1 A nd Bezaleel, and Aholiab, and every wise-hearted man, in whom Jehovah hath given wisdom and understanding to know to do every work of the service of the sanctuary, have done according to all that Jehovah commanded.

“Assim Bezalel, Aoliabe e todos os homens capazes, a quem o Senhor concedeu destreza e habilidade para fazerem toda a obra de construção do santuário, realizarão a obra como o Senhor ordenou”.

2 A nd Moses calleth unto Bezaleel, and unto Aholiab, and unto every wise-hearted man in whose heart Jehovah hath given wisdom, every one whom his heart lifted up, to come near unto the work to do it.

Então Moisés chamou Bezalel e Aoliabe e todos os homens capazes a quem o Senhor dera habilidade e que estavam dispostos a vir realizar a obra.

3 A nd they take from before Moses all the heave-offering which the sons of Israel have brought in for the work of the service of the sanctuary to do it; and still they have brought in unto him a willing-offering morning by morning.

Receberam de Moisés todas as ofertas que os israelitas tinham trazido para a obra de construção do santuário. E o povo continuava a trazer voluntariamente ofertas, manhã após manhã.

4 A nd all the wise men, who are doing all the work of the sanctuary, come each from his work which they are doing,

Por isso, todos os artesãos habilidosos que trabalhavam no santuário interromperam o trabalho

5 a nd speak unto Moses, saying, `The people are multiplying to bring in more than sufficient for the service of the work which Jehovah commanded to make.'

e disseram a Moisés: “O povo está trazendo mais do que o suficiente para realizar a obra que o Senhor ordenou”.

6 A nd Moses commandeth, and they cause a voice to pass over through the camp, saying, `Let not man or woman make any more work for the heave-offering of the sanctuary;' and the people are restrained from bringing,

Então Moisés ordenou que fosse feita esta proclamação em todo o acampamento: “Nenhum homem ou mulher deverá fazer mais nada para ser oferecido ao santuário”. Assim, o povo foi impedido de trazer mais,

7 a nd the work hath been sufficient for them, for all the work, to do it, and to leave.

pois o que já haviam recebido era mais que suficiente para realizar toda a obra. A Construção do Tabernáculo

8 A nd all the wise-hearted ones among the doers of the work make the tabernacle; ten curtains of twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet, cherubs, work of a designer, he hath made them.

Todos os homens capazes dentre os trabalhadores fizeram o tabernáculo com dez cortinas internas de linho fino trançado e de fios de tecidos azul, roxo e vermelho, com os querubins bordados sobre eles.

9 T he length of the one curtain eight and twenty by the cubit, and the breadth of the one curtain four by the cubit; one measure to all the curtains.

Todas as cortinas internas tinham o mesmo tamanho: doze metros e sessenta centímetros de comprimento por um metro e oitenta centímetros de largura.

10 A nd he joineth the five curtains one unto another, and the five curtains he hath joined one unto another;

Prenderam cinco cortinas internas, e fizeram o mesmo com as outras cinco.

11 a nd he maketh loops of blue on the edge of the one curtain, at the end, in the joining; so he hath made in the edge of the outmost curtain, in the joining of the second;

Em seguida fizeram laçadas de tecido azul ao longo da borda da última cortina interna do primeiro conjunto de cortinas internas, fazendo o mesmo com o segundo conjunto.

12 f ifty loops he hath made in the one curtain, and fifty loops hath he made in the end of the curtain which in the joining of the second; the loops are taking hold one on another.

Fizeram também cinqüenta laçadas na primeira cortina interna e cinqüenta laçadas na última cortina interna do segundo conjunto; as laçadas estavam opostas umas às outras.

13 A nd he maketh fifty hooks of gold, and joineth the curtains one unto another by the hooks, and the tabernacle is one.

Depois fizeram cinqüenta ganchos de ouro e com eles prenderam um conjunto de cortinas internas ao outro, para que o tabernáculo formasse um todo.

14 A nd he maketh curtains of goats' for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains he hath made them;

Com o total de onze cortinas internas de pêlos de cabra fizeram uma tenda para cobrir o tabernáculo.

15 t he length of the one curtain thirty by the cubit, and the breadth of the one curtain four cubits; one measure to the eleven curtains;

As onze cortinas internas tinham a mesma medida: treze metros e meio de comprimento por um metro e oitenta centímetros de largura.

16 a nd he joineth the five curtains apart, and the six curtains apart.

Prenderam cinco cortinas internas num conjunto e as outras seis noutro conjunto.

17 A nd he maketh fifty loops on the outer edge of the curtain, in the joining; and fifty loops he hath made on the edge of the curtain which is joining the second;

Depois fizeram cinqüenta laçadas em volta da borda da última cortina interna de um dos conjuntos e também na borda da última cortina interna do outro conjunto.

18 a nd he maketh fifty hooks of brass to join the tent -- to be one;

Fizeram também cinqüenta ganchos de bronze para unir a tenda, formando um todo.

19 a nd he maketh a covering for the tent of rams' skins made red, and a covering of badgers' skins above.

Em seguida fizeram para a tenda uma cobertura de pele de carneiro tingida de vermelho, e por cima desta uma cobertura de couro.

20 A nd he maketh the boards for the tabernacle of shittim wood, standing up;

Fizeram ainda armações verticais de madeira de acácia para o tabernáculo.

21 t en cubits the length of the board, and a cubit and a half the breadth of the board;

Cada armação tinha quatro metros e meio de comprimento por setenta centímetros de largura,

22 t wo handles to the one board, joined one unto another; so he hath made for all the boards of the tabernacle.

com dois encaixes paralelos um ao outro. E fizeram todas as armações do tabernáculo dessa madeira.

23 A nd he maketh the boards for the tabernacle; twenty boards for the south side southward;

Fizeram também vinte armações para o lado sul do tabernáculo

24 a nd forty sockets of silver he hath made under the twenty boards, two sockets under the one board for its two handles, and two sockets under the other board for its two handles.

e quarenta bases de prata para serem colocadas debaixo delas; duas bases para cada armação, uma debaixo de cada encaixe.

25 A nd for the second side of the tabernacle, for the north side, he hath made twenty boards,

Para o outro lado, o lado norte do tabernáculo, fizeram vinte armações

26 a nd their forty sockets of silver, two sockets under the one board, and two sockets under the other board;

e quarenta bases de prata, duas debaixo de cada armação.

27 a nd for the sides of the tabernacle, westward, hath he made six boards;

Fizeram ainda seis armações na parte de trás do tabernáculo, isto é, para o lado ocidental,

28 a nd two boards hath he made for the corners of the tabernacle, in the two sides;

e duas armações foram montadas nos cantos, na parte de trás do tabernáculo.

29 a nd they have been twins below, and together they are twins at its head, at the one ring; so he hath done to both of them at the two corners;

Nesses dois cantos as armações eram duplas, desde a parte inferior até a mais alta, colocadas numa só argola, ambas feitas do mesmo modo.

30 a nd there have been eight boards; and their sockets of silver sixteen sockets, two sockets under the one board.

Havia, pois, oito armações e dezesseis bases de prata, duas debaixo de cada armação.

31 A nd he maketh bars of shittim wood, five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle,

Também fizeram travessões de madeira de acácia: cinco para as armações de um lado do tabernáculo,

32 a nd five bars for the boards of the second side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle, for the sides westward;

cinco para as do outro lado e cinco para as do lado ocidental, na parte de trás do tabernáculo.

33 a nd he maketh the middle bar to enter into the midst of the boards from end to end;

Fizeram o travessão central de uma extremidade à outra, passando pelo meio das armações.

34 a nd the boards he hath overlaid with gold, and their rings he hath made of gold, places for bars, and he overlayeth the bars with gold.

Revestiram de ouro as armações e fizeram argolas de ouro para sustentar os travessões, os quais também revestiram de ouro.

35 A nd he maketh the vail of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen, work of a designer he hath made it, cherubs;

Fizeram o véu de linho fino trançado e de fios de tecidos azul, roxo e vermelho, e mandaram bordar nele querubins.

36 a nd he maketh for it four pillars of shittim, and overlayeth them with gold; their pegs of gold; and he casteth for them four sockets of silver.

Fizeram-lhe quatro colunas de madeira de acácia e as revestiram de ouro. Fizeram-lhe ainda ganchos de ouro e fundiram as suas bases de prata.

37 A nd he maketh a covering for the opening of the tent, of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and twined linen, work of an embroiderer,

Para a entrada da tenda fizeram uma cortina de linho fino trançado e de fios de tecidos azul, roxo e vermelho, obra de bordador,

38 a lso its five pillars, and their pegs; and he overlaid their tops and their fillets gold, and their five sockets brass.

e fizeram-lhe cinco colunas com ganchos. Revestiram de ouro as partes superior e lateral das colunas e fizeram de bronze as suas cinco bases.
