1 І він вивів мене до зовнішнього подвір'я дорогою в напрямі на північ, і ввів мене до кімнат, що навпроти відгородженої площі, і що навпроти будівлі на північ.

And he bringeth me forth unto the outer court, the way northward, and he bringeth me in unto the chamber that over-against the separate place, and that over-against the building at the north.

2 Н авпроти завдовжки сто ліктів, вхід північний, а завширшки п'ятдесят ліктів.

At the front of the length a hundred cubits the north opening, and the breadth fifty cubits.

3 Н авпроти двадцять ліктів, що у внутрішньому подвір'ї, і навпроти викладеної підлоги, що в зовнішньому подвір'ї, ґалерія до переду ґалерії на три поверхи.

Over-against the twenty that are to the inner court, and over-against the pavement that to the outer court, gallery over-against gallery, in the three.

4 А перед кімнатами був хід на десять ліктів ширини до внутрішнього подвір'я, дорогою ста ліктів, а виходи їхні на північ.

And at the front of the chambers a walk of ten cubits in breadth unto the inner part, a way of one cubit, and their openings at the north.

5 А горішні кімнати були коротші, бо ґалерії забирали від них більше місця, ніж з долішніх та з середніх тієї будівлі.

And the upper chambers short, for the galleries contain more than these, than the lower, and than the middle one, of the building;

6 Б о вони були триповерхові, і не було в них стовпів, як стовпи подвір'я, тому вони були вужчі від долішніх та від середніх на землі.

for they threefold, and they have no pillars as the pillars of the court, therefore it hath been kept back -- more than the lower and than the middle one -- from the ground.

7 А мур, що назовні навпроти кімнат, у напрямі зовнішнього подвір'я, до переду кімнат довжина його п'ятдесят ліктів.

As to the wall that at the outside, over-against the chambers, the way of the outer-court at the front of the chambers, its length fifty cubits;

8 Б о довжина тих кімнат, що в зовнішнього подвір'я, п'ятдесят ліктів, і ось на переді храму сто ліктів.

for the length of the chambers that to the outer court fifty cubits, and of those on the front of the temple a hundred cubits.

9 А під тими кімнатами хід від сходу, коли входити до них з зовнішнього подвір'я.

And under these chambers the entrance from the east, in one's going into them from the outer court.

10 П о ширині муру подвір'я в напрямі на схід до переду вільного місця й до переду будівлі кімнати.

In the breadth of the wall of the court eastward, unto the front of the separate place, and unto the front of the building, chambers.

11 А дорога перед ними як вид кімнат, що в напрямі на північ; яка довжина, така ширина їхня, а всі виходи були за їхніми способами та за їхніми виходами.

And the way before them as the appearance of the chambers that northward, according to their length so their breadth, and all their outlets, and according to their fashions, and according to their openings.

12 І як входи кімнат, що в напрямі півдня, такий був вхід на початку дороги, дороги перед відповідним муром у напрямі на схід, коли йти до них.

And according to the openings of the chambers that southward an opening at the head of the way, the way directly in the front of the wall eastward in entering them.

13 І сказав він мені: Кімнати північні і кімнати південні, що на переді вільного місця, це кімнати священні, де їдять священики, що наближуються до Господа, найсвятіше, там складають найсвятіше, і жертву хлібну, і жертву за гріх, і жертву за провину, бо це місце святе.

And he saith unto me, `The north chambers, the south chambers, that at the front of the separate place, they holy chambers, where the priests (who near to Jehovah) eat the most holy things, there they place the most holy things, and the present, and the sin-offering, and the guilt-offering, for the place holy.

14 К оли священики ввійдуть, то не сміють виходити зо святині до зовнішнього подвір'я, і мають там складати свої шати, в яких служать, бо вони святощі. І зодягнуть вони інші шати, і тоді тільки можуть зближатися до того, що належить народові.

In the priests' going in, they come not out from the sanctuary unto the outer court, and there they place their garments with which they minister, for they holy, and have put on other garments, and have drawn near unto that which for the people.'

15 І скінчив він вимірювання внутрішнього храму, і випровадив мене в напрямі брами, що перед її в напрямі на схід, і зміряв те кругом навколо.

And he hath finished the measurements of the inner house, and hath brought me forth the way of the gate whose front eastward, and he hath measured it all round about.

16 В ін зміряв мірничою палицею східній бік, п'ять сотень палиць мірничою палицею навколо.

He hath measured the east side with the measuring-reed, five hundred reeds, with the measuring-reed round about.

17 З міряв північний бік, п'ять сотень палиць мірничною палицею навколо.

He hath measured the north side, five hundred reeds, with the measuring reed round about.

18 З міряв південний бік, п'ять сотень палиць мірничою палицею.

The south side he hath measured, five hundred reeds, with the measuring-reed.

19 О бернувся до західнього боку, наміряв п'ять сотень палиць мірничою палицею.

He hath turned round unto the west side, he hath measured five hundred reeds with the measuring-reed.

20 Н а чотири сторони відміряв те. Мало воно мур кругом навколо, завдовжки п'ять сотень, і завширшки п'ять сотень, щоб відділити між святим та звичайним.

At the four sides he hath measured it, a wall to it all round about, the length five hundred, and the breadth five hundred, to separate between the holy and the profane place.
