1 Y ahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

El Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

2 “ Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,

«Habla con los hijos de Israel, y diles: “Cuando ustedes hayan entrado en la tierra que yo, el Señor, les estoy dando para que la habiten,

3 a nd will make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a freewill offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock;

y me presenten ofrendas encendidas, holocaustos, o sacrificios de vacas o de ovejas, ya sea como voto especial o voluntario, o para ofrecerme en sus fiestas solemnes olor grato,

4 t hen he who offers his offering shall offer to Yahweh a meal offering of one tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of oil.

el que me presente su ofrenda deberá ofrecer dos litros de flor de harina, amasada con un litro de aceite.

5 Y ou shall prepare wine for the drink offering, the fourth part of a hin, with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

Para la libación ofrecerán un litro de vino por cada cordero, además del holocausto o del sacrificio.

6 “ ‘Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil;

Por cada carnero ofrecerán cuatro litros de flor de harina, amasada con dos litros de aceite;

7 a nd for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

y para la libación me ofrecerán dos litros de vino, en olor grato.

8 W hen you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh;

»”Cuando me ofrezcan como voto especial un novillo en holocausto o en sacrificio, o como ofrenda de paz,

9 t hen shall he offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil:

deberán presentar junto con el novillo una ofrenda de seis litros de flor de harina, amasada con dos litros de aceite;

10 a nd you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

y para la libación me ofrecerán dos litros de vino, como ofrenda encendida de olor grato.

11 T hus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.

»”Así se hará con cada buey, carnero, cordero, o cabrito.

12 A ccording to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.

Se hará lo mismo con cada uno de ellos, al margen del número de animales ofrecidos.

13 “ ‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

Así lo hará todo israelita por nacimiento, al presentarme una ofrenda encendida de olor grato.

14 I f a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; as you do, so he shall do.

Y si entre ustedes habita un extranjero, o alguien que haya estado ya mucho tiempo entre ustedes, cuando me presente una ofrenda encendida de olor grato, lo hará de la misma manera que ustedes.

15 F or the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout your generations. As you are, so shall the foreigner be before Yahweh.

El mismo estatuto se aplicará para ustedes, los de la congregación, y para el extranjero que viva entre ustedes. Será un estatuto perpetuo por todas sus generaciones. Delante de mí, ustedes y los extranjeros son iguales,

16 O ne law and one ordinance shall be for you, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”

así que ustedes y los extranjeros que vivan con ustedes tendrán una misma ley y un mismo decreto.”»

17 Y ahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

El Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

18 “ Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,

«Habla con los hijos de Israel, y diles: “Cuando ustedes hayan entrado en la tierra a la cual yo los llevo,

19 t hen it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Yahweh.

y comiencen a comer del pan de la tierra, deberán presentarme una ofrenda.

20 O f the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering. As the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.

De lo primero que amasen, presentarán como ofrenda una torta; la presentarán como ofrenda de la era.

21 O f the first of your dough, you shall give to Yahweh a wave offering throughout your generations.

Por todas sus generaciones, me presentarán una ofrenda de la primera masa.

22 “ ‘When you err, and don’t observe all these commandments, which Yahweh has spoken to Moses,

Pero si no cumplen con todos estos mandamientos que yo, el Señor, le he comunicado a Moisés,

23 e ven all that Yahweh has commanded you by Moses, from the day that Yahweh gave commandment, and onward throughout your generations;

es decir, todo lo que yo, el Señor, les he ordenado por medio de Moisés desde el día en que yo le di mis mandamientos para todas las edades,

24 t hen it shall be, if it was done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, with its meal offering, and its drink offering, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.

si el pecado se cometió por ignorancia de la congregación, y sin ninguna intención, toda la congregación me ofrecerá, conforme a la ley, un novillo como holocausto en olor grato, junto con su ofrenda y su libación, y un macho cabrío como expiación.

25 T he priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error.

Entonces el sacerdote hará expiación por toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel, y el pecado les será perdonado, porque se cometió sin ninguna intención. Ellos me presentarán sus ofrendas y sus expiaciones, como ofrenda encendida, por sus pecados no intencionales,

26 A ll the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, as well as the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for with regard to all the people, it was done unwittingly.

y les serán perdonados a toda la congregación de los hijos de Israel, y a los extranjeros que habiten entre ellos, porque se trata de un pecado no intencional de todo el pueblo.

27 “ ‘If one person sins unwittingly, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.

»”Si alguien comete un pecado no intencional, deberá ofrecer como expiación una cabra de un año.

28 T he priest shall make atonement for the soul who errs, when he sins unwittingly before Yahweh, to make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.

El sacerdote hará expiación por la persona que de manera no intencional haya pecado, y la reconciliará ante mí, y el pecado le será perdonado porque no fue intencional.

29 Y ou shall have one law for him who does anything unwittingly, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.

»”Una misma ley tendrán ustedes para el que cometa algún pecado no intencional, lo mismo si se trata de un israelita por nacimiento que de algún extranjero que habite entre ustedes.

30 “ ‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same blasphemes Yahweh. That soul shall be cut off from among his people.

Pero si alguien incurre en algún acto de soberbia, y me ofende, esa persona será eliminada de en medio de su pueblo, lo mismo si es israelita por nacimiento que si es extranjero,

31 B ecause he has despised Yahweh’s word, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off. His iniquity shall be on him.’”

por haber tenido en poco mi palabra y por haber menospreciado mi mandamiento. Esa persona será eliminada por completo, y sobre ella recaerá su iniquidad.”» Se infringe el día de reposo

32 W hile the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.

Mientras los hijos de Israel estaban en el desierto, se halló a un hombre recogiendo leña en el día de reposo.

33 T hose who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.

Los que lo hallaron recogiendo leña lo llevaron ante Moisés y Aarón, y ante toda la congregación.

34 T hey put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.

Como no estaba estipulado lo que se debía de hacer con él, lo pusieron en la cárcel.

35 Y ahweh said to Moses, “The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”

Pero el Señor le dijo a Moisés: «Ese hombre debe ser condenado a muerte. Que toda la congregación lo apedree fuera del campamento.»

36 A ll the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones, as Yahweh commanded Moses.

Entonces la congregación lo llevó fuera del campamento y lo apedreó, y el hombre murió, tal y como el Señor se lo ordenó a Moisés. Franjas en los vestidos

37 Y ahweh spoke to Moses, saying,

El Señor habló con Moisés, y le dijo:

38 “ Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them that they should make themselves fringes in the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue:

«Habla con los hijos de Israel, y diles que ellos y sus descendientes deben ponerse franjas en los bordes de sus vestidos. En cada franja de los bordes deben poner un cordón de púrpura.

39 a nd it shall be to you for a fringe, that you may look on it, and remember all Yahweh’s commandments, and do them; and that you not follow after your own heart and your own eyes, after which you use to play the prostitute;

Esa franja les servirá para que, cuando la vean, se acuerden de poner en práctica todos mis mandamientos, y para que no se fijen en lo que ven o en lo que piensan, para que no se prostituyan.

40 t hat you may remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.

Les servirá para que se acuerden de todos mis mandamientos y los pongan en práctica, y se consagren a mí, su Dios.

41 I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am Yahweh your God.”

Yo soy el Señor su Dios. Yo los saqué de la tierra de Egipto, para ser su Dios. Yo soy el Señor su Dios.»
