3 W ealth and riches are in his house. His righteousness endures forever.

Bens e riquezas há na sua casa; e a sua justiça permanece para sempre.

4 L ight dawns in the darkness for the upright, gracious, merciful, and righteous.

Aos retos nasce luz nas trevas; ele é compassivo, misericordioso e justo.

5 I t is well with the man who deals graciously and lends. He will maintain his cause in judgment.

Ditoso é o homem que se compadece, e empresta, que conduz os seus negócios com justiça;

6 F or he will never be shaken. The righteous will be remembered forever.

pois ele nunca será abalado; o justo ficará em memória eterna.

7 H e will not be afraid of evil news. His heart is steadfast, trusting in Yahweh.

Ele não teme más notícias; o seu coração está firme, confiando no Senhor.

8 H is heart is established. He will not be afraid in the end when he sees his adversaries.

O seu coração está bem firmado, ele não terá medo, até que veja cumprido o seu desejo sobre os seus adversários.

9 H e has dispersed, he has given to the poor. His righteousness endures forever. His horn will be exalted with honor.

Espalhou, deu aos necessitados; a sua justiça subsiste para sempre; o seu poder será exaltado em honra.

10 T he wicked will see it, and be grieved. He shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away. The desire of the wicked will perish.

O ímpio vê isto e se enraivece; range os dentes e se consome; o desejo dos ímpios perecerá.
