1 V i no céu outro sinal, grande e maravilhoso: sete anjos com as sete últimas pragas, pois com elas se completa a ira de Deus.

Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous: seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete.

2 V i algo semelhante a um mar de vidro misturado com fogo, e, em pé, junto ao mar, os que tinham vencido a besta, a sua imagem e o número do seu nome. Eles seguravam harpas que lhes haviam sido dadas por Deus,

And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God.

3 e cantavam o cântico de Moisés, servo de Deus, e o cântico do Cordeiro: “Grandes e maravilhosas são as tuas obras, Senhor Deus todo-poderoso. Justos e verdadeiros são os teus caminhos, ó Rei das nações.

They sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying: “Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints!

4 Q uem não te temerá, ó Senhor? Quem não glorificará o teu nome? Pois tu somente és santo. Todas as nações virão à tua presença e te adorarão, pois os teus atos de justiça se tornaram manifestos”.

Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested.”

5 D epois disso olhei e vi que se abriu nos céus o santuário, o tabernáculo da aliança.

After these things I looked, and behold, the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened.

6 S aíram do santuário os sete anjos com as sete pragas. Eles estavam vestidos de linho puro e resplandecente, e tinham cinturões de ouro ao redor do peito.

And out of the temple came the seven angels having the seven plagues, clothed in pure bright linen, and having their chests girded with golden bands.

7 E um dos quatro seres viventes deu aos sete anjos sete taças de ouro cheias da ira de Deus, que vive para todo o sempre.

Then one of the four living creatures gave to the seven angels seven golden bowls full of the wrath of God who lives forever and ever.

8 O santuário ficou cheio da fumaça da glória de Deus e do seu poder, e ninguém podia entrar no santuário enquanto não se completassem as sete pragas dos sete anjos.

The temple was filled with smoke from the glory of God and from His power, and no one was able to enter the temple till the seven plagues of the seven angels were completed.
