1 И исус сказал им: – Говорю вам истину: некоторые из стоящих здесь не умрут, пока не увидят, что Божье Царство пришло в силе. Преображение Иисуса (Мат. 17: 1-13; Лк. 9: 28-36)

And He said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you that there are some standing here who will not taste death till they see the kingdom of God present with power.” Jesus Transfigured on the Mount

2 Ч ерез шесть дней Иисус взял с Собой Петра, Иакова и Иоанна и привел их на высокую гору. Они были там совсем одни. И на глазах учеников Его облик изменился.

Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John, and led them up on a high mountain apart by themselves; and He was transfigured before them.

3 Е го одежда стала сияющей, ослепительно белой, как ни один белильщик в мире не смог бы отбелить.

His clothes became shining, exceedingly white, like snow, such as no launderer on earth can whiten them.

4 З атем они увидели Илию и Моисея, беседующих с Иисусом.

And Elijah appeared to them with Moses, and they were talking with Jesus.

5 П етр сказал Иисусу: – Рабби, нам здесь так хорошо! Давай мы сделаем три шалаша: один Тебе, один Моисею и один Илии, –

Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, “Rabbi, it is good for us to be here; and let us make three tabernacles: one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah”—

6 о н и сам не знал, что сказать, потому что они были сильно испуганы.

because he did not know what to say, for they were greatly afraid.

7 Т ут появилось облако и накрыло их, и из облака прозвучал голос: – Это Мой любимый Сын, слушайте Его!

And a cloud came and overshadowed them; and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, “This is My beloved Son. Hear Him!”

8 У ченики вдруг оглянулись и уже никого не увидели рядом с собой, кроме Иисуса.

Suddenly, when they had looked around, they saw no one anymore, but only Jesus with themselves.

9 К огда они спускались с горы, Иисус предупредил их, чтобы они никому не рассказывали о том, что видели, до тех пор, пока Сын Человеческий не воскреснет из мертвых.

Now as they came down from the mountain, He commanded them that they should tell no one the things they had seen, till the Son of Man had risen from the dead.

10 О ни сохранили это в тайне, но между собой рассуждали о том, что же означают слова «воскреснуть из мертвых».

So they kept this word to themselves, questioning what the rising from the dead meant.

11 А Иисуса они спросили: – Почему учители Закона говорят, что вначале, перед Мессией, должен прийти Илия?

And they asked Him, saying, “Why do the scribes say that Elijah must come first?”

12 – Верно, – ответил Иисус, – Илия действительно должен прийти первым и все приготовить. Но почему же о Сыне Человеческом в Писании говорится, что Ему придется перенести много страданий и унижений?

Then He answered and told them, “Indeed, Elijah is coming first and restores all things. And how is it written concerning the Son of Man, that He must suffer many things and be treated with contempt?

13 Н о говорю вам, что Илия уже пришел, и люди поступили с ним по своему произволу, как о нем и было написано. Иисус исцеляет мальчика, одержимого нечистым духом (Мат. 17: 14-19; Лк. 9: 37-42)

But I say to you that Elijah has also come, and they did to him whatever they wished, as it is written of him.” A Boy Is Healed

14 К огда они вернулись к остальным ученикам, то увидели, что тех окружила большая толпа и учители Закона спорят с ними.

And when He came to the disciples, He saw a great multitude around them, and scribes disputing with them.

15 К огда все увидели Иисуса, они пришли в крайнее изумление и побежали Ему навстречу, чтобы приветствовать Его.

Immediately, when they saw Him, all the people were greatly amazed, and running to Him, greeted Him.

16 – О чем у вас спор? – спросил Иисус.

And He asked the scribes, “What are you discussing with them?”

17 К то-то из толпы ответил: – Учитель, я привел к Тебе сына, в него вселился дух немоты.

Then one of the crowd answered and said, “Teacher, I brought You my son, who has a mute spirit.

18 И когда дух схватывает его, то бросает его на землю, и тогда у мальчика идет пена изо рта, он скрежещет зубами и цепенеет. Я просил Твоих учеников изгнать духа, но они не смогли.

And wherever it seizes him, it throws him down; he foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth, and becomes rigid. So I spoke to Your disciples, that they should cast it out, but they could not.”

19 И исус в ответ сказал: – О неверующее поколение! Сколько Мне еще быть с вами? Сколько Мне еще терпеть вас? Приведите мальчика ко Мне.

He answered him and said, “O faithless generation, how long shall I be with you? How long shall I bear with you? Bring him to Me.”

20 М альчика привели. Как только дух увидел Иисуса, он вызвал у мальчика приступ, и тот упал и стал кататься по земле, и изо рта у него пошла пена.

Then they brought him to Him. And when he saw Him, immediately the spirit convulsed him, and he fell on the ground and wallowed, foaming at the mouth.

21 – Давно с ним так? – спросил Иисус у отца. – С самого детства, – ответил тот. –

So He asked his father, “How long has this been happening to him?” And he said, “From childhood.

22 Д ух часто бросает его то в огонь, то в воду, чтобы погубить его. Сжалься над нами и помоги, если Ты что-нибудь можешь сделать.

And often he has thrown him both into the fire and into the water to destroy him. But if You can do anything, have compassion on us and help us.”

23 – Если можешь?! – сказал Иисус. – Кто верит, тот может все.

Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.”

24 И тотчас отец мальчика воскликнул: – Я верю, но помоги моему неверию!

Immediately the father of the child cried out and said with tears, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!”

25 И исус, увидев, что сбегается толпа, приказал нечистому духу, говоря: – Дух немоты и глухоты, Я приказываю тебе: выйди из него и больше никогда не входи!

When Jesus saw that the people came running together, He rebuked the unclean spirit, saying to it: “Deaf and dumb spirit, I command you, come out of him and enter him no more!”

26 В скрикнув и сильно сотрясши мальчика, дух вышел. Мальчик стал как мертвый, так что многие говорили, что он умер.

Then the spirit cried out, convulsed him greatly, and came out of him. And he became as one dead, so that many said, “He is dead.”

27 Н о Иисус, взяв мальчика за руку, поднял его, и тот встал.

But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him up, and he arose.

28 П озже, когда Иисус вошел в дом, ученики спросили Его наедине: – Почему же мы не смогли изгнать его?

And when He had come into the house, His disciples asked Him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”

29 И исус ответил: – Этот вид демонов можно изгнать только молитвой и постом. Иисус вновь говорит о Своей смерти и воскресении (Мат. 17: 22-23; Лк. 9: 43-45)

So He said to them, “This kind can come out by nothing but prayer and fasting.” Jesus Again Predicts His Death and Resurrection

30 П окинув ту местность, Иисус и Его ученики проходили через Галилею, и Иисус не хотел, чтобы кто-либо об этом знал,

Then they departed from there and passed through Galilee, and He did not want anyone to know it.

31 п отому что Он был занят наставлением Своих учеников. Он говорил им: – Сын Человеческий будет предан в руки людей, которые убьют Его, но через три дня Он воскреснет.

For He taught His disciples and said to them, “The Son of Man is being betrayed into the hands of men, and they will kill Him. And after He is killed, He will rise the third day.”

32 Н о они не поняли, что Он имел в виду, а спросить боялись. Ученики Иисуса спорят о том, кто из них важнее (Мат. 18: 1-5; Лк. 9: 46-48)

But they did not understand this saying, and were afraid to ask Him. Who Is the Greatest?

33 О ни пришли в Капернаум, и когда расположились в доме, Иисус спросил учеников: – Скажите, о чем это вы говорили по дороге?

Then He came to Capernaum. And when He was in the house He asked them, “What was it you disputed among yourselves on the road?”

34 Н о они молчали, потому что по дороге они спорили о том, кто из них важнее.

But they kept silent, for on the road they had disputed among themselves who would be the greatest.

35 Т огда Иисус сел, созвал двенадцать учеников и сказал: – Кто хочет быть первым, тот пусть будет последним из всех и всем слугой.

And He sat down, called the twelve, and said to them, “If anyone desires to be first, he shall be last of all and servant of all.”

36 В зяв ребенка, Он поставил его посреди них, обнял его и продолжал:

Then He took a little child and set him in the midst of them. And when He had taken him in His arms, He said to them,

37 – Кто принимает одного из таких детей ради Моего Имени, тот принимает и Меня, а кто принимает Меня, тот принимает и Пославшего Меня. Кто не против нас, тот за нас (Мат. 10: 42; Лк. 9: 49-50)

“Whoever receives one of these little children in My name receives Me; and whoever receives Me, receives not Me but Him who sent Me.” Jesus Forbids Sectarianism

38 И оанн сказал Ему: – Учитель! Мы видели человека, который Твоим Именем изгонял демонов, и мы запрещали ему, потому что он не следовал за нами.

Now John answered Him, saying, “Teacher, we saw someone who does not follow us casting out demons in Your name, and we forbade him because he does not follow us.”

39 – Не запрещайте ему, – сказал Иисус. – Кто Моим Именем совершает чудеса, тот не станет после этого говорить обо Мне плохо.

But Jesus said, “Do not forbid him, for no one who works a miracle in My name can soon afterward speak evil of Me.

40 К то не против нас, тот за нас.

For he who is not against us is on our side.

41 Е сли кто-либо напоит вас чашей воды за то, что вы носите Мое Имя, то, говорю вам истину, он не останется без награды.

For whoever gives you a cup of water to drink in My name, because you belong to Christ, assuredly, I say to you, he will by no means lose his reward. Jesus Warns of Offenses

42 Е сли же кто введет в грех одного из этих малых, верующих в Меня, то для него было бы лучше, если бы ему надели на шею мельничный жернов и бросили в море. Иисус предупреждает об искушениях (Мат. 18: 8-9; Лк. 17: 1-2)

“But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.

43 Е сли твоя рука влечет тебя ко греху, отсеки ее. Лучше тебе с одной рукой войти в жизнь, чем с двумя руками пойти в ад, в неугасимый огонь,

If your hand causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter into life maimed, rather than having two hands, to go to hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched—

44 г де червь их не умирает и огонь не угасает.

where ‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’

45 Е сли твоя нога влечет тебя ко греху, отсеки ее. Лучше тебе войти в жизнь калекой, чем с двумя ногами быть брошенным в ад,

And if your foot causes you to sin, cut it off. It is better for you to enter life lame, rather than having two feet, to be cast into hell, into the fire that shall never be quenched—

46 г де червь их не умирает и огонь не угасает.

where ‘Their worm does not die, And the fire is not quenched.’

47 Е сли твой глаз влечет тебя ко греху, вырви его. Лучше тебе с одним глазом войти в Божье Царство, чем с двумя глазами быть брошенным в ад,

And if your eye causes you to sin, pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, rather than having two eyes, to be cast into hell fire—

48 г де червь их не умирает и огонь не угасает.

where ‘Their worm does not die And the fire is not quenched.’ Tasteless Salt Is Worthless

49 П отому что каждый будет очищен огнем, как жертва очищается солью.

“For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt.

50 С оль – хорошая вещь, но если она потеряет свой вкус, то что может опять сделать ее соленой? Имейте в себе соль и будьте в мире друг с другом.

Salt is good, but if the salt loses its flavor, how will you season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace with one another.”
