1 – Cine este Acesta, Care vine din Edom, Care vine cu hainele roşii din Boţra?! Cine este Acesta, înveşmântat atât de frumos, păşind atât de plin de putere?! – Eu sunt, Cel Ce vorbesc cu dreptate şi Care am putere să mântuiesc!

Who is this Who comes from Edom, with dark red clothing from Bozrah? Who is this One Who is beautiful in His clothing, walking in the greatness of His strength? “It is I, Who speaks what is right and good, powerful to save.”

2 – De ce-Ţi sunt hainele roşii şi veşmintele ca ale unuia care calcă în teasc?

Why is Your clothing red? Why is Your clothing like his who crushes the grapes?

3 – Eu singur am călcat în teasc, iar dintre popoare n-a fost nimeni cu Mine. Le-am călcat în mânia Mea, le-am călcat în picioare în furia Mea. Sângele lor Mi-a stropit hainele, astfel că pe toate Mi le-am pătat.

“I have crushed the grapes alone. From the people there was no man with Me. I crushed them in My anger. I was angry as I stepped on them. And their life blood is on My clothing, and all My clothing is red.

4 C ăci ziua răzbunării era în inima Mea şi anul răscumpărării Mele sosise.

For the day of punishment was in My heart. And My year to save My people and make them free has come.

5 M -am uitat şi nu era nimeni să Mă ajute; am fost uimit căci nu era nimeni să Mă sprijine; prin urmare, puterea Mea Mi-a adus izbândă şi mânia Mea M-a sprijinit.

I looked, and there was no one to help. I wondered that there was no one to help. So My own arm brought saving power to Me, and My anger helped Me.

6 A m călcat în picioare popoare în mânia Mea, le-am îmbătat în furia Mea şi le-am vărsat sângele pe pământ. Laudă şi mărturisire

I crushed the nations in My anger and I made them drunk in My anger. I poured out their life blood on the earth.” Israel Remembers God’s Loving-Kindness

7 „ Voi vesti îndurările Domnului şi isprăvile Domnului, potrivit cu tot ceea ce a făcut Domnul pentru noi; voi vesti marea Lui bunătate faţă de Casa lui Israel, pe care i-a arătat-o potrivit îndurării Sale şi potrivit bogăţiei dragostei Lui.

I will tell of the loving-kindness of the Lord, and praise Him for all He has done. I will tell of all the Lord has given us, the great goodness He has shown to the family of Israel and given to them because of His loving-pity and His great loving-kindness.

8 E l a zis: «Negreşit, ei sunt poporul Meu, fiii care nu Mă vor trăda», şi astfel El a devenit Mântuitorul lor.

For He said, “For sure they are My people, sons who will not be false to Me.” So He saved them from the punishment of sin.

9 Î n tot ce au suferit, a suferit împreună cu ei, iar Îngerul Prezenţei Sale i-a izbăvit. În dragostea şi în mila Sa El i-a răscumpărat; i-a ridicat şi i-a purtat în toate zilele din vechime.

He suffered with them in all their troubles, and the angel of the Lord saved them. In His loving-kindness He paid the price and made them free. He lifted them up and carried them all the days of long ago.

10 D ar ei s-au răzvrătit şi L-au întristat pe Duhul Său cel Sfânt. De aceea El S-a făcut duşmanul lor şi a luptat El Însuşi împotriva lor.

But they turned against Him and made His Holy Spirit have sorrow. So He turned Himself and hated them, and fought against them.

11 A tunci ei şi-au adus aminte de zilele străvechi, de zilele când Moise Îi conducea poporul. Unde este Acela Care i-a trecut prin mare împreună cu păstorul turmei Sale? Unde este Acela Care a pus printre ei Duhul Său cel Sfânt,

Then His people remembered the days long ago, the days of Moses. Where is He Who brought them through the sea with the shepherd of His flock? Where is He Who put His Holy Spirit among them?

12 A cela Care Şi-a trimis braţul slăvit să-i fie mână dreaptă lui Moise, Acela Care a despărţit apele înaintea lor pentru a-Şi face un renume veşnic,

Where is He Who caused His great arm to be at the right hand of Moses? Where is He Who divided the waters in front of them to make for Himself a name that lasts forever.

13 A cela Care i-a condus prin adâncuri? Asemenea unui cal ce aleargă prin pustie, ei nu s-au împiedicat

Who led them through the sea? Like a horse in the desert, they did not lose their step.

14 ş i asemenea unor vite ce coboară în câmpie, aşa i-a condus Duhul Domnului la odihnă. În felul acesta Ţi-ai călăuzit Tu poporul, pentru a-Ţi face un Nume slăvit.

Like cattle that go down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord gave them rest. So You led Your people, to make for Yourself a great and honored name. A Prayer for Help

15 P riveşte din ceruri şi vezi, din Locuinţa Ta sfântă şi slăvită! Unde-Ţi sunt râvna şi puterea? Fiorul Tău lăuntric şi compasiunea Ta s-au retras de la mine.

Look down from heaven, and see from Your holy and beautiful house. Where are Your strong desires and Your powerful works? Your kindness and Your loving-pity are kept from me.

16 T otuşi Tu eşti Tatăl nostru, chiar dacă Avraam nu ne cunoaşte, chiar dacă Israel nu ne recunoaşte; Tu, Doamne, eşti Tatăl nostru, din vechime Tu Te numeşti «Răscumpărătorul nostru»!

For You are our Father. Even though Abraham does not know us, and Israel does not see who we are, You, O Lord, are our Father. The One Who bought us and made us free from long ago is Your name.

17 D e ce, Doamne, ne-ai făcut să rătăcim de la căile Tale? De ce ne-ai împietrit inimile, ca să nu ne mai temem de Tine? Întoarce-Te, de dragul robilor Tăi, de dragul seminţiilor ce-Ţi sunt moştenire!

O Lord, why do You make us turn aside from Your ways and make our hearts hard so we do not fear You? Return because of Your servants, the families of Your promised land.

18 P entru puţină vreme poporul Tău cel sfânt a avut parte de Lăcaşul Tău, dar acum duşmanii noştri l-au călcat în picioare.

Your holy people kept Your holy house for a little while. But those who hate us have broken it under their feet.

19 A m fost multă vreme ca unii care nu erau sub stăpânirea Ta, ca unii peste care nu era chemat Numele Tău.

We have become like those over whom You have never ruled, like those who were not called by Your name.
