1 A nd Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy fathers' house with thee shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary; and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the iniquity of your priesthood.

І сказав Господь до Аарона: Ти й сини твої та дім батька твого з тобою понесете на собі гріх щодо святині; і ти, і сини твої з тобою понесете на собі гріх щодо вашого священства.

2 A nd thy brethren also, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of thy father, bring thou near with thee, that they may be joined unto thee, and minister unto thee: but thou and thy sons with thee shall be before the tent of the testimony.

А також ти наблизиш до себе братів своїх, плем'я Левіїне, плем'я батька свого, і вони злучаться з тобою, і будуть прислужувати тобі, а ти й сини твої з тобою будете перед скинією свідоцтва.

3 A nd they shall keep thy charge, and the charge of all the Tent: only they shall not come nigh unto the vessels of the sanctuary and unto the altar, that they die not, neither they, nor ye.

І будуть вони виконувати твою сторожу та строжу всієї скинії, тільки до речей святині та до жертівника не приступлять, щоб не повмирали як вони, так і ви.

4 A nd they shall be joined unto thee, and keep the charge of the tent of meeting, for all the service of the Tent: and a stranger shall not come nigh unto you.

І злучаться вони з тобою, і будуть виконувати сторожу скинії заповіту, для всякої служби в скинії, а чужий не приступить до вас.

5 A nd ye shall keep the charge of the sanctuary, and the charge of the altar; that there be wrath no more upon the children of Israel.

І будете ви виконувати сторожу святині та сторожу жертівника, щоб не було вже гніву на Ізраїлевих синів.

6 A nd I, behold, I have taken your brethren the Levites from among the children of Israel: to you they are a gift, given unto Jehovah, to do the service of the tent of meeting.

А Я оце взяв ваших братів Левитів з-посеред Ізраїлевих синів для вас, як дар вони дані Господеві, щоб виконувати службу скинії заповіту.

7 A nd thou and thy sons with thee shall keep your priesthood for everything of the altar, and for that within the veil; and ye shall serve: I give you the priesthood as a service of gift: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

А ти та сини твої з тобою будете допильновувати ваше священство для всякої речі жертівника та для того, що поза завісою, і будете робити. Як службу дару даю Я священство вам, а чужий, хто приступить, буде забитий.

8 A nd Jehovah spake unto Aaron, And I, behold, I have given thee the charge of my heave-offerings, even all the hallowed things of the children of Israel; unto thee have I given them by reason of the anointing, and to thy sons, as a portion for ever.

І Господь промовляв до Аарона: Я оце доручив тобі пильнувати за приношеннями Моїми. Від усього посвяченого синами Ізраїлевими Я дав частку тобі та для синів твоїх на вічну постанову.

9 T his shall be thine of the most holy things, reserved from the fire: every oblation of theirs, even every meal-offering of theirs, and every sin-offering of theirs, and every trespass-offering of theirs, which they shall render unto me, shall be most holy for thee and for thy sons.

Оце буде тобі з найсвятіших жертов, без огню: кожна їхня хлібна жертва, і кожна їхня жертва за гріх, і кожна їхня жертва за провину, що звернуть Мені як найсвятіше, тобі це та для твоїх синів!

10 A s the most holy things shalt thou eat thereof; every male shall eat thereof: it shall be holy unto thee.

На найсвятішому місці будеш ти їсти оце. Кожен чоловічої статі буде їсти, це буде святість для тебе.

11 A nd this is thine: the heave-offering of their gift, even all the wave-offerings of the children of Israel; I have given them unto thee, and to thy sons and to thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.

А це тобі приношення їхнього дару всіх колихань Ізраїлевих синів, Я дав їх тобі, і синам твоїм та дочкам твоїм з тобою на вічну постанову, кожен чистий у твоїм домі буде це їсти.

12 A ll the best of the oil, and all the best of the vintage, and of the grain, the first-fruits of them which they give unto Jehovah, to thee have I given them.

Усе найкраще зо свіжої оливи, і все найкраще з молодого вина та збіжжя, їхні первоплоди, що вони дадуть Господеві, Я віддав їх тобі.

13 T he first-ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring unto Jehovah, shall be thine; every one that is clean in thy house shall eat thereof.

Первоплоди усього, що в їхньому Краю, що вони принесуть Господеві, будуть для тебе, кожен чистий у твоїм домі буде те їсти.

14 E verything devoted in Israel shall be thine.

Усе закляте між Ізраїлем буде тобі.

15 E verything that openeth the womb, of all flesh which they offer unto Jehovah, both of man and beast shall be thine: nevertheless the first-born of man shalt thou surely redeem, and the firstling of unclean beasts shalt thou redeem.

Усе, що розкриває утробу кожного тіла, що принесуть Господеві з-поміж людей та з-поміж скотини, буде для тебе. Тільки конче викупиш перворідного людини, і перворідне з нечистої худобини викупиш.

16 A nd those that are to be redeemed of them from a month old shalt thou redeem, according to thine estimation, for the money of five shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary (the same is twenty gerahs).

А викуп його: від місячного віку викупиш за твоєю оцінкою, п'ять шеклів срібла на міру шеклем святині, двадцять ґер він.

17 B ut the firstling of a cow, or the firstling of a sheep, or the firstling of a goat, thou shalt not redeem; they are holy: thou shalt sprinkle their blood upon the altar, and shalt burn their fat for an offering made by fire, for a sweet savor unto Jehovah.

Тільки перворідного з волів, або перворідного з овечок, або перворідного з кіз не викупиш, вони святість: їхньою кров'ю окропиш жертівника, а їхній лій спалиш, як огняну жертву на любі пахощі для Господа.

18 A nd the flesh of them shall be thine, as the wave-breast and as the right thigh, it shall be thine.

А їхнє м'ясо буде для тебе, як грудина колихання, і як стегно правиці буде для тебе.

19 A ll the heave-offerings of the holy things, which the children of Israel offer unto Jehovah, have I given thee, and thy sons and thy daughters with thee, as a portion for ever: it is a covenant of salt for ever before Jehovah unto thee and to thy seed with thee.

Усі святощі приношення, що Ізраїлеві сини принесуть для Господа, Я віддав тобі, і синам твоїм та дочкам твоїм із тобою, вічною постановою. Це міцний заповіт, він вічний перед Господнім лицем для тебе та для насіння твого з тобою.

20 A nd Jehovah said unto Aaron, Thou shalt have no inheritance in their land, neither shalt thou have any portion among them: I am thy portion and thine inheritance among the children of Israel.

І сказав Господь до Аарона: У їхньому Краю ти не будеш мати власности, і не буде тобі частки між ними, Я частка твоя та власність твоя поміж Ізраїлевими синами!

21 A nd unto the children of Levi, behold, I have given all the tithe in Israel for an inheritance, in return for their service which they serve, even the service of the tent of meeting.

А Левієвим синам Я дав ось кожну десятину в Ізраїлі на спадщину, взамін за їхню службу, бо вони виконують службу скинії заповіту.

22 A nd henceforth the children of Israel shall not come nigh the tent of meeting, lest they bear sin, and die.

І Ізраїлеві сини не приступлять уже до скинії заповіту, щоб не понести гріха, і не вмерти.

23 B ut the Levites shall do the service of the tent of meeting, and they shall bear their iniquity: it shall be a statute for ever throughout your generations; and among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.

І буде Левит сам виконувати службу скинії заповіту, і сам понесе вину свою. Це вічна постанова для ваших поколінь, а між Ізраїлевими синами не будуть вони дідичити спадщину,

24 F or the tithe of the children of Israel, which they offer as a heave-offering unto Jehovah, I have given to the Levites for an inheritance: therefore I have said unto them, Among the children of Israel they shall have no inheritance.

бо десятину Ізраїлевих синів, що вони принесуть як приношення для Господа, Я дав Левитам за спадщину. Тому Я сказав до них: Між Ізраїлевими синами не будуть вони дідичити спадщину.

25 A nd Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,

І Господь промовляв до Мойсея, говорячи:

26 M oreover thou shalt speak unto the Levites, and say unto them, When ye take of the children of Israel the tithe which I have given you from them for your inheritance, then ye shall offer up a heave-offering of it for Jehovah, a tithe of the tithe.

А до Левитів будеш ти промовляти та й скажеш їм: Коли візьмете від Ізраїлевих синів ту десятину, що Я дав вам від них на ваше спадщину, то ви принесете з неї Господнє приношення, десятину з десятини.

27 A nd your heave-offering shall be reckoned unto you, as though it were the grain of the threshing-floor, and as the fulness of the winepress.

І буде пораховане ваше приношення як збіжжя з току, і як повня з кадки чавила.

28 T hus ye also shall offer a heave-offering unto Jehovah of all your tithes, which ye receive of the children of Israel; and thereof ye shall give Jehovah's heave-offering to Aaron the priest.

Так принесете й ви Господнє приношення зо всіх ваших десятин, що візьмете від Ізраїлевих синів, і дасте з того Господнє приношення священикові Ааронові.

29 O ut of all your gifts ye shall offer every heave-offering of Jehovah, of all the best thereof, even the hallowed part thereof out of it.

Зо всіх ваших дарів принесе кожен Господнє приношення, зо всього найкращого посвячення з нього.

30 T herefore thou shalt say unto them, When ye heave the best thereof from it, then it shall be reckoned unto the Levites as the increase of the threshing-floor, and as the increase of the wine-press.

І скажи їм: коли ви будете приносити найкраще з нього, то це порахується Левитам, як урожай току, і як урожай кадки чавила.

31 A nd ye shall eat it in every place, ye and your households: for it is your reward in return for your service in the tent of meeting.

І будете їсти це на кожному місці ви та дім ваш, бо це нагорода для вас взамін за вашу службу в скинії заповіту.

32 A nd ye shall bear no sin by reason of it, when ye have heaved from it the best thereof: and ye shall not profane the holy things of the children of Israel, that ye die not.

І ви не понесете через це гріха, коли будете приносити найкраще з нього, а святощів Ізраїлевих синів не збезчестите, і не повмираєте.
