1 O come, let us sing to the Lord; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation!

Ходіть, заспіваймо Господеві, покликуймо радісно скелі спасіння нашого,

2 L et us come before His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise!

хвалою обличчя Його випереджуймо, співаймо для Нього пісні,

3 F or the Lord is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

бо Господь Бог великий, і великий Він Цар над богами всіма,

4 I n His hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights and strength of the hills are His also.

що в Нього в руці глибини землі, і Його верхогір'я гірські,

5 T he sea is His, for He made it; and His hands formed the dry land.

що море Його, і вчинив Він його, і руки Його суходіл уформували!

6 O come, let us worship and bow down, let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

Прийдіть, поклонімося, і припадім, на коліна впадім перед Господом, що нас учинив!

7 F or He is our God and we are the people of His pasture and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice,

Він наш Бог, а ми люди Його пасовиська й отара руки Його. Сьогодні, коли Його голос почуєте,

8 H arden not your hearts as at Meribah and as at Massah in the day of temptation in the wilderness,

не робіте твердим серця вашого, мов при Мериві, немов на пустині в день спроби,

9 W hen your fathers tried My patience and tested Me, proved Me, and saw My work.

коли ваші батьки Мене брали на спробу, Мене випробовували, також бачили діло Моє.

10 F orty years long was I grieved and disgusted with that generation, and I said, It is a people that do err in their hearts, and they do not approve, acknowledge, or regard My ways.

Сорок літ був огидним Мені оцей рід, й Я сказав: Цей народ блудосерді вони, й не пізнали доріг Моїх,

11 W herefore I swore in My wrath that they would not enter My rest.

тому заприсягся Я в гніві Своїм, що до місця Мого відпочинку не ввійдуть вони!
