1 ¶ I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will tell of all thy marvellous works.

Señor, te alabaré de todo corazón y hablaré de todos tus portentos.

2 I will be glad and rejoice in thee: I will sing praise to thy name, O thou most High

Por ti me alegraré, oh Dios altísimo, y cantaré alabanzas a tu nombre.

3 b ecause my enemies are turned back; they shall fall and perish at thy presence.

Ante ti, mis enemigos huyen; ruedan por el suelo y perecen.

4 F or thou hast accomplished my judgment and my cause; thou didst sit in the throne judging according to righteousness.

Tú eres un juez justo, y desde tu trono defiendes mi causa y me haces justicia.

5 T hou hast reprehended the Gentiles, thou hast destroyed the wicked, thou hast put out their name for ever and ever.

Sometes a las naciones, destruyes a los malvados, y borras para siempre su memoria.

6 O thou enemy, destructions are come to a perpetual end: and the cities that thou hast destroyed; their memorial is perished with them.

Mis adversarios se han desvanecido; han quedado destruidos para siempre. Con ellos se borró el recuerdo de las ciudades que tú destruiste.

7 B ut the LORD shall endure for ever; he has prepared his throne for judgment.

Pero tú, Señor, permaneces para siempre, y tienes preparado tu tribunal de justicia.

8 A nd he shall judge the world in righteousness, he shall judge the peoples in uprightness.

Con justicia juzgarás al mundo; con rectitud juzgarás a las naciones.

9 T he LORD also will be a refuge to the humble, a refuge for the time of trouble.

Tú, Señor, eres el refugio de los pobres; eres su amparo en momentos de angustia.

10 A nd those that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, O LORD, hast not forsaken those that seek thee.

En ti confían los que conocen tu nombre, porque tú, Señor, proteges a los que te buscan.

11 ¶ Sing unto the LORD, he who dwells in Zion; declare among the people his doings.

¡Canten al Señor, que vive en Sión! ¡Proclamen entre los pueblos sus acciones!

12 W hen he makes requirement for blood, he remembers them; he does not forget the cry of the humble.

El Dios vengador se acordó de ellos; ¡no olvidó el clamor de los afligidos!

13 H ave mercy upon me, O LORD; consider my trouble which I suffer from those that hate me, thou that liftest me up from the gates of death:

Señor, ¡ten misericordia de mí! ¡Mira cómo me hacen sufrir mis enemigos! Tú me libras de las puertas de la muerte,

14 t hat I may show forth all thy praise in the gates of the daughter of Zion: I will rejoice in thy saving health.

para que a las puertas de Sión proclame tus alabanzas y goce de tu salvación.

15 T he Gentiles are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid their own foot is taken.

Las naciones cayeron en el hoyo que cavaron; ¡quedaron atrapados en su propia trampa!

16 T he LORD is known by the judgment which he has executed; the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. Higgaion (meditate on this for ever). Selah.

El Señor se ha revelado al hacer justicia; los malvados se enredan con sus propios hechos.

17 T he wicked shall be put into Sheol, all the Gentiles that forget God.

Esos malvados serán llevados al sepulcro, con todos los que se olvidan de Dios.

18 F or the humble shall not always be forgotten: the hope of the poor shall not perish for ever.

Porque no siempre serán olvidados los pobres, ni todo el tiempo se desvanecerá su esperanza.

19 A rise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the Gentiles be judged in thy sight.

Señor, ¡levántate y juzga a las naciones! ¡No dejes que el ser humano se envanezca! ¡Haz que las naciones comparezcan ante ti!

20 P ut fear into them, O LORD: that the Gentiles may know themselves to be but men. Selah.

¡Infúndeles, Señor, temor de ti! ¡Que sepan las naciones que sólo son seres humanos!
