law of his separation.'

»Ésta es la ley para el que haga un voto de nazareo, y la ofrenda que deberá presentar al Señor por su nazareato, además de lo que sus propios recursos le permitan. Todo se hará según el voto que haya hecho, y conforme a la ley de su nazareato.» La bendición sacerdotal

22 A nd Jehovah speaketh unto Moses, saying,

El Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

23 ` Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons, saying, Thus ye do bless the sons of Israel, saying to them,

«Habla con Aarón y sus hijos, y diles que de esta manera bendecirán a los hijos de Israel. Les dirán:

24 ` Jehovah bless thee and keep thee;

»¡Que el Señor te bendiga, y te cuide!

25 ` Jehovah cause His face to shine upon thee, and favour thee;

¡Que el Señor haga resplandecer su rostro sobre ti, y tenga de ti misericordia!

26 ` Jehovah lift up His countenance upon thee, and appoint for thee -- peace.

¡Que el Señor alce su rostro sobre ti, y ponga en ti paz!

27 ` And they have put My name upon the sons of Israel, and I -- I do bless them.'

»De esta manera invocarán ellos mi nombre sobre los hijos de Israel, y yo los bendeciré.»
