1 П ак Господнето слово дойде към мен и каза:

And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying:

2 И ти, сине човешки, надигни плач за Тир и кажи на Тир:

And thou, son of man, take up a lamentation for Tyre,

3 Т и, който седиш при входа на морето, който търгуваш с народите от много острови, така казва Господ Йехова: Тире, ти си казал: Аз съм съвършен по хубост.

and say unto Tyre: O thou that art situate at the entries of the sea, and traffickest with the peoples in many isles, thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou, Tyre, hast said, I am perfect in beauty.

4 П ределите ти са сред моретата; онези, които те съградиха, направиха съвършена хубостта ти.

Thy borders are in the heart of the seas, thy builders have perfected thy beauty.

5 Н аправиха всички дъски на корабите ти от санирски елхи; взеха кедри от Ливан, за да ти направят мачти.

They made all thy double boards of cypress-trees of Senir; they took cedars from Lebanon to make masts for thee.

6 Н аправиха веслата ти от васански дъбове; направиха седалищата ти от слонова кост и буково дърво от Китимските острови.

Of the oaks of Bashan did they make thine oars; they made thy benches of ivory, inlaid in box-wood, out of the isles of Chittim.

7 О т висон с везана работа от Египет беше платното ти, за да ти служи за знаме; синьо и мораво, от островите на Елиса, беше покровът ти.

Byssus with broidered work from Egypt was thy sail, to serve thee for a banner; blue and purple from the isles of Elishah was thine awning.

8 Ж ителите на Сидон и Арвад бяха твоите веслари; твоите мъдри, които бяха в тебе, Тире, бяха кормчиите ти.

The inhabitants of Zidon and Arvad were thy rowers; thy wise men, O Tyre, who were in thee, were thy pilots.

9 С тарейшините на Гевал и мъдрите му насмоляваха в тебе корабите ти; всичките морски кораби и моряците им бяха в тебе, за да вършат търговията ти.

The elders of Gebal and the wise men thereof were in thee repairing thy leaks; all the ships of the sea with their mariners were in thee, to barter with thee.

10 П ерсийци, лидийци и ливийци бяха твоите войници, твоите военни мъже; в теб окачваха щитове и шлемове; те ти придаваха великолепие.

Persia and Lud and Phut were in thine army, thy men of war: they hanged shield and helmet in thee; they gave splendour to thee.

11 А рвадските мъже с войската ти бяха наоколо на стените ти, адгамадците - на кулите ти; окачваха щитовете си наоколо по стените ти; те направиха съвършена хубостта ти.

The children of Arvad with thine army were upon thy walls round about, and the Gammadim were on thy towers: they hanged their shields upon thy walls round about; they made thy beauty perfect.

12 Т арсис търгуваше с тебе с изобилие от всякакво богатство; със сребро, желязо, калай и олово търгуваха за твоите стоки.

Tarshish dealt with thee by reason of the abundance of all substance; with silver, iron, tin, and lead, they furnished thy markets.

13 Я ван, Тувал и Мосох търгуваха с тебе; за твоите стоки разменяха човешки души и медни съдове.

Javan, Tubal, and Meshech, they were thy traffickers: they bartered with thee the persons of men, and vessels of bronze.

14 О нези от дома Тогарма търгуваха за стоките ти с коне, военни коне и мулета.

They of the house of Togarmah furnished thy markets with horses, and horsemen, and mules.

15 Д еданските мъже търгуваха с тебе; търговията на много острови беше в ръката ти; докарваха ти за размяна слонова кост и абанос.

The children of Dedan were thy traffickers; many isles were the mart of thy hand: they rendered in payment horns of ivory, and ebony.

16 С ирия търгуваше с тебе поради многото ти изделия; даваше за стоките ти антракс и мораво, везано и висон, корали и рубини.

Syria dealt with thee for the multitude of thy handiworks: they traded in thy markets with carbuncles, purple, and broidered work, and fine linen, and corals, and rubies.

17 Ю дея и Израелевата земя търгуваха с тебе; даваха за стоките ти менитско жито, сухари и мед, масло и балсам.

Judah and the land of Israel were thy traffickers: they bartered with thee wheat of Minnith, and sweet cakes, and honey, and oil, and balm.

18 Д амаск търгуваше с тебе поради многото ти изделия, с изобилие от всяко богатство, с хелвонско вино и бяла вълна.

Damascus dealt with thee because of the multitude of thy handiworks, by reason of the abundance of all substance, with wine of Helbon, and white wool.

19 В едан и Аван даваха прежда за стоките ти. Изработено желязо, касия и благоуханна тръстика бяха между стоките ти.

Vedan and Javan of Uzal traded in thy markets: wrought iron, cassia, and calamus were in thy traffic.

20 Д едан търгуваше с тебе със скъпи платове за колесници.

Dedan was thy trafficker in precious riding-cloths.

21 А равия и всички кидарски първенци бяха търговци в теб и търгуваха с тебе с агнета, овци и козли.

Arabia and all the princes of Kedar were the merchants of thy hand: in lambs, and rams, and goats, in these did they trade with thee.

22 Т ърговците на Шева и Раама търгуваха с теб и даваха за стоките ти всякакво най-прекрасно благоухание, всякакви скъпоценни камъни и злато.

The merchants of Sheba and Raamah were thy traffickers: they furnished thy markets with all the choice spices, and with all precious stones and gold.

23 Х аран, Хане и Еден, търговците на Шева, Асур и Хилмад търгуваха с тебе.

Haran, and Canneh, and Eden, the merchants of Sheba, Asshur, and Chilmad traded with thee:

24 Т е търгуваха с тебе с отбрани стоки, с бали от синя и везана изработка и с ковчези богати облекла, вързани с въжета и направени от кедър. Тези бяха между търговците ти.

these traded with thee in sumptuous clothes, in wrappings of blue and broidered work, and in chests full of variegated stuffs, bound with cords and made of cedar-wood, amongst thy merchandise.

25 Т арсийските кораби обикаляха с търговията ти; и ти стана пълен и беше твърде славен сред моретата.

The ships of Tarshish were thy caravans for thy traffic; and thou wast replenished, and highly honoured, in the heart of the seas.

26 Т воите веслари те заведоха в големи води; но източният вятър те разби сред моретата.

Thy rowers have brought thee into great waters; the east wind hath broken thee in the heart of the seas.

27 Б огатството и стоките ти, търговията и моряците ти, кормчиите и онези, които насмоляваха корабите ти, разменителите на стоките ти и всички военни мъже, които са в тебе, с всичкото множество, което е сред тебе, ще паднат сред моретата в деня на погибелта ти.

Thy substance, and thy markets, thy merchandise, thy mariners, and thy pilots, they that repair thy leaks, and they that barter with thee, and all thy men of war that are in thee, along with all thine assemblage which is in the midst of thee, shall fall into the heart of the seas in the day of thy fall.

28 О колностите ще се потресат от гласа на писъка на твоите кормчии.

The open places shall shake at the sound of the cry of thy pilots.

29 И всички веслари, моряците и всички морски кормчии ще слязат от корабите си, ще застанат на земята

And all that handle the oar, the mariners, all the pilots of the sea, shall come down from their ships; they shall stand upon the land,

30 и ще извикат с глас над тебе, ще писнат горко, ще посипят пръст на главите си и ще се валят в пепелта;

and shall cause their voice to be heard over thee, and shall cry bitterly; and they shall cast up dust upon their heads; they shall wallow themselves in ashes.

31 щ е оплешивеят съвсем поради тебе, ще се опашат с вретище и ще плачат за тебе с душевна горест, с горчиво ридание.

And they shall make themselves utterly bald for thee, and gird themselves with sackcloth; and they shall weep for thee in bitterness of soul with bitter mourning.

32 И в риданието си ще надигнат плач за теб и като плачат за тебе, ще кажат: Кой е бил като Тир, който загина сред морето?

And in their wailing they shall take up a lamentation for thee, and lament over thee, Who is like Tyre, like her that is destroyed in the midst of the sea?

33 К огато стоките ти излизаха от моретата, ти насищаше много племена; с голямото си богатство и търговия ти обогатяваше земните царе.

When thy wares went forth over the seas, thou filledst many peoples; thou didst enrich the kings of the earth with the abundance of thy substance and of thy merchandise.

34 С ега, като си разбит в моретата, в дълбочината на водите, търговията ти и всичкото ти множество паднаха сред тебе.

In the time thou art broken by the seas, in the depths of the waters, thy merchandise and all thine assemblage in the midst of thee have fallen.

35 В сички жители на островите се удивиха за теб и царете им ужасно се уплашиха; лицата им побледняха от страх.

All the inhabitants of the isles are amazed at thee, and their kings are horribly afraid, countenance is troubled.

36 Т ърговците между племената подсвирнаха поради тебе; за ужас си станал и няма да те има довека.

The merchants among the peoples hiss at thee; thou art become a terror, and thou shalt never be any more.
