1 В есь Израиль был внесен в родословия, записанные в «Книге царей Израиля. Жители Иерусалима после вавилонского пленения (Неем. 11: 3-19) Народ Иуды был уведен в плен в Вавилон за свою неверность.

So all Israel was recorded by genealogies, and indeed, they were inscribed in the book of the kings of Israel. But Judah was carried away captive to Babylon because of their unfaithfulness.

2 П ервыми, кто вернулся к своим владениям в своих городах, были простые израильтяне, священники, левиты и храмовые служки.

And the first inhabitants who dwelt in their possessions in their cities were Israelites, priests, Levites, and the Nethinim. Dwellers in Jerusalem

3 В от те из родов Иуды, Вениамина, Ефрема и Манассии, кто жил в Иерусалиме:

Now in Jerusalem the children of Judah dwelt, and some of the children of Benjamin, and of the children of Ephraim and Manasseh:

4 У фай, сын Аммиуда; Аммиуд был сыном Омри, Омри был сыном Имрия, Имрий был сыном Бани – потомок Пареца, сына Иуды.

Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, of the descendants of Perez, the son of Judah.

5 И з шилонитян: первенец Асая и его сыновья.

Of the Shilonites: Asaiah the firstborn and his sons.

6 И з потомков Зераха: Иеуил. Народа из Иуды было шестьсот девяносто человек.

Of the sons of Zerah: Jeuel, and their brethren—six hundred and ninety.

7 И з потомков Вениамина: Саллу, сын Мешуллама, внук Годавии, правнук Гассенуи,

Of the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hassenuah;

8 И вния, сын Иерохама; Эла, сын Уззия, внук Михри; и Мешуллам, сын Шефатии, внук Рагуила, правнук Ивнии.

Ibneiah the son of Jeroham; Elah the son of Uzzi, the son of Michri; Meshullam the son of Shephatiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

9 О т Вениамина, по их родословиям, было девятьсот пятьдесят шесть человек. Все эти люди были главами своих семейств.

and their brethren, according to their generations—nine hundred and fifty-six. All these men were heads of a father’s house in their fathers’ houses. The Priests at Jerusalem

10 И з священников: Иедаия, Иоиарив, Иахин,

Of the priests: Jedaiah, Jehoiarib, and Jachin;

11 А зария, сын Хелкии; Хелкия был сыном Мешуллама, Мешуллам был сыном Цадока, Цадок был сыном Мераиофа, Мераиоф был сыном Ахитува, главы дома Божьего.

Azariah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the officer over the house of God;

12 А дая, сын Иерохама; Иерохам был сыном Пашхура, Пашхур был сыном Малхии; Маасай, сын Адиила, Адиил был сыном Иахзера, Иахзер был сыном Мешуллама, Мешуллам был сыном Мешиллемифа, Мешиллемиф был сыном Иммера.

Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchijah; Maasai the son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;

13 С вященников, которые были главами своих семейств, было тысяча семьсот шестьдесят человек. Они были искусны в деле служения в доме Божьем.

and their brethren, heads of their fathers’ houses—one thousand seven hundred and sixty. They were very able men for the work of the service of the house of God. The Levites at Jerusalem

14 И з левитов: Шемая, сын Хашшува; Хашшув был сыном Азрикама, Азрикам был сыном Хашавии, потомка Мерари;

Of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari;

15 Б акбакар, Хереш, Галал и Матфания, сын Михи; Миха был сыном Зихрия, Зихрий был сыном Асафа,

Bakbakkar, Heresh, Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Micah, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

16 А вдий, сын Шемаи; Шемая был сыном Галала, Галал был сыном Идутуна; и Берехия, сын Асы, Аса был сыном Элканы, который жил в селениях нетофитян.

Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun; and Berechiah the son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, who lived in the villages of the Netophathites. The Levite Gatekeepers

17 С лужащими у ворот были: Шаллум, Аккув, Талмон, Ахиман и их родственники. Шаллум был их главой,

And the gatekeepers were Shallum, Akkub, Talmon, Ahiman, and their brethren. Shallum was the chief.

18 Д о сих пор его род стоит на страже у Царских ворот, что с восточной стороны. Это служащие у ворот, которые были из лагеря левитов.

Until then they had been gatekeepers for the camps of the children of Levi at the King’s Gate on the east.

19 Ш аллуму, сыну Коре, который был сыном Евиасафа, а тот был сыном Кораха, и служащим у ворот из его родства (корахитам), которые несли службу вместе с ним, было доверено охранять пороги скинии, как их отцы охраняли вход в святилище Господа.

Shallum the son of Kore, the son of Ebiasaph, the son of Korah, and his brethren, from his father’s house, the Korahites, were in charge of the work of the service, gatekeepers of the tabernacle. Their fathers had been keepers of the entrance to the camp of the Lord.

20 В прежние времена Пинехас, сын Элеазара, начальствовал над служащими у ворот, и Господь был с ним.

And Phinehas the son of Eleazar had been the officer over them in time past; the Lord was with him.

21 З ахария, сын Мешелемии, был служащим у входа в скинию собрания.

Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah was keeper of the door of the tabernacle of meeting.

22 В сего в привратники было избрано двести двенадцать человек. Они были внесены в родословия по своим поселениям. На ответственные места привратников поставили Давид и провидец Самуил.

All those chosen as gatekeepers were two hundred and twelve. They were recorded by their genealogy, in their villages. David and Samuel the seer had appointed them to their trusted office.

23 И м самим и их потомкам было доверено охранять ворота Господнего дома – дома, называемого скинией.

So they and their children were in charge of the gates of the house of the Lord, the house of the tabernacle, by assignment.

24 С лужащие у ворот находились с четырех сторон – на востоке, на западе, на севере и на юге.

The gatekeepers were assigned to the four directions: the east, west, north, and south.

25 И х сородичи в поселениях должны были, время от времени, приходить, чтобы делить с ними обязанности в течение семи дней.

And their brethren in their villages had to come with them from time to time for seven days.

26 Н о четырем главным служащим у ворот, которые были левитами, были доверены комнаты и сокровища Божьего дома.

For in this trusted office were four chief gatekeepers; they were Levites. And they had charge over the chambers and treasuries of the house of God.

27 О ни проводили ночь возле Божьего дома, потому что должны были охранять его и каждое утро отпирать двери.

And they lodged all around the house of God because they had the responsibility, and they were in charge of opening it every morning. Other Levite Responsibilities

28 Н екоторым из них были доверены вещи, которыми пользовались при храмовых службах. Левиты пересчитывали их, когда принимали их и когда выдавали.

Now some of them were in charge of the serving vessels, for they brought them in and took them out by count.

29 Д ругие были поставлены заботиться об утвари и всех прочих вещах святилища, а также об отборной муке и вине, масле, ароматах и благовониях.

Some of them were appointed over the furnishings and over all the implements of the sanctuary, and over the fine flour and the wine and the oil and the incense and the spices.

30 А некоторые из священников смешивали благовония.

And some of the sons of the priests made the ointment of the spices.

31 Л евиту по имени Маттифия, первенцу корахита Шаллума, было доверено печь хлеб для приношений,

Mattithiah of the Levites, the firstborn of Shallum the Korahite, had the trusted office over the things that were baked in the pans.

32 а некоторым из их каафитских сородичей были вверены заботы о священном хлебе на каждую субботу.

And some of their brethren of the sons of the Kohathites were in charge of preparing the showbread for every Sabbath.

33 М узыканты, главы левитских семейств, жили в комнатах храма и были свободны от других обязанностей, потому что несли свою службу днем и ночью.

These are the singers, heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites, who lodged in the chambers, and were free from other duties; for they were employed in that work day and night.

34 В се они были главами левитских семейств, вождями по своим родословиям, и жили в Иерусалиме. Родословие Саула (1 Пар. 8: 29-38)

These heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites were heads throughout their generations. They dwelt at Jerusalem. The Family of King Saul

35 И еил, отец Гаваона, жил в Гаваоне. Его жену звали Мааха,

Jeiel the father of Gibeon, whose wife’s name was Maacah, dwelt at Gibeon.

36 а первенцем его был Авдон, после которого родились Цур, Киш, Баал, Нир, Надав,

His firstborn son was Abdon, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner, Nadab,

37 Г едор, Ахио, Захария и Миклот.

Gedor, Ahio, Zechariah, and Mikloth.

38 М иклот был отцом Шимеама. Они тоже жили в Иерусалиме рядом со своими родственниками.

And Mikloth begot Shimeam. They also dwelt alongside their relatives in Jerusalem, with their brethren.

39 Н ир был отцом Киша, Киш – отцом Саула, Саул – отцом Ионафана, Малхи-Шуа, Авинадава и Ешбаала.

Ner begot Kish, Kish begot Saul, and Saul begot Jonathan, Malchishua, Abinadab, and Esh-Baal.

40 С ын Ионафана: Мериб-Баал, который был отцом Михи.

The son of Jonathan was Merib-Baal, and Merib-Baal begot Micah.

41 С ыновья Михи: Пифон, Мелех, Фарей и Ахаз.

The sons of Micah were Pithon, Melech, Tahrea, and Ahaz.

42 А хаз был отцом Иады; Иада – отцом Алемета, Азмавета и Зимри, а Зимри – отцом Моцы.

And Ahaz begot Jarah; Jarah begot Alemeth, Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begot Moza;

43 М оца был отцом Бинеи, сыном которого был Рефая, сыном которого был Эласа, сыном которого был Ацель.

Moza begot Binea, Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, and Azel his son.

44 У Ацела было шесть сыновей. Вот их имена: Азрикам, Бохру, Исмаил, Шеария, Авдий и Ханан – это сыновья Ацеля.

And Azel had six sons whose names were these: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan; these were the sons of Azel.
