1 ¶ And I saw another sign in the heaven, great and marvellous, seven angels having the seven last plagues; for in them is completed the wrath of God.

En el cielo vi otra señal, grande y asombrosa: Eran siete ángeles, que tenían las siete últimas plagas, con las cuales la ira de Dios quedaba satisfecha.

2 A nd I saw, as it were, a sea of glass mingled with fire and those that had gotten the victory over the beast and over its image and over its mark and over the number of its name stand on the sea of glass, having the harps of God.

Vi también lo que parecía ser un mar de cristal mezclado con fuego; allí, sobre el mar de cristal, y con las arpas que Dios les había dado, estaban los que habían logrado vencer a la bestia y a su imagen, y a su marca y el número de su nombre.

3 A nd they sing the song of Moses, the slave of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.

Entonaban el cántico de Moisés, el siervo de Dios, y también el cántico del Cordero. Decían: «¡Grandes y maravillosas son tus obras, Señor Dios Todopoderoso! ¡Justos y verdaderos son tus caminos, Rey de las naciones!

4 W ho shall not fear thee, O Lord, and magnify thy name? for thou only art holy; therefore, all the Gentiles shall come and worship before thee; for thy judgments are made manifest.

¿Quién no te temerá, Señor? ¿Quién no glorificará tu nombre? ¡Sólo tú eres santo! Por eso todas las naciones vendrán y te adorarán, porque tus juicios se han manifestado.»

5 ¶ And after these things I looked, and, behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in the heaven was opened;

Después de esto miré, y vi que en el cielo se abrió el templo donde está el tabernáculo del testimonio.

6 a nd the seven angels came out of the temple, having the seven plagues, clothed in pure and white linen, and having their breasts girded with golden girdles.

Del templo salieron los siete ángeles en posesión de las siete plagas. Estaban vestidos de un lino limpio y resplandeciente, y alrededor del pecho llevaban cintos de oro.

7 A nd one of the four animals gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who lives for ever and ever.

Uno de los cuatro seres vivientes entregó a los siete ángeles sendas copas de oro, llenas de la ira de Dios, que vive por los siglos de los siglos.

8 A nd the temple was filled with smoke from the majesty of God and from his power; and no one was able to enter into the temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were fulfilled.

El templo se llenó de humo por causa de la gloria de Dios y de su poder; y nadie podía entrar en el templo hasta que se cumplieran las siete plagas de los siete ángeles.
