1 И започна да им говори с притчи: Един човек насади лозе, огради го с плет, изкопа лин и съгради кула, и го даде под наем на земеделците, и отиде в чужбина.

He began to speak to them in parables. “A man planted a vineyard, put a hedge around it, dug a pit for the wine press, built a tower, rented it out to a farmer, and went into another country.

2 И във времето на гроздобера изпрати един слуга до земеделците да прибере от земеделците от плода на лозето.

When it was time, he sent a servant to the farmer to get from the farmer his share of the fruit of the vineyard.

3 А те го хванаха, биха го и го отпратиха с празни ръце.

They took him, beat him, and sent him away empty.

4 П ак изпрати до тях друг слуга; а те му счупиха главата и безсрамно го оскърбиха.

Again, he sent another servant to them; and they threw stones at him, wounded him in the head, and sent him away shamefully treated.

5 И зпрати и друг, когото убиха; и мнозина други, от които едни биха, а други убиха.

Again he sent another; and they killed him; and many others, beating some, and killing some.

6 Т ой имаше още и един възлюбен син; него изпрати последен до тях, като си казваше: Ще почетат сина ми.

Therefore still having one, his beloved son, he sent him last to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’

7 А тези земеделци казаха помежду си: Този е наследникът; елате да го убием и наследството ще бъде наше.

But those farmers said among themselves, ‘This is the heir. Come, let’s kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’

8 И го хванаха и го убиха, и го хвърлиха вън от лозето.

They took him, killed him, and cast him out of the vineyard.

9 И така, какво ще направи стопанинът на лозето? Ще дойде и ще погуби тези земеделци, а лозето ще даде на други.

What therefore will the lord of the vineyard do? He will come and destroy the farmers, and will give the vineyard to others.

10 Н е сте ли прочели това Писание: "Камъкът, който отхвърлиха зидарите, Той стана глава на ъгъла.

Haven’t you even read this Scripture: ‘The stone which the builders rejected, the same was made the head of the corner.

11 О т Господа е това. И чудно е в нашите очи"?

This was from the Lord, it is marvelous in our eyes’?”

12 И първенците искаха да Го хванат (но се убояха от народа), понеже разбраха, че за тях каза тази притча. И Го оставиха и си отидоха. За плащането на данъка на императора

They tried to seize him, but they feared the multitude; for they perceived that he spoke the parable against them. They left him, and went away.

13 Т огава пратиха при Него някои от фарисеите и иродианите, за да Го впримчат в говоренето Му.

They sent some of the Pharisees and of the Herodians to him, that they might trap him with words.

14 И те, като дойдоха, Му казаха: Учителю, знаем, че си искрен и не Те е грижа от никого; защото не гледаш на лицето на човеците, но учиш Божия път според истината. Право ли е да даваме данък на Цезаря или не?

When they had come, they asked him, “Teacher, we know that you are honest, and don’t defer to anyone; for you aren’t partial to anyone, but truly teach the way of God. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?

15 Д а даваме ли или да не даваме? А Той, като разбра лицемерието им, им каза: Защо Ме изпитвате? Донесете Ми един пеняз да го видя.

Shall we give, or shall we not give?” But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said to them, “Why do you test me? Bring me a denarius, that I may see it.”

16 И те Му донесоха. Тогава им каза: Чий е този образ и надпис? А те Му отвърнаха: На Цезаря.

They brought it. He said to them, “Whose is this image and inscription?” They said to him, “Caesar’s.”

17 И сус им каза: Отдавайте цезаревото на Цезаря и Божието на Бога. И те много се зачудиха на Него. За възкресението на мъртвите

Jesus answered them, “Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” They marveled greatly at him.

18 С лед това при Него дойдоха садукеи, които казват, че няма възкресение; и Го питаха:

There came to him Sadducees, who say that there is no resurrection. They asked him, saying,

19 У чителю, Моисей ни е написал, че ако на някого умре брат му и остави жена, а не остави деца, то брат му да вземе жена му и да въздигне потомство на брат си.

“Teacher, Moses wrote to us, ‘If a man’s brother dies, and leaves a wife behind him, and leaves no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.’

20 Н о, ето, имаше седем братя; и първият взе жена; и когато умря, не остави потомство.

There were seven brothers. The first took a wife, and dying left no offspring.

21 В зе я и вторият, умря и не остави потомство; също и третият.

The second took her, and died, leaving no children behind him. The third likewise;

22 И седмината не оставиха потомство. А след всички умря и жената.

and the seven took her and left no children. Last of all the woman also died.

23 П ри възкресението на кого от тях ще бъде жена, защото и седмината я имаха за жена?

In the resurrection, when they rise, whose wife will she be of them? For the seven had her as a wife.”

24 И сус им каза: Не затова ли се заблуждавате, понеже не знаете Писанията, нито Божията сила?

Jesus answered them, “Isn’t this because you are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God?

25 З ащото, когато възкръснат от мъртвите, нито се женят, нито се омъжват, но са като ангели на небесата.

For when they will rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are like angels in heaven.

26 А за мъртвите, че биват възкресени, не сте ли чели в книгата на Моисей, на мястото при бодливия храст, как Бог му говори, като казваше: "Аз съм Бог Авраамов, Бог Исааков и Бог Яковов"?

But about the dead, that they are raised; haven’t you read in the book of Moses, about the Bush, how God spoke to him, saying, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’ ?

27 Т ой не е Бог на мъртвите, а на живите. Вие много се заблуждавате. Най-голямата заповед

He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are therefore badly mistaken.”

28 А един от книжниците, който дойде и ги чу, когато се препираха, като видя, че им отговори добре, Го попита: Коя заповед е първата от всички?

One of the scribes came, and heard them questioning together. Knowing that he had answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the greatest of all?”

29 И сус отговори: Първата е: "Слушай, Израелю; Господ, нашият Бог, е един Господ;

Jesus answered, “The greatest is, ‘Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one:

30 и да възлюбиш Господа, твоя Бог, с цялото си сърце, с цялата си душа, с всичкия си ум и с всичката си сила."

you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.

31 А ето втората, подобна на нея, заповед: "Да възлюбиш ближния си като себе си." Друга заповед, по-голяма от тези, няма.

The second is like this, ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.”

32 И книжникът Му каза: Превъзходно, Учителю! Ти право каза, че Бог е един; и няма друг освен Него;

The scribe said to him, “Truly, teacher, you have said well that he is one, and there is none other but he,

33 и да Го обича човек от все сърце, с всичкия си разум и с всичката си сила, и да обича ближния си като себе си, това е много повече от всички всеизгаряния и жертви.

and to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbor as himself, is more important than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.”

34 И сус, като видя, че отговори разумно, му каза: Не си далеч от Божието царство. И никой вече не дръзна да Му задава въпроси. Исус Христос и Давид

When Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from God’s Kingdom.” No one dared ask him any question after that.

35 И когато поучаваше в храма, Исус заговори: Как така казват книжниците, че Христос е Давидов син?

Jesus responded, as he taught in the temple, “How is it that the scribes say that the Christ is the son of David?

36 С ам Давид каза чрез Святия Дух: "Каза Господ на Моя Господ: Седи отдясно на Мене, докато положа враговете Ти за Твое подножие."

For David himself said in the Holy Spirit, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet.”’

37 С ам Давид Го нарича Господ; тогава как ще е негов Син? И голямото множество Го слушаше с удоволствие.

Therefore David himself calls him Lord, so how can he be his son?” The common people heard him gladly.

38 И в поучението Си казваше: Пазете се от книжниците, които обичат да ходят пременени и да приемат поздравите по пазарите

In his teaching he said to them, “Beware of the scribes, who like to walk in long robes, and to get greetings in the marketplaces,

39 и първите столове по синагогите, и първите места при угощенията;

and the best seats in the synagogues, and the best places at feasts:

40 т ези, които изпояждат домовете на вдовиците, даже когато за показ принасят дълги молитви. Тези ще получат по-тежко осъждение. Лептата на бедната вдовица

those who devour widows’ houses, and for a pretense make long prayers. These will receive greater condemnation.”

41 И като седна Исус срещу съкровищницата, гледаше как народът пуска пари в съкровищницата; и мнозина богаташи пускаха много.

Jesus sat down opposite the treasury, and saw how the multitude cast money into the treasury. Many who were rich cast in much.

42 А една бедна вдовица дойде и пусна две лепти, т. е. един кодрант.

A poor widow came, and she cast in two small brass coins, which equal a quadrans coin.

43 И повика учениците Си и им каза: Истина ви казвам, тази бедна вдовица пусна повече от всички, които пускат в съкровищницата;

He called his disciples to himself, and said to them, “Most certainly I tell you, this poor widow gave more than all those who are giving into the treasury,

44 з ащото те всички пускат от излишъка си, а тя от немотията си пусна всичко, което имаше - целия си имот.

for they all gave out of their abundance, but she, out of her poverty, gave all that she had to live on.”
