1 B ehold, a day of the Lord is coming when the spoil shall be divided in the midst of you.

Jerusalén, ya viene el día del Señor, y en tus calles serán repartidos tus despojos.

2 F or I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle, and the city shall be taken and the houses rifled and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go into exile, but the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

Jerusalén, el Señor reunirá a todas las naciones para que te ataquen, y serás conquistada; tus casas serán saqueadas y tus mujeres serán violadas; la mitad de tus habitantes será llevada en cautiverio, pero el resto del pueblo permanecerá en la ciudad.

3 T hen shall the Lord go forth and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle.

Después de eso, el Señor saldrá y peleará contra aquellas naciones, como se pelea en el día de la batalla.

4 A nd His feet shall stand in that day upon the Mount of Olives, which lies before Jerusalem on the east, and the Mount of Olives shall be split in two from the east to the west by a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north and half of it toward the south.

Cuando llegue ese día, el Señor plantará sus pies sobre el monte de los Olivos, que está al oriente, frente a Jerusalén; y el monte de los Olivos se partirá en dos, hacia el oriente y hacia el occidente, con lo que se formará un valle muy grande, y una mitad del monte caerá hacia el norte, y la otra mitad hacia el sur.

5 A nd you shall flee by the valley of My mountains, for the valley of the mountains shall reach to Azal, and you shall flee as you fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah; and the Lord my God shall come, and all the holy ones with Him.

Entonces ustedes huirán a los montes por el valle, porque el valle se extenderá por los montes hasta Azal. Huirán como lo hicieron en los días de Uzías, el rey de Judá, por causa del terremoto. Entonces vendrá el Señor mi Dios, con todos los santos.

6 A nd it shall come to pass in that day that there shall not be light; the glorious and bright ones shall be darkened.

Cuando llegue ese día, no habrá luz clara ni oscura.

7 B ut it shall be one continuous day, known to the Lord—not day and not night, but at evening time there shall be light.

Será un día que sólo el Señor conoce, en el que no habrá día ni noche, aunque al caer la tarde habrá luz.

8 A nd it shall be in that day that living waters shall go out from Jerusalem, half of them to the eastern Sea and half of them to the western Sea; in summer and in winter shall it be.

Cuando llegue ese día, de Jerusalén brotarán aguas vivas, y la mitad de ellas se irá hacia el mar oriental, y la otra mitad se irá hacia el mar occidental, lo mismo en verano que en invierno.

9 A nd the Lord shall be King over all the earth; in that day the Lord shall be one and His name one.

Cuando llegue ese día, el Señor reinará sobre toda la tierra, y él será el único Señor, y su nombre será el único nombre.

10 A ll the land shall be turned into a plain from Geba to Rimmon, south of Jerusalem. But Jerusalem shall remain lifted up on its site and dwell in its place, from Benjamin’s gate to the place of the First Gate, to the Corner Gate, and from the Tower of Hananel to the king’s winepresses.

Desde Geba y hasta Rimón, al sur de Jerusalén, toda la tierra se volverá una llanura; y Jerusalén será exaltada y habitada en su territorio, desde la puerta de Benjamín hasta la primera puerta, es decir, hasta la puerta del Ángulo, y desde la torre de Jananel hasta los lagares del rey.

11 A nd it shall be inhabited, for there shall be no more curse or ban of utter destruction, but Jerusalem shall dwell securely.

Sí, Jerusalén volverá a ser habitada, y sus habitantes vivirán tranquilos, y nunca más sufrirá de ninguna maldición.

12 A nd this shall be the plague wherewith the Lord will smite all the peoples that have warred against Jerusalem: their flesh shall rot away while they stand upon their feet and their eyes shall corrode away in their sockets and their tongue shall decay away in their mouth.

A todos los pueblos que pelearon contra Jerusalén, el Señor los castigará con esta plaga: estando ellos aún con vida, y viendo y hablando, se les pudrirán el cuerpo, los ojos y la lengua.

13 A nd in that day there shall be a great confusion, discomfiture, and panic among them from the Lord; and they shall seize each his neighbor’s hand, and the hand of the one shall be raised against the hand of the other.

Cuando llegue ese día, cundirá entre ellos un gran pánico, que el Señor les enviará, y se atacarán los unos a los otros.

14 A nd Judah also shall fight at Jerusalem, and the wealth of all the nations round about shall be gathered together—gold and silver and apparel in great abundance.

También Judá peleará en Jerusalén. Y se reunirán las riquezas de todas las naciones vecinas: oro y plata, y vestimentas, en gran abundancia.

15 A nd as that plague on men, so shall be the plague on the horse, on the mule, on the camel, on the donkey, and on all the livestock and beasts that may be in those camps.

Y la misma plaga caerá sobre los caballos, los mulos, los camellos y los asnos, y sobre todas las bestias que se encuentren en esos campamentos.

16 A nd everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall even go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles or Booths.

Todos los sobrevivientes de las naciones que atacaron a Jerusalén vendrán todos los años para adorar al Rey, al Señor de los ejércitos, y para celebrar la fiesta de los tabernáculos.

17 A nd it shall be that whoso of the families of the earth shall not go up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, upon them there shall be no rain.

Y sucederá que a las familias de la tierra que no hayan acudido a Jerusalén para adorar al Rey, el Señor de los ejércitos, no les caerá nada de lluvia.

18 A nd if the family of Egypt does not go up to Jerusalem and present themselves, upon them there shall be no rain, but there shall be the plague with which the Lord will smite the nations that go not up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

Y si los egipcios no acuden a Jerusalén, tampoco sobre ellos caerá lluvia; al contrario, les vendrá la plaga con que el Señor castigará a las naciones que no acudan a celebrar la fiesta de los tabernáculos.

19 T his shall be the consequent punishment of the sin of Egypt and the consequent punishment of the sin of all the nations that do not go up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles.

Éste será el castigo por el pecado de Egipto, y por el pecado de todas las naciones que no acudan a celebrar la fiesta de los tabernáculos.

20 I n that day there shall be upon the bells on the horses, holy to the lord, and the pots in the Lord’s house shall be holy to the Lord like the bowls before the altar.

Cuando llegue ese día, las campanillas de los caballos llevarán grabada esta leyenda: «Consagrado al Señor». Las ollas de la casa del Señor serán semejantes a los tazones del altar.

21 Y es, every pot in all the houses of Jerusalem and in Judah shall be dedicated and holy to the Lord of hosts, and all who sacrifice may come and take of them and boil their sacrifices in them. And in that day there shall be no more a Canaanite in the house of the Lord of hosts.

Y toda olla en Jerusalén y Judá estará consagrada al Señor de los ejércitos, y todos los que se presenten a ofrecer sacrificios las tomarán para cocer en ellas la carne. Cuando llegue ese día, no habrá más mercaderes en la casa del Señor de los ejércitos.
