1 А ето свещениците и левитите, които излязоха със Зоровавел, Салатииловия син, и с Исус: Сарайя, Йеремия, Ездра,

Now these are the priests and the Levites who went up with Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Jeshua: Seraiah, Jeremiah, Ezra,

2 А мария, Малух, Хатус,

Amariah, Malluch, Hattush,

3 С ехания, Реум, Меримот,

Shecaniah, Rehum, Meremoth,

4 И до, Ганатон, Авия,

Iddo, Ginnethoi, Abijah,

5 М иамин, Маадия, Велга,

Mijamin, Maadiah, Bilgah,

6 С емая, Йоярив, Едайя,

Shemaiah, and Joiarib, Jedaiah.

7 С алу, Амок, Хелкия и Едайя. Тези бяха началниците на свещениците и на братята им в дните на Исус.

Sallu, Amok, Hilkiah, Jedaiah. These were the chiefs of the priests and of their brothers in the days of Jeshua.

8 А левитите: Исус, Вануй, Кадмиил, Серевия, Юда и Матания, който заедно с братята си беше над пеенето.

Moreover the Levites: Jeshua, Binnui, Kadmiel, Sherebiah, Judah, and Mattaniah, who was over the thanksgiving, he and his brothers.

9 А Ваквукия и Уний, братята им, бяха срещу тях в стражите.

Also Bakbukiah and Unno, their brothers, were over against them according to their offices.

10 И Исус роди Йоаким, а Йоаким роди Елиасив, а Елиасив роди Йодай,

Jeshua became the father of Joiakim, and Joiakim became the father of Eliashib, and Eliashib became the father of Joiada,

11 а Йодай роди Йонатан, а Йонатан роди Ядуя.

and Joiada became the father of Jonathan, and Jonathan became the father of Jaddua.

12 А в дните на Йоаким свещениците, които бяха и началници на бащини домове, бяха: началник на бащиния дом на Серайя - Мерайя; на Йеремия - Анания;

In the days of Joiakim were priests, heads of fathers’ households: of Seraiah, Meraiah; of Jeremiah, Hananiah;

13 н а Ездра - Месулам; на Амария - Йоанан;

of Ezra, Meshullam; of Amariah, Jehohanan;

14 н а Мелиху - Йонатан; на Севания - Йосиф;

of Malluchi, Jonathan; of Shebaniah, Joseph;

15 н а Харим - Адна; на Мерайот - Хелкай;

of Harim, Adna; of Meraioth, Helkai;

16 н а Идо - Захария; на Ганатона - Месулам;

of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;

17 н а Авия - Зехрий; на Миниамин, от Моадия - Фелтай;

of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin, of Moadiah, Piltai;

18 н а Велга - Самуа; на Семая - Йонатан;

of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jehonathan;

19 н а Йоярив - Матенай; на Едайя - Озий;

and of Joiarib, Mattenai; of Jedaiah, Uzzi;

20 н а Салая - Калай; на Амок - Евер;

of Sallai, Kallai; of Amok, Eber;

21 н а Хелкия - Асавия; и на Едайя - Натанаил.

of Hilkiah, Hashabiah; of Jedaiah, Nethanel.

22 В дните на Елиасив, Йодай, Йоанан и Ядуя левитите бяха записани за началници на бащини домове; също и свещениците през царуването на персиеца Дарий.

As for the Levites, in the days of Eliashib, Joiada, and Johanan, and Jaddua, there were recorded the heads of fathers’ households; also the priests, in the reign of Darius the Persian.

23 Л евитите, които бяха началници на бащини домове, бяха записани в Книгата на летописите, дори до дните на Йоанан, Елиасивовия син.

The sons of Levi, heads of fathers’ households, were written in the book of the chronicles, even until the days of Johanan the son of Eliashib.

24 А началниците на левитите бяха: Асавия, Серевия и Исус, Кадмииловият син, с братята им срещу тях, назначени да хвалят и песнословят според заповедта на Божия човек Давид, ответно едни срещу други.

The chiefs of the Levites: Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua the son of Kadmiel, with their brothers over against them, to praise and give thanks, according to the commandment of David the man of God, watch next to watch.

25 М атания, Ваквукия, Авдий, Месулам, Талмон и Акув бяха вратари и пазеха стражата на складовете при портите.

Mattaniah, and Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, Akkub, were porters keeping the watch at the storehouses of the gates.

26 Т ези бяха в дните на Йоаким, син на Исус, син на Йоседек, и в дните на областния управител Неемия, и на свещеника Ездра, книжника. Освещаване на градската стена на Йерусалим

These were in the days of Joiakim the son of Jeshua, the son of Jozadak, and in the days of Nehemiah the governor, and of Ezra the priest the scribe.

27 И при освещаването на йерусалимската стена потърсиха левитите по всичките им места, за да ги доведат в Йерусалим да празнуват освещението с веселие, със славословия и песни, с кимвали, псалтири и арфи.

At the dedication of the wall of Jerusalem they sought the Levites out of all their places, to bring them to Jerusalem, to keep the dedication with gladness, both with giving thanks, and with singing, with cymbals, stringed instruments, and with harps.

28 И така, дружните певци се събраха - както от йерусалимската околност, така и от нетофатските села,

The sons of the singers gathered themselves together, both out of the plain around Jerusalem, and from the villages of the Netophathites;

29 о т Вет-галгал и от селата на Гава и Азмавет; защото певците си бяха съградили села около Йерусалим.

also from Beth Gilgal, and out of the fields of Geba and Azmaveth: for the singers had built them villages around Jerusalem.

30 А свещениците и левитите, като очистиха себе си, очистиха и народа, портите и стената.

The priests and the Levites purified themselves; and they purified the people, and the gates, and the wall.

31 Т огава изкачих Юдейските началници на стената и определих два големи хора хвалители: единият отиваше в шествие надясно върху стената, към портата на бунището;

Then I brought up the princes of Judah on the wall, and appointed two great companies who gave thanks and went in procession. One went on the right hand on the wall toward the dung gate;

32 и след тях вървяха Осайя и половината от Юдейските първенци,

and after them went Hoshaiah, and half of the princes of Judah,

33 и Азария, Ездра, Меулам,

and Azariah, Ezra, and Meshullam,

34 Ю да, Вениамин, Семая и Йеремия,

Judah, and Benjamin, and Shemaiah, and Jeremiah,

35 и някои от синовете на свещениците с тръби: Захария, син на Йонатан, син на Семая, син на Матания, син на Михей, син на Закхур, син на Асаф,

and certain of the priests’ sons with trumpets: Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph;

36 и братята му: Семая, Азареил, Милалай, Гилалай, Маай, Натанаил, Юда и Ананий, с музикалните инструменти на Божия човек Давид; и книжникът Ездра им беше начело.

and his brothers, Shemaiah, and Azarel, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethanel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God; and Ezra the scribe was before them.

37 П ри портата на извора те се изкачиха направо пред себе си по стъпалата на Давидовия град, където стената се възвисява над Давидовата къща, чак до портата на водата към изток.

By the spring gate, and straight before them, they went up by the stairs of David’s city, at the ascent of the wall, above David’s house, even to the water gate eastward.

38 А другият хор хвалители вървеше в противоположна посока, и аз след тях, също и половината от народа, по стената, край кулата на пещите и по широката стена,

The other company of those who gave thanks went to meet them, and I after them, with the half of the people, on the wall, above the tower of the furnaces, even to the wide wall,

39 и над Ефремовата порта, и над старата порта, и над рибната порта, и край кулата Ананеил, и край кулата Мея, до овчата порта, докато застанаха в портата на стражата.

and above the gate of Ephraim, and by the old gate, and by the fish gate, and the tower of Hananel, and the tower of Hammeah, even to the sheep gate: and they stood still in the gate of the guard.

40 Т ака двете отделения хвалители застанаха в Божия дом; и аз и половината от видните мъже с мен,

So stood the two companies of those who gave thanks in God’s house, and I, and the half of the rulers with me;

41 и свещениците Елиаким, Маасия, Миниамин, Михей, Елиоинай, Захария и Анания, с тръби,

and the priests, Eliakim, Maaseiah, Miniamin, Micaiah, Elioenai, Zechariah, and Hananiah, with trumpets;

42 к акто и Маасия, Семая, Елеазар, Озий, Йоанан, Малхия, Елам и Езер. И певците запяха със силен глас, с Езрайя за водител.

and Maaseiah, and Shemaiah, and Eleazar, and Uzzi, and Jehohanan, and Malchijah, and Elam, and Ezer. The singers sang loud, with Jezrahiah their overseer.

43 И в същия ден принесоха големи жертви и се развеселиха, защото Бог ги развесели много; още жените и децата се развеселиха; така че увеселението на Йерусалим се разчу надалеч.

They offered great sacrifices that day, and rejoiced; for God had made them rejoice with great joy; and the women also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.

44 В същия ден бяха определени и хора над стаите за складове, за приносите, за първите плодове и за десятъците, за да събират в тях от полетата на градовете дяловете, узаконени за свещениците и левитите; защото Юдея се радваше поради свещениците и левитите, които служеха.

On that day were men appointed over the rooms for the treasures, for the wave offerings, for the first fruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them, according to the fields of the cities, the portions appointed by the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites who waited.

45 З ащото те и певците, и вратарите пазеха заръчаното от Бога си и заръчаното за очистването според заповедта на Давид и сина му Соломон.

They performed the duty of their God, and the duty of the purification, and so did the singers and the porters, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.

46 З ащото отдавна, в дните на Давид и Асаф, имаше главни певци и пеения за хвала и благодарение на Бога.

For in the days of David and Asaph of old there was a chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving to God.

47 И в дните на Зоровавел, и в дните на Неемия целият Израел даваха определените за всеки ден дялове на певците и на вратарите; те посвещаваха даровете си на левитите, а левитите посвещаваха на Аароновите потомци.

All Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, as every day required: and they set apart that which was for the Levites; and the Levites set apart that which was for the sons of Aaron.
