1 ¶ Then he brought me forth into the outer court, the way toward the north; and he brought me into the chamber that was over against the space which was in front of the building toward the north.

El hombre me llevó luego al atrio exterior que daba hacia el norte, y me llevó a la cámara frente al espacio abierto que daba a la parte frontal del edificio, hacia el norte.

2 I n front of the north door the length was one hundred cubits, and the breadth was fifty cubits.

Por delante de la puerta del norte tenía cincuenta metros de largo por veinticinco metros de ancho.

3 O ver against the twenty cubits which were in the inner court, and over against the pavement which was in the outer court, were the chambers in three stories.

Las cámaras estaban en tres pisos, las unas frente a las otras, delante de los diez metros que había en el atrio interior y del enlosado que había en el atrio exterior.

4 A nd in front of the chambers was a walk of ten cubits breadth inward, a way of one cubit; and their doors toward the north.

Frente a las cámaras había un corredor interior de cinco metros de ancho, con una vía de medio metro, cuyas puertas daban al norte.

5 N ow the upper chambers were shorter; for the galleries took away from the others, from the lower ones and from the middle ones.

Las cámaras más altas eran más estrechas porque las galerías les restaban más espacio que a las cámaras de la planta baja y de la planta intermedia del edificio.

6 F or they were in three stories, but did not have pillars as the pillars of the courts; therefore they were narrower than the lowest and the middlemost from the ground.

Y es que estaban en tres pisos, y no tenían columnas como las columnas de los atrios; por tanto, en relación con el suelo eran más estrechas que las de la planta baja y las de la planta intermedia.

7 A nd the wall that was without over against the chambers, toward the outer court in front of the chambers, was fifty cubits long.

La muralla exterior frente a las cámaras, hacia el atrio exterior que daba al frente de las cámaras, tenía veinticinco metros de largo.

8 F or the length of the chambers that were in the outer court was fifty cubits; and before the front of the temple were one hundred cubits.

Las cámaras del atrio exterior tenían veinticinco metros de largo, y la fachada del templo medía cincuenta metros.

9 A nd under these chambers was the entry to the temple on the east side, to enter in to it from the outer court.

Debajo de las cámaras estaba la entrada del lado oriental, para entrar en ellas desde el atrio exterior.

10 A ll along the wall of the court toward the east, over against the separate place, and in front of the building were chambers.

El edificio tenía cámaras a todo lo largo de la muralla del atrio, por delante, hacia el oriente y frente al espacio abierto.

11 A nd the way before them was like the appearance of the chambers which were toward the north, as long as they, and as broad as they; and all their goings out were both according to their fashions, and according to their doors.

El corredor que había delante de ellas era semejante al corredor de las cámaras que daban hacia el norte, y su largo y su ancho medían lo mismo, y tenían las mismas salidas, las mismas puertas y las mismas entradas.

12 A nd according to the doors of the chambers that were toward the south was a door in the head of the way, even the way directly in front of the wall toward the east, as one enters into them.

También las puertas de las cámaras que daban hacia el sur eran así, y al comienzo del corredor que había frente a la muralla del lado oriental había una puerta, para quien entraba en las cámaras.

13 T hen he said unto me, The north chambers and the south chambers, which are before the separate place, they are holy chambers, where the priests that approach unto the LORD shall eat the holy offerings; there they shall lay the holy offerings, and the present, and that which was offered as sin, and as guilt; for the place is holy.

El hombre me dijo: «Tanto las cámaras del norte como las cámaras del sur, que están frente al espacio abierto, son cámaras santas. En ellas los sacerdotes que se acercan al Señor comerán las santas ofrendas, y allí pondrán las ofrendas santas, la ofrenda, la expiación y el sacrifico por el pecado, porque el lugar es santo.

14 W hen the priests enter therein, then they shall not go out of the holy place into the outer court, but there they shall lay their garments in which they minister; for they are holy; and shall put on other garments, and in this manner shall approach unto that which is of the people.

Cuando los sacerdotes entren, no saldrán del lugar santo al atrio exterior, sino que dejarán allí las vestiduras con que ministran, porque son santas, y se pondrán otros vestidos. Así se acercarán a lo que es del pueblo.»

15 ¶ Now when he had made an end of measuring the inner house, he brought me forth by the way of the gate facing toward the east and measured it round about.

Luego que acabó de medir el interior del templo, me sacó por el camino de la puerta que daba al oriente, y midió todo en derredor.

16 H e measured the east side with the measuring reed, five hundred reeds with the measuring reed round about.

Con la caña de medir midió el lado oriental, y éste midió mil quinientos metros;

17 H e measured the north side, five hundred reeds with the measuring reed round about.

midió el lado norte, y éste midió mil quinientos metros;

18 H e measured the south side, five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.

midió el lado sur, y éste midió mil quinientos metros;

19 H e turned about to the west side, and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.

luego rodeó el lado occidental, y éste midió mil quinientos metros.

20 H e measured it by the four sides: it had a wall round about, five hundred reeds long, and five hundred broad, to make a separation between the sanctuary and the profane place.

Lo midió por los cuatro lados, y estaba rodeado de un muro de mil quinientos metros de largo por mil quinientos metros de ancho, el cual dejaba el santuario apartado del lugar profano.
