1 В идях Господа, че стоеше при олтара и каза: Удари капителите, за да се потресат праговете, и ги разтроши върху главата на всички тях; а останалите от тях ще погубя с меч; който от тях бяга, няма да избяга, и който от тях иска да се спаси, няма да се спаси.

I have seen the Lord standing by the altar, and He saith: `Smite the knob, and the thresholds shake, And cut them off by the head -- all of them, And their posterity with a sword I do slay, Not flee to them doth the fleer, Nor escape to them doth a fugitive.

2 А ко изкопаят до ада, и оттам ръката Ми ще ги изтръгне; и ако се изкачат на небето, и оттам ще ги сваля.

If they dig through into sheol, From thence doth My hand take them, And if they go up the heavens, From thence I cause them to come down.

3 А ко се скрият навръх Кармил, ще ги издиря и ще ги взема оттам. И ако се скрият от очите Ми в морските дълбочини, там ще заповядам на змията и ще ги ухапе.

And if they be hid in the top of Carmel, From thence I search out, and have taken them, And if they be hid from Mine eyes in the bottom of the sea, From thence I command the serpent, And it hath bitten them.

4 А ко отидат в плен пред неприятелите си, там ще заповядам на меча и ще ги убие. И ще насоча очите Си върху тях за зло, а не за добро.

And if they go into captivity before their enemies, From thence I command the sword, And it hath slain them, And I have set Mine eye on them for evil, And not for good.

5 З ащото Господ Йехова на Силите е Онзи, Който се допира до земята и тя се топи, така че всички, които живеят на нея, ще жалеят, защото тя цяла ще се издига като Нил и ще спада пак като Египетската река.

And the Lord, Jehovah of Hosts, Who is striking against the land, and it melteth, And mourned have all the inhabitants in it, And come up as a flood hath all of it, And it hath sunk -- like the flood of Egypt.

6 Т ой е, Който гради покоите Си на небето и основава свода Си на земята; Който повиква морските води и ги излива по лицето на земята; Йехова е името Му.

Who is building in the heavens His upper chambers; As to His troop, Upon earth He hath founded it, Who is calling for the waters of the sea, And poureth them out on the face of the land, Jehovah His name.

7 В ие, израелтяни, казва Господ, не сте ли за Мене като етиопци? Не изведох ли както Израел от Египетската земя, така и филистимците от Кафтор и сирийците от Кир?

As sons of Cushim are ye not to Me? O sons of Israel -- an affirmation of Jehovah. Israel did I not bring up out of the land of Egypt? And the Philistines from Caphtor, and Aram from Kir?

8 Е то, очите на Господа Йехова са върху грешното царство и ще го погубя от лицето на света; само че няма да погубя съвсем Якововия дом, казва Господ.

Lo, the eyes of the Lord Jehovah on the sinful kingdom, And I have destroyed it from off the face of the ground, Only, I destroy not utterly the house of Jacob, An affirmation of Jehovah.

9 З ащото, ето, Аз ще заповядам и ще пресея Израелевия дом между всички народи, както се пресява житото в решето; обаче ни най-малко зърно няма да падне на земята.

For lo, I am commanding, And I have shaken among all the nations the house of Israel, As doth shake with a sieve, And there falleth not a grain the earth.

10 О т Мене ще измрат всичките грешници между народа Ми, които казват: Това зло няма да стигне до нас, нито ще ни изпревари. Надежда за благословение чрез Месия

By sword die do all sinners of My people, Who are saying, `Not overtake, or go before, For our sakes, doth evil.'

11 В онзи ден ще въздигна падналата Давидова скиния и ще затворя проломите ѝ; ще издигна развалините ѝ и ще я съградя пак, както в древните дни,

In that day I raise the tabernacle of David, that is fallen, And I have repaired their breaches, And its ruins I do raise up, And I have built it up as in days of old.

12 з а да завладеят останалите от Едом и всички народи, които се наричаха с името Ми, казва Господ, Който прави това.

So that they possess the remnant of Edom, And all the nations on whom My name is called, An affirmation of Jehovah -- doer of this.

13 Е то, идват дни, казва Господ, когато орачът ще стигне жътваря и линотъпкачът - сеяча, от планините ще капе младо вино и всички хълмове ще се стопят.

Lo, days are coming -- an affirmation of Jehovah, And come nigh hath the ploughman to the reaper, And the treader of grapes to the scatterer of seed, And the mountains have dropt juice, And all the hills do melt.

14 И Аз ще върна от плен народа Си Израел; те ще съградят запустелите градове и ще ги населят, ще насадят лозя и ще пият виното им, и ще направят градини и ще ядат от плода им.

And I have turned back the captivity of My people Israel, And they have built desolate cities, and inhabited, And have planted vineyards, and drunk their wine, And made gardens, and eaten their fruit.

15 И те няма вече да бъдат изтръгнати от земята, която им дадох, казва Господ, твоят Бог.

And I have planted them on their own ground, And they are not plucked up any more from off their own ground, That I have given to them, said Jehovah thy God!
