1 O ut of the depths have I cried to You, O Lord.

4 B ut there is forgiveness with You, that You may be reverently feared and worshiped.

Pero en ti hallamos perdón, para que seas reverenciado.

5 I wait for the Lord, I expectantly wait, and in His word do I hope.

Señor, toda mi vida he esperado en ti, y he confiado en tus promesas.

6 I am looking and waiting for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning, I say, more than watchmen for the morning.

Yo te espero, Señor, con toda el alma, como esperan los centinelas la mañana, como esperan los vigilantes el nuevo día.

7 O Israel, hope in the Lord! For with the Lord there is mercy and loving-kindness, and with Him is plenteous redemption.

Israel, confía en el Señor, porque el Señor es misericordioso; ¡en él hay abundante redención!

8 A nd He will redeem Israel from all their iniquities.

El Señor salvará a Israel de todos sus pecados.
