Now the Lord spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

2 “ Os israelitas acamparão ao redor da Tenda do Encontro, a certa distância, cada homem junto à sua bandeira com os emblemas da sua família”.

“ The sons of Israel shall camp, each by his own standard, with the banners of their fathers’ households; they shall camp around the tent of meeting at a distance.

3 A leste, os exércitos de Judá acamparão junto à sua bandeira. O líder de Judá será Naassom, filho de Aminadabe.

Now those who camp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah, by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Judah: Nahshon the son of Amminadab,

4 S eu exército é de 74. 600 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 74, 600.

5 A tribo de Issacar acampará ao lado de Judá. O líder de Issacar será Natanael, filho de Zuar.

Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Issachar, and the leader of the sons of Issachar: Nethanel the son of Zuar,

6 S eu exército é de 54. 400 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 54, 400.

7 A tribo de Zebulom virá em seguida. O líder de Zebulom será Eliabe, filho de Helom.

Then comes the tribe of Zebulun, and the leader of the sons of Zebulun: Eliab the son of Helon,

8 S eu exército é de 57. 400 homens.

and his army, even his numbered men, 57, 400.

9 O número total dos homens recenseados do acampamento de Judá, de acordo com os seus exércitos, foi 186. 400. Esses marcharão primeiro.

The total of the numbered men of the camp of Judah: 186, 400, by their armies. They shall set out first.

10 A o sul estarão os exércitos do acampamento de Rúben, junto à sua bandeira. O líder de Rúben será Elizur, filho de Sedeur.

“On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Reuben: Elizur the son of Shedeur,

11 S eu exército é de 46. 500 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 46, 500.

12 A tribo de Simeão acampará ao lado de Rúben. O líder de Simeão será Selumiel, filho de Zurisadai.

Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Simeon, and the leader of the sons of Simeon: Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai,

13 S eu exército é de 59. 300 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 59, 300.

14 A tribo de Gade virá em seguida. O líder de Gade será Eliasafe, filho de Deuel.

Then comes the tribe of Gad, and the leader of the sons of Gad: Eliasaph the son of Deuel,

15 S eu exército é de 45. 650 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 45, 650.

16 O número total dos homens recenseados do acampamento de Rúben, de acordo com os seus exércitos, foi 151. 450. Esses marcharão em segundo lugar.

The total of the numbered men of the camp of Reuben: 151, 450 by their armies. And they shall set out second.

17 E m seguida os levitas marcharão levando a Tenda do Encontro no meio dos outros acampamentos, na mesma ordem em que acamparem, cada um em seu próprio lugar, junto à sua bandeira.

“ Then the tent of meeting shall set out with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; just as they camp, so they shall set out, every man in his place by their standards.

18 A oeste estarão os exércitos do acampamento de Efraim, junto à sua bandeira. O líder de Efraim será Elisama, filho de Amiúde.

“On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud,

19 S eu exército é de 40. 500 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 40, 500.

20 A tribo de Manassés acampará ao lado de Efraim. O líder de Manassés será Gamaliel, filho de Pedazur.

Next to him shall be the tribe of Manasseh, and the leader of the sons of Manasseh: Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur,

21 S eu exército é de 32. 200 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 32, 200.

22 A tribo de Benjamim virá em seguida. O líder de Benjamim será Abidã, filho de Gideoni.

Then comes the tribe of Benjamin, and the leader of the sons of Benjamin: Abidan the son of Gideoni,

23 S eu exército é de 35. 400 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 35, 400.

24 O número total dos homens recenseados do acampamento de Efraim, de acordo com os seus exércitos, foi 108. 100. Esses marcharão em terceiro lugar.

The total of the numbered men of the camp of Ephraim: 108, 100, by their armies. And they shall set out third.

25 A o norte estarão os exércitos do acampamento de Dã, junto à sua bandeira. O líder de Dã será Aieser, filho de Amisadai.

“On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Dan: Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai,

26 S eu exército é de 62. 700 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 62, 700.

27 A tribo de Aser acampará ao lado de Dã. O líder de Aser será Pagiel, filho de Ocrã.

Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher, and the leader of the sons of Asher: Pagiel the son of Ochran,

28 S eu exército é de 41. 500 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 41, 500.

29 A tribo de Naftali virá em seguida. O líder de Naftali será Aira, filho de Enã.

Then comes the tribe of Naphtali, and the leader of the sons of Naphtali: Ahira the son of Enan,

30 S eu exército é de 53. 400 homens.

and his army, even their numbered men, 53, 400.

31 O número total dos homens recenseados do acampamento de Dã, de acordo com os seus exércitos, foi 157. 600. Esses marcharão por último, junto às suas bandeiras.

The total of the numbered men of the camp of Dan was 157, 600. They shall set out last by their standards.”

32 F oram esses os israelitas contados de acordo com as suas famílias. O número total dos que foram contados nos acampamentos, de acordo com os seus exércitos, foi 603. 550.

These are the numbered men of the sons of Israel by their fathers’ households; the total of the numbered men of the camps by their armies, 603, 550.

33 O s levitas, contudo, não foram contados com os outros israelitas, conforme o Senhor tinha ordenado a Moisés.

The Levites, however, were not numbered among the sons of Israel, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.

34 A ssim os israelitas fizeram tudo o que o Senhor tinha ordenado a Moisés; eles acampavam junto às suas bandeiras e depois partiam, cada um com o seu clã e com a sua família.

Thus the sons of Israel did; according to all that the Lord commanded Moses, so they camped by their standards, and so they set out, every one by his family according to his father’s household.
