1 П ервый завет имел предписания относительно поклонения Богу и святилище на земле.

Now even the first covenant had regulations of divine worship and the earthly sanctuary.

2 Б ыла поставлена скиния, и в ее первом отделении находились светильник и стол со священными хлебами; это отделение называлось «Святое».

For there was a tabernacle prepared, the outer one, in which were the lampstand and the table and the sacred bread; this is called the holy place.

3 В торое отделение называлось «Святое Святых» и было отделено от первого завесой,

Behind the second veil there was a tabernacle which is called the Holy of Holies,

4 к нему принадлежали золотой жертвенник для возжигания благовоний и покрытый со всех сторон золотом ковчег завета. В ковчеге находились золотой сосуд с манной, расцветший жезл Аарона и каменные плитки завета.

having a golden altar of incense and the ark of the covenant covered on all sides with gold, in which was a golden jar holding the manna, and Aaron’s rod which budded, and the tables of the covenant;

5 Н ад ковчегом находились изваяния херувимов – символ славы, они простирали свои крылья над крышкой, называемой «местом искупления». Но сейчас мы не будем говорить об этом подробно.

and above it were the cherubim of glory overshadowing the mercy seat; but of these things we cannot now speak in detail.

6 С тех пор как все было устроено таким образом, священники регулярно входят в первое отделение скинии для того, чтобы совершать свое служение.

Now when these things have been so prepared, the priests are continually entering the outer tabernacle performing the divine worship,

7 Н о во второе имеет право входить только первосвященник, и только один раз в год, с кровью, которую он приносит и за себя, и за грехи, совершаемые народом по незнанию.

but into the second, only the high priest enters once a year, not without taking blood, which he offers for himself and for the sins of the people committed in ignorance.

8 Т ем самым Святой Дух показывает, что пока действительна прежняя скиния, путь в Святое Святых еще не открыт.

The Holy Spirit is signifying this, that the way into the holy place has not yet been disclosed while the outer tabernacle is still standing,

9 В этом заключен пример и для настоящего времени: дары и жертвы не в состоянии очистить совесть поклоняющегося Богу.

which is a symbol for the present time. Accordingly both gifts and sacrifices are offered which cannot make the worshiper perfect in conscience,

10 Э ти предписания имеют отношение только к пище и питью и к различным ритуальным омовениям. Все это носит лишь внешний характер и имеет силу только до времени установления нового порядка. Служение в небесной скинии

since they relate only to food and drink and various washings, regulations for the body imposed until a time of reformation.

11 Н о когда Христос пришел как Первосвященник явившихся благ, Он вошел в более великую и совершенную скинию, построенную не руками людей, то есть не принадлежащую к этому миру.

But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation;

12 О н вошел туда не с кровью козлов и телят; нет, Он вошел в Святое Святых раз и навсегда со Своей собственной кровью, приобретя для людей вечное искупление!

and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.

13 В едь если кропление кровью козлов и быков, а также пепел сожженной молодой коровы освящает оскверненных, делая их ритуально чистыми,

For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh,

14 т о тем более кровь Христа, Который в силе вечного Духа принес Самого Себя как беспорочную жертву Богу, очистит нашу совесть, запятнанную делами, которые ведут к смерти! Она даст нам возможность служить живому Богу!

how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

15 И поэтому Христос стал посредником нового завета, чтобы призванные получили обещанное вечное наследие. Это стало возможным благодаря тому, что Его смерть искупила их от грехов, совершенных еще в условиях первого завета.

For this reason He is the mediator of a new covenant, so that, since a death has taken place for the redemption of the transgressions that were committed under the first covenant, those who have been called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.

16 З авещание вступает в силу только тогда, когда подтверждается смерть завещателя.

For where a covenant is, there must of necessity be the death of the one who made it.

17 Н о если завещатель еще жив, то завещание не имеет никакой силы. Завещание вступает в силу только по смерти завещателя.

For a covenant is valid only when men are dead, for it is never in force while the one who made it lives.

18 В от почему первый завет был утвержден не без крови.

Therefore even the first covenant was not inaugurated without blood.

19 В едь когда Моисей провозгласил всему народу все заповеди Закона, он взял кровь телят и козлов, смешал с водою, обмакнул в ней алую шерсть и ветку иссопа и окропил саму книгу и весь народ.

For when every commandment had been spoken by Moses to all the people according to the Law, he took the blood of the calves and the goats, with water and scarlet wool and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book itself and all the people,

20 О н сказал: «Это кровь завета, условия которого Бог требует от вас выполнять».

saying, “ This is the blood of the covenant which God commanded you.”

21 О н также окропил кровью скинию и все предметы, используемые в богослужении.

And in the same way he sprinkled both the tabernacle and all the vessels of the ministry with the blood.

22 З акон требует, чтобы почти все очищалось кровью, и без пролития крови нет прощения.

And according to the Law, one may almost say, all things are cleansed with blood, and without shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

23 В се земное, сделанное по образцу небесного, должно было очищаться таким образом, но небесное требует очищения лучшими жертвами, чем эти.

Therefore it was necessary for the copies of the things in the heavens to be cleansed with these, but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.

24 П оэтому Христос вошел не в земное святилище, сделанное человеческими руками и являющееся всего лишь отражением настоящего; нет, Он вошел в сами небеса, чтобы предстать перед Богом за нас.

For Christ did not enter a holy place made with hands, a mere copy of the true one, but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us;

25 О н вошел в небеса не для того, чтобы опять и опять приносить Себя в жертву, как первосвященник входит каждый год в Святое Святых с чужой кровью.

nor was it that He would offer Himself often, as the high priest enters the holy place year by year with blood that is not his own.

26 С ледуй Христос этому правилу, Он должен был бы страдать многократно, начиная от сотворения мира. Но Он явился один раз в это последнее время, отдав в жертву Самого Себя для того, чтобы раз и навсегда покончить с грехом.

Otherwise, He would have needed to suffer often since the foundation of the world; but now once at the consummation of the ages He has been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.

27 К ак каждому человеку определено однажды умереть и потом предстать перед судом,

And inasmuch as it is appointed for men to die once and after this comes judgment,

28 т ак и Христос один раз был принесен в жертву, чтобы искупить грехи многих людей, и Он придет во второй раз, но уже не для того, чтобы взять на Себя грех, а чтобы спасти тех, кто ожидает Его.

so Christ also, having been offered once to bear the sins of many, will appear a second time for salvation without reference to sin, to those who eagerly await Him.
