1 A nd Jehovah spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

2 T he children of Israel shall encamp every one by his standard, with the ensign of their father's house; round about the tent of meeting, afar off, opposite to it shall they encamp.

«Los hijos de Israel acamparán cada uno junto a su bandera, bajo las enseñas de las familias de sus antepasados. Acamparán alrededor del tabernáculo de reunión.

3 A nd those encamping eastward toward the sun-rising the standard of the camp of Judah according to their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Judah shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab;

»Al oriente acampará la bandera del campamento de Judá, en el orden de sus ejércitos, cuyo jefe es Nasón hijo de Aminadab.

4 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, were seventy-four thousand six hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de setenta y cuatro mil seiscientos soldados contados.

5 A nd those that encamp next unto him shall be the tribe of Issachar; and the prince of the sons of Issachar shall be Nethaneel the son of Zuar;

»Junto a él acamparán los de la tribu de Isacar, cuyo jefe es Natanael hijo de Suar.

6 a nd his host, even those that were numbered thereof, fifty-four thousand four hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cincuenta y cuatro mil cuatrocientos soldados contados.

7 t he tribe of Zebulun; and the prince of the sons of Zebulun shall be Eliab the son of Helon;

»La tribu de Zabulón, cuyo jefe es Eliab hijo de Helón.

8 a nd his host, even those that were numbered thereof, fifty-seven thousand four hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cincuenta y siete mil cuatrocientos soldados contados.

9 A ll that were numbered of the camp of Judah were a hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred, according to their hosts. They shall set forth first.

»Todos los soldados contados en el campamento de Judá, que son ciento ochenta y seis mil cuatrocientos, marcharán a la vanguardia, en el orden de sus ejércitos.

10 T he standard of the camp of Reuben shall be southward according to their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Reuben shall be Elizur the son of Shedeur;

»Al sur acampará la bandera del campamento de Rubén, en el orden de sus ejércitos, cuyo jefe es Elisur hijo de Sedeur.

11 a nd his host, even those that were numbered thereof, forty-six thousand five hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cuarenta y seis mil quinientos soldados contados.

12 A nd those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Simeon; and the prince of the sons of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai;

»Junto a él acamparán los de la tribu de Simeón, cuyo jefe es Selumiel hijo de Surisaday.

13 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, fifty-nine thousand three hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cincuenta y nueve mil trescientos soldados contados.

14 A nd the tribe of Gad; and the prince of the sons of Gad shall be Eliasaph the son of Reuel;

»La tribu de Gad, cuyo jefe es Eliasaf hijo de Reuel.

15 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, forty-five thousand six hundred and fifty.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cuarenta y cinco mil seiscientos cincuenta soldados contados.

16 A ll that were numbered of the camp of Reuben were a hundred and fifty-one thousand four hundred and fifty, according to their hosts. And they shall set forth second.

»Todos los soldados contados en el campamento de Rubén son ciento cincuenta y un mil cuatrocientos cincuenta, y marcharán en segundo lugar, en el orden de sus ejércitos.

17 A nd the tent of meeting shall set forth, the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; as they encamp, so shall they set forth, every man in his place, according to their standards.

»A continuación seguirá el tabernáculo de reunión, con el campamento de los levitas, que está en medio de los campamentos. Cada uno marchará junto a su bandera, en el orden en que acampan.

18 T he standard of the camp of Ephraim according to their hosts shall be westward; and the prince of the sons of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud;

»La bandera del campamento de Efraín estará al occidente, en el orden de sus ejércitos. Su jefe es Elisama hijo de Amiud,

19 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, forty thousand five hundred.

y el cuerpo de su ejército es de cuarenta mil quinientos soldados contados.

20 A nd by him shall be the tribe of Manasseh; and the prince of the sons of Manasseh shall be Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur;

»Junto a él estará la tribu de Manasés, cuyo jefe es Gamaliel hijo de Pedasur.

21 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, thirty-two thousand two hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de treinta y dos mil doscientos soldados contados.

22 A nd the tribe of Benjamin; and the prince of the sons of Benjamin shall be Abidan the son of Gideoni;

»Seguirá la tribu de Benjamín, cuyo jefe es Abidán hijo de Gedeoni.

23 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, thirty-five thousand four hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de treinta y cinco mil cuatrocientos soldados contados.

24 A ll that were numbered of the camp of Ephraim were a hundred and eight thousand one hundred, according to their hosts. And they shall set forth third.

»Todos los soldados contados en el campamento de Efraín son ciento ocho mil cien, y marcharán en tercer lugar, en el orden de sus ejércitos.

25 T he standard of the camp of Dan shall be northward according to their hosts; and the prince of the sons of Dan shall be Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai;

»La bandera del campamento de Dan, cuyo jefe es Ajiezer hijo de Amisaday, estará al norte, en el orden de sus ejércitos.

26 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, sixty-two thousand seven hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de sesenta y dos mil setecientos soldados contados.

27 A nd those that encamp by him shall be the tribe of Asher; and the prince of the sons of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ocran;

»Junto a él acamparán los de la tribu de Aser, cuyo jefe es Pagiel hijo de Ocrán.

28 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, forty-one thousand five hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cuarenta y un mil quinientos soldados contados.

29 A nd the tribe of Naphtali; and the prince of the sons of Naphtali shall be Ahira the son of Enan;

»Seguirá la tribu de Neftalí, cuyo jefe es Ajirá hijo de Enán.

30 a nd his host, even those that were numbered of them, fifty-three thousand four hundred.

El cuerpo de su ejército es de cincuenta y tres mil cuatrocientos soldados contados.

31 A ll that were numbered of the camp of Dan were a hundred and fifty-seven thousand six hundred. They shall set forth last according to their standards.

»Todos los soldados contados en el campamento de Dan son ciento cincuenta y siete mil seiscientos, y marcharán en la retaguardia, siguiendo a sus banderas.»

32 T hese are those that were numbered of the children of Israel, according to their fathers' houses: all those that were numbered of the camps, according to their hosts, were six hundred and three thousand five hundred and fifty.

Éstos son los ejércitos de los hijos de Israel, contados por campamentos y en el orden de sus ejércitos, según las familias de sus antepasados. Todos ellos eran seiscientos tres mil quinientos cincuenta.

33 B ut the Levites were not numbered among the children of Israel; as Jehovah had commanded Moses.

Sólo los levitas no fueron contados entre los hijos de Israel, tal y como el Señor se lo había ordenado a Moisés.

34 A nd the children of Israel did according to all that Jehovah had commanded Moses: so they encamped according to their standards, and so they journeyed, every one according to their families, according to their fathers' houses.

Los hijos de Israel hicieron todo tal y como el Señor se lo ordenó a Moisés. Acamparon en el orden de sus banderas, y marcharon cada uno en el orden de sus familias, según las familias de sus antepasados.
